So I tried a new writing style or you can say I am trying to change my writing style. This one shot is written from Prerna's pov(mostly)

Prerna sat on the sofa in there room reading an article on internet regarding one more company getting destroyed. The headlines of the article were something like this One more company turned into ashes by none other than Rishabh Bajaj. She didn't really need to read the name of her husband to know that it was done by him. She knew the reason behind it.

The attack that happened on her and Sneha few days ago. In which both of them got away with a few injuries. With her wrist getting twisted, few scratches on arms and on her forehead. Sneha getting a few scratches on her arms and legs. Rishabh has been so worried about both of them that he cancelled all his meeting for the next two days.

It was tough for Prerna to assure him that she, Sneha and there baby was completely fine. In those two days Rishabh have turned the world upside down to know who was behind the attack that happened on Prerna and Sneha. When he got know. Prerna already knew he saw the red in front of his eyes.

And now sitting her on couch reading that article's headline made sure that Rishabh have done it again. Destroyed the person who tried to harm his family. Now that she thinking about it.

She have understood one thing that Her Husband Rishabh Bajaj was not really a bad person. It's just the way he wants the people to know Ruthless, Emotionless and Cold-hearted person.

As she starts getting lost in her own thoughts about a Conflict they had few months a ago. Precisely 3 months ago. Which didn't really go down well between them. And Till this date she feels like she knows nothing about the man whom she have gotten married to.

Now that she have started to reflect on that conflict. She knows one thing for sure that He her husband is definitely a complicated person or is way to much twisted that you wouldn't be able to tell what's going on his mind.

As she keeps on reflecting her conflict with her husband. She is completely lost in the day when everything changed in her life. Changed in the sense changed that she would never want to go back to her past.

Flashback

Rishabh was moving in toe and fore motion in front of the Operation Theater. He was tensed about his wife who have met with an accident just because of those Basu's. And her being 5 months pregnant was not doing anything good to calm his mind and heart Down.

He was so angry on her for putting not just her life in danger but also the life of his child. Yes his child. He have accepted her child as his and wants to start a family with her. But it looks like to him that she have some other plans.

Rishabh finally sits on the chair outside the operation theater. Waiting for the doctors to update on Prerna's conditions. He was more angry on Anurag Basu because of him she was in this condition.

Komolika came back so what was the need of Prerna in all this.

Why was it needed for her to go and save Anurag Basu. This is Third time in last two months that she have to be admitted in the hospital. First was when Mohini Basu pushed her from stairs. Second was because she tried to save her favourite person Moloy Basu aka Kaka Babu.

And this is the third time when she is admitted into the hospital because she came in between a bullet that was meant for Anurag. Why are these Basu's the main reason of the problems in their Lives. He runs a rough hand through his hair messing them a little.

He finally tries to stop his over working mind. At one point it kind of works. But still he was scared about Prerna and the baby.  As he tries to relax his body a little bit. He hears Mohini's scream coming from the end of corridor.

Mohini- Onu!!! Where is my son. Onu!!! She screams. While all other Family members followed behind her. He rolls his eyes at her over dramatic nature. Thinking what happened to God when he was making her.

Mohini comes and stand Infront of him accusing him for her son being in the hospital. He looks into her eyes. Before turning his head towards the other side.

He was already having a headache and here she was screaming at top of her voice which also starts to increase his already on going headache.

And it was doing no good to him. He finally sees Mr. Mehra coming towards them. He sighs in relief when Mr. Mehra finally sends them away to the third. He mouths a silent thank you to Mehra. Who in return nods his head in understanding.

After more than 2 hours of being in operation theater the doctor finally comes out. Rishabh runs towards the Him asks about Prerna's condition.

Rishabh- Doctor how is My wife and the baby?

Doctor- Both them are completely fine. I m shocked that the baby survived. The surgery went a little tough because of continuous rise and fall in her blood pressure. Otherwise the surgery went well.

Rishabh- When can I meet her?

Doctor- we are just shifting to the private room. You can meet her after 10 minutes.

Rishabh- Thank you Doctor.

Rishabh thanked the doctor. Doctor nods his head in understanding and leave from there. He calls Mehra to know about kukki if she is doing fine or not. He have sent Mehra back to Basu Badi. To check on Masi, Tanvi and Kukki.

The way he have left from Basu Badi. He have definitely left tensed his Masi behind him. He have reached the warehouse in about 30 minutes. The scene in front of him have left shocked not that he have showed it on his face but deep down somewhere he was sacred.

Good thing was that the guards he have appointed for her have called him to tell that Prerna have gone to some warehouse.  Which was neither owned by Him or the Basu's. So he have rushed to the place as soon as possible.

He toke a deep breath to calm down his nerves and clear his mind. Because he better knew that he might lose control on himself.  When he entered her room. He saw her sleeping peacefully with all the wires and oxygen mask attached. He went and sat on the stool near bed. He holds her hand while running his other hand through her hair.

