"Bye mom!" Lillie said as she began to rush out after eating. "Woah Lillie, slow down. Where are you going?" Lusmaine asked. "(Y/N)'s house!" Lillie said excitedly. "Of course. Well Lillie, you know the rules, no staying out after seven. That goes for your brother too." Lusmaine joked. Lillie giggled a bit then waved goodbye to her mother as she called a ride Charizard to take her to (Y/N)'s house.

(Y/N) and Gladion where finished eating and just about to leave when a knock sounded at the door. Before anyone could open the door a boy let himself in. "Hey Hau." (Y/N) greeted. "Hey (Y/N), Gladion." Hau said as a Charizard could be seen landing outside. "We going to head to the Pokemon league?" Hau asked as Lillie opened an umbrella and walked up. "Sure are! Hi Lillie." (Y/N) greeted. Lillie waved her greeting. "You think the rain is going to stop anytime soon?" (Y/N)'s mother asked from the doorway to the balcony. "No clue." Gladion said. "We should really be heading to the Pokemon League." Hau said. "Before the rain gets any worse." Everyone nodded in silent agreement and went outside. Gladion put up his hood and (Y/N) brought up her own umbrella. The only one without a cover was Hau and he seemed to enjoy being soaked. Four ride Charizard's where called and the friends flew to the Pokemon League. It had been rebuilt after what Guzma did to it, although it took forever as they needed to fill in the crater that was left, then build the Pokemon league on top of that. "I'm still wondering where they got all that dirt.." Gladion mumbled as they entered. Hau instantly rushed into one of the elite four rooms and began his battle. The other three waited outside as (Y/N) couldn't go to the champion's chamber without the teleporter active.

Eventually Hau rushed out of the last elite four chamber beaming. The last teleporter sprung to life and the friends stepped on, taking them to the Champion's Chamber. "Why are there so many stairs?" Gladion asked. "Stairway to victory!" Hau shouted as he sprinted up the steps. "Wait for me!" (Y/N) shouted, running after him. "Hau is really something isn't he?" Gladion sighed. "That he his." Lillie giggled. The siblings followed to find out that the battle had already begun. (Y/N)'s Mimikyu against Hau's Riachu. "Mimikyu! Shadow ball!" (Y/N) shouted. "Dodge it Riachu! Now, use Thunderbolt!" Hau exclaimed. Gladion and Lillie went off to the side to watch the battle. (Y/N) knew Hau was getting stronger, however he just wasn't strong enough yet. The battle lasted almost ten minuets before (Y/N) came out victorious. "Great job Primarina!" (Y/N) congratulated her partner. Lillie went up to Hau to heal his Pokemon and Gladion instantly came up to (Y/N). "Great job out there." He said. (Y/N) felt her face heat up just a bit.  Gladion noticed and gave a small smirk. "Your blushing." He said. "I'm not! I'm just still not used to you complimenting me." (Y/N) said. Which was partly true. He might have been her boyfriend but she just wasn't used to his compliments. Lillie and Hau came over. Lillie began healing (Y/N)'s Pokemon and Hau congratulated (Y/N). "What do you guys say we go grab some Malasada?" Hau suggested. "Not a bad idea." (Y/N) said as Lillie and Gladion chuckled at the suggestion. "Let's go then!" Hau shouted.

At the Malasada shop everyone was having a good time. Lillie was looking out the window at the rain, (Y/N) was talking with Gladion, and Hau was devouring his Malasada with a smile on his face. "I personally prefer the battle buffet, but this is good too." Gladion said. "Why the battle buffet?" (Y/N) asked out of curiosity. "You get stronger and eat delicious food, what's not to like?" Gladion asked. (Y/N) nodded in understanding. "Sometimes the battle buffet gets destroyed thanks to the battles." Hau said before going back to his Malasada. "The people can be a bit rude at times." Lillie said without looking away from the window. Lillie then gave a look of confused astonishment, soon followed by the fact that other people where crowding around the windows. Confused, (Y/N) stood up and looked through a bit of the window that she could see though, Gladion behind her. What she saw shocked her. Amongst the clouds was the familiar glow of an Ultra Wormhole off in the distance, somewhere above the ocean.
