My Hari wears sparkling jewelry
Along with his silk drape
But my Shankar wears tiger skin
No gold necklace. Instead, a snake.
He has bracelets around his wrist,
Gems as the size of seeds.
Mahadev doesn't love the gold
Yet he wears rudraksh beads.

Hari wields a bladed Chakra,
Which I find rather cool.
Maheshwar niether has a chakra
Nor a sword,
He wields a mighty trishul.

They are one
Though different they may appear.
Open your heart.
And you will see him there.

Parabhram called Shiva
Hailing him in que.
But for Vaishnav
Parabhram is Shri Vishnu.

So captivating it is,
Shiva is Hanuman.
While Shri Hari Vishnu is
Avatar Shri Ram.
Rama offers Shiv
With devotion so sweet
While Hanuman ji is
However faithful
At Rama's feet.