After a few minutes he stood ups from his place and sits on the sofa he takes the newspaper and starts reading it. He wasn't in the mood to sleep or what so ever. So he was going to keep himself busy either this way or that way.  After an hour or so He heard a groan coming from the bed. When he looked up from newspaper. He saw that Prerna was waking up.

He immediately rushes towards her. And also Calls for doctor. The doctor came and did a small check up on her. Before saying that she was completely fine and out of danger. While the doctor was checking on her he stood in the far corner of the room. Once the doctor left the room after giving some instructions.

Prerna all this while was looking at him. She knew that he was angry. He was just silently standing in the corner with his arms crossed over his chest. Prerna have opened her mouth more than twice to explain but no words came out.

She was just thinking how to justify what she did. Rishabh have moved towards the bed so slowly and quietly that she didn't even notice him coming near her bed. When she looked up all of sudden she felt like she will jump out of her skin.

The look in his eyes clearly said that he was really displeased and disappointed with her actions for past few weeks. She knew it to well. She haven't taken care of herself. Went blank twice in the last 2 months and now she had put herself and her child's life in danger.

Rishabh- I will only ask one question answer it Honestly.  He said in such a cold voice that she shivered slightly. Prerna just nods her head not being able to say anything.

Rishabh- Do you care about this Child? He  questioned her. Prerna opened her mouth to say something but he cuts her off by saying.

Rishabh- Just answer in yes and no. I don't want to listen your lecture about how important this Baby is to you. He said in cold tone.

Prerna- Yes. Was the only word that came out of her mouth after trying to say something in her defence. Rishabh looked at her for good 5 minutes before he started speaking again.

Rishabh- You care about this Baby. Sorry to Say Prerna you don't the even care about anyone else other than Anurag. The only person you see is Anurag, Anurag and Anurag. Have you ever cared about yourself or The baby? He stopped and pinched his nose between his forefinger and thumb.

Rishabh- No you haven't. Two months back his Mother. Mohini Basu pushed you off the stairs in order to get rid of you from her son's life. Than at the starting of the month you saved his father's life risking your and the baby's life. And no one didn't even care to say thank you or even ask how are you doing. He stopped again seeing her fumbling with the bed sheet in her hands.

Rishabh- And now you almost got yourself killed. Forget the baby. You didn't even care that you are five months pregnant and came between a gun shot that was meant for Mr. Basu. Do you even care about anyone. No you don't. I can't even ask you if I m even welcomed into your world. Because you are so full of Anurag. Anurag this and Anurag that. Why did you do this to Anurag or why does he have to suffer? Why are you behind him? And there is no need to explain why you did. I m so fed up of all this. Get yourself out of your world in which Anurag is the only person you see. See someone else too.

Rishabh stopped toke a deep breath. He looked at Prerna again before standing up from his place. And reaching near the door he said without turning.

Rishabh- I m calling Masi to come and stay with you for a while. Tanvi and Sneha might also visit you with Masi. And think about everything i have said to you. And than he left from there. He didn't even turn to look at her. While she sat there with tears in her eyes and lost in her thoughts. 

She was discharged from the hospital after a week. All this time at her stay at the hospital. He haven't talked a single word to her. Whenever she tried to talk or say something. He just left the room. Like no one was there. And this thing was getting on her nerves.

She knew she shouldn't have done this. Now that they were going to back to Basu Badi. Their temporary home. Both of them sat in silence as Ram drove them back. Once they back and settled in their room. Rishabh have called Chandu.

Rishabh- Chandu. Tell Masi to be with Prerna till the time I don't come back. Or atleast one person should be here with her in case she needs anything. Saying this he dismissed Chandu and left the room once Masi was there to be with Prerna.

Anurag have seen the way Rishabh have been behaving with Prerna ever since they have came back home. He knew this was the best chance to get Prerna back with him. He didn't care if the child was of Rishabh. He waited near Prerna's room till Masi left because of a phone call.

Prerna was fast asleep when Masi left to attend the phone call. She didn't want Prerna to be distributed so she left for her room. When Anurag entered the room Prerna thought Rishabh have came back.

Prerna- Rishabh!!!! She spoke ecstatically while sitting up. But the shine in her eyes dropped and she looked away. Anurag was hurt when he got to know that Prerna thought that Rishabh was back. But neither the less he spoke.

Anurag- Prerna. Please come back to me. I know Mr. Bajaj is not you treating well. He said trying to get her attention back but she was still looking other way. So he spoke again.

Anurag- Prerna I love you. You know that I can't live without you. Why are you doing this to me. He said again. He did got her attention but the look in her eyes was still the same. She spoke after a few minutes.

Prerna- I don't want to speak with you Anurag. She said in neutral tone. Anurag looked at her with a hurt expression which didn't really effect her. Anurag Moved a little closer to where she was sitting.

Anurag- Ohh so you don't want to talk me but You want to talk with Mr. Bajaj. He said a little louder with a hint of anger. Prerna looked at him with a straight face and said.

Prerna- Yes. I want to talk with Him. Do you any problem with it. She said looking at him. Anurag fumed even more in anger.

