At an interview

Host says, "Sir, you started your career a decade ago and today who doesn't know you? Everyone including old to a toddler, recognizes you & loves your songs.  So tell us who your inspiration was?"

"Two things—1st, the poverty, which I had seen since birth. It taught me one thing that to survive one needs food and for that I need money. Money doesn't grow on trees. For that I need to work and for work, I need to be successful. 

2nd, my mom, always inspires me and she stood by me whenever I need her. I got a mini-heart attack when I came to know about her accident but then she was all fine when I met her. She smiled at me and said that she was alright. Luckily, after 6 months of pain she was finally okay and stood up on her own and it is all because of my wife- Dr Pragya Arora."

Finishing the interview, he came outside smiling.

"Why are u smiling?" Pragya inquired.

"Nothing. I think after this interview gets released, your fan following will increase."

"What!! Did u tell about us? Oh no.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️..You know I don't like to be in a limelight😖😖" She pouted.

"Everyone should know that we are booked"

"Why did I marry you?🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️" she said.

"Because you love me" he said and smiled.

"Did I say that?🤔🤔" she frowned.

"No but one day you will, for sure"

This all was a dream which Abhi was seeing..

But unfortunately, he fell off from the bed. His mom and servants helped him to get up. He couldn't.

His back-muscle got injured and was immediately rushed to the hospital.

Abhishek was crying in pain all-the-time, it was increasing and becoming unbearable.

He and his mom got relieved when Pragya arrived there at her regular time.

"What happened to you Abhishek?" Pragya asked.

Abhishek, who was on a stretcher, replied "I fell off the bed. I am having unbearable pain. Can you please give me a massage?"

Pragya replied "No. I can't. It looks like a muscle-tear. I need to give you injections!!! "

"What!!! Injection!!! No I don't need injection. I am fine."

"No you are not fine. The pain is repetitive. I can't leave you just like that. We need permanent solution to this."

"You are joking Doctor. I survived 27 years of my life with this pain"

"Oh!! So this problem is there since childhood. I need X-ray report and MRI scan too."

Abhishek was shocked to hear this. He got frightened and got up from the stretcher but couldn't stand because of the pain. He was bending and wincing in pain.

Pragya stopped him to do so and quickly moved him to the bed.

Pragya kept her hand on his hand and said, "Please try to understand. This problem might worsen up if you keep neglecting it. I want you to be fine."

"I am scared of all these things." He said sadly.

"Don't worry. I will give you injection and the pain will go away."

While Pragya was busy arranging medicine for the injection. 

Abhi thinks: how can my pain survive if you are there with me. No pain can harm me as much you being away from me. I wish to make you mine. But I don't have that much guts to tell you.

He admires her actions, how careful she is, how she instructs the nurse to do the arrangements. She kept the phone on silent. She keeps talking to him and then suddenly injects the medicine.

Because, she knew if he is conscious of her actions then he will get nervous.

AAAHHHH!!!

Abhishek shouted as hell and his echo was audible by the people outside the hospital.

She calmed him down but his pain was increasing.

"The medicine is given to relax the injured muscle, it will give you some pain and then it will be fine."

After half-an hour, his mom entered the cabin to see him. She told Pragya that he was like this since childhood, always afraid of injection.

Just then, Dr. King arrived in the cabin.

"Hi Abhi. Hi aunty. How are you Abhishek?"

"I am good" says Abhishek but thinks "aa gaya kabab mein haddi!!!" 

"Pragya, if you are free now...can u come with me? I want to discuss something important to you..." King says.

"Sure King" Pragya said & she moved with him leaving Abhi with a nurse.

King took her to meet his parents in the same hospital building. Pragya who was not mentally ready, was nervous. Before entering the room, she said. "What's the matter, king?"

"You will soon know" he said & opened the door.

Pragya was startled to see such a huge room that almost looked like a lobby. She saw his parents sitting on the sofa. She greeted them & they told her to sit.

"King told me that he likes you and wants to go further in this relationship" King's father said.

His mother said, "Yes beta, we also like you. We want King to get married to you. If you have no problem, than we can speak with your family"

What else, did Pragya need? Her wish of marrying King was finally going to be fulfilled. She thanked all her stars to give her love. She quickly called her Dadi and they further discussed about the marriage preparations.

Once, King & Pragya were alone, Pragya said, "everything is happening so suddenly. I can't believe it. "

"Are you okay with this? Or shall we postponed if you are not comfortable"

"No, I am alright. It's just that I'm going to miss my Dadi."

"Don't you worry for that? I will treat as my own."

After a bit of silence, Pragya said "do you know I had a crush on you."

"What!! Is it true??"

"Yeah"

"& now?"

"I like you."

"I know you love me"

Pragya blushed.

Abhishek was discharged from the hospital. Upon reaching his house, he called Pragya to say thank-you to her.

"Come on Mr. Abhishek, it's my duty. Do you know King proposed me for marriage?? We are planning for engagement ceremony next month, so sorry if we can't attend your engagement!!" Pragya said in excitement.

"Hey, congratulations. I am so happy for you and King." Abhi said controlling his tears

"Thanks..I think King will personally invite you for the event...see you soon bye"
