Gabe woke up around one in the morning and started coughing.

Dean woke up as well and sat up. He Gabe coughing, then saw blood drip down his chin.

He grimaced and reached over, grabbing a few tissues.

Gabe stopped coughing and whimpered a bit. He closed his eyes and then felt Dean wiping his mouth, chin, and hand.

"Want some water, Gabe?"

Gabe nodded slightly and opened his eyes.

Dean got up and hurried to the kitchen. He threw away the bloody tissue and got Gabe's water.

He went back to the bedroom and handed Gabe the glass.

Gabe took it and downed half the glass in a few seconds. "Thank you, Dean."

"You're welcome baby. Let's sleep."

Gabe put the glass aside as Dean climbed into bed next to him.

They both fell asleep in each other's arms.