Anurag went sat near her holding her shoulders tightly. Prerna winced which he completely ignored.

Anurag- yes I have problem it. Why are so interested in talking to a person who separated us. Who came in between us. Who doesn't even care about you. He said tightening his grip on her shoulder. Prerna winced and pushed him away from herself.

Prerna- I said get out of my Room. She said holding her shoulder. Anurag saw some blood on her shoulder and on his hand and cursed himself for hurting her. Anurag tried to hold her but she showed him her hand.

Prerna- Didn't you hear me? I said get out of my room. She said loudly this time. But Anurag gave it a deaf ear and tried to apologize. Rishabh who have listened Prerna shouting have rushed to room. Only to see Her shoulder bleeding and Anurag trying to hold her.

Rishabh- Didn't You hear her Mr. Basu. She told you to get out of the room. He said entering the room. Anurag turned around to see Rishabh entering the room. Anurag gave a look to Prerna and left the room.

Rishabh looked at Prerna who sat clutching her shoulder. Rishabh went and sat beside her. Removing her hand from her shoulder he looked at that the wound which was bleeding. Rishabh cursed Anurag under his breath for hurting her.

He went and toke the first aid kit from the bathroom. Rishabh silently sat beside Prerna dressing her wound. Prerna winced here and there which made Rishabh stop for a while before returning back to what he was doing. Once her dressing was done. Rishabh was about to get up when she holds his hands tight.

Rishabh- Prerna Leave my hand. He said looking at her. Prerna shook her head and tighten her grip around.

Prerna- Not until you hear me out. Prerna said. Rishabh tried to get his hand free from her grip before giving up. Rishabh just nods his head. Prerna smiles before starting to explain herself.

Prerna- Rishabh I know I did a mistake. I know wasn't taking care of myself really well. I know I shouldn't have gone there. I have clearly known how that komolika was than or now. She was, is and will always be the same. I shouldn't have trusted her when she said she will let Anurag go if I go to meet her. I didn't really expected her to go against her given words. It was all Anurag's mistake he was infuriating her saying. How I m his wife and how happy we were together. And blah blah. She got so angry that she shot me. The only thing Anurag did was to stand behind me so that when you came inside the warehouse. You see me standing in between. I swear Rishabh I was not meaning to get myself into trouble. I know the only thought I ever had was Anurag but I m not so stupid to get my baby in danger. And that day in the hospital when you spoke all those things everything got clear for me.

She stopped to look at Rishabh. He might not have said anything but he was listening to her. And that was it thing that mattered to her. She took a deep breath and started again.

Prerna- I was so much consumed in the thoughts of Anurag. That I never really thought about anything else. Got my self respect at stake. Got my mother and family insulted time and again. Why because I was much in love with him. That I forgot my Baba died because he was with his father in that accident. I never really thought about it. That his father survived and my Father died. Why because komolika wanted to be with Anurag. He never trusted me. In Switzerland, I have never told this to anyone but he have slapped me because he thought I married you for money. Called me gold digger and left. The only mistake I did than was that I didn't slap him right there.

She said on the verge of tears. Rishabh have fisted his free hand in order to keep himself in check and control on his anger. A tear slipped from Prerna's eyes which she wiped away using her injured arm. Rishabh kept on looking at before saying something.

Rishabh- Why didn't you tell me this in Switzerland itself. I might be cold hearted but that doesn't mean I don't respect ladies. He said keeping his other on her hand which was holding his right hand.

Prerna just looked at him before hugging him tightly crying lightly. Rishabh wrapped his arms around her waist, rubbing her back lightly. Prerna stopped crying after sometime but didn't really let go of him.

Prerna- It was all because I used to believe in every word Anurag said. I was so stupid to let other people control my mind and make me believe them. I m sorry. Please forgive me. I promise I will never do this kind stupidity ever again to put myself in this kind of trouble. She said still hugging him. Rishabh broke the hug and wiped her remaining tears.

Rishabh- Ok. I will forgive you on one condition. As you have promised me that you will not get yourself in any sort of trouble than I can think about it. He said looking at her. Prerna nods her immediately.

Rishabh- Hmm than you are forgiven.

End of flashback

Prerna was so lost in her thoughts. That she didn't noticed when her hands have unconsciously started cursing her left shoulder. She was snapped out of her thoughts when Kukki jumped on the sofa beside her hugging her tightly. Prerna hugged her back tightly and got busy with Kukki for the rest of the afternoon.
Although in the back of her mind she was still thinking about him.

(And if At night when she was about to sleep. Prerna took Rishab's hand in her own and pull it to her chest hugging it close.  Thinking that she will one day start to understand him better and will also be a better version of herself too. Than it was only for her to know and no-one else..)

So this is the one shot I hope all of you will like.  It's was written long back when kasutti zindagi Kay 2 was still running...  But anyways kind of tried a new writing style. A lot better than the previous one that I used to write in.

It's shows my thoughts a little better and a little clear. I hope all of you will like(and maybe i will get at least a few likes and comments.)
