Leonidas seethed in rage that steam was vaguely visible on his face. Magnus actually suggested that Dia go get the tests done that Benton had recommended to her early on. He was about to protest that the idea was ridicules and far too dangerous!

"Diamond Justice" was a power that Dia seemed to be the sole bearer of, meaning that anyone could make her a potential weapon in the wrong hands. Benton could be one who bares a friendly face now but could easily be a sheep in wolf's clothing.

DIA WAS SPARED FROM A LIFE OF TESTS AND FEAR OF BEING MADE A TOOL FOR ONE'S BENEFIT! NO REASON TO FORCE HER INTO THAT LIFE YET AGAIN!

As of this moment, Dia was on her way to Dusk Industries after clearing it with her Uncle first. The fact that even he was hesitant about it was a warning sign.

"Dia, are you certain about this? You don't have to. Magnus may think this is best for you but it may still be too soon" Leonidas looked at her with worried eyes while he sat on her shoulder.

"I know....Though with Marduk still hunting after you..." She took a deep breath before calming herself to continue to speak. "Diamond Justice", when it failed, I felt something off. As if I was someone else for a moment. We got lucky that Dan was with us. The next time it happens then someone may take you when I'm down....." She could only have imagine how everyone was worried about her.  Worse is that Marduk probably knew this would happened but chose to flee instead.

Marduk....What are plans involving the Diamond Clan? Why are you trying to make a weapon for a cause still unknown? Her brother never did this sort of thing till the day he went missing....Could that dragon bakugan have some sort of hold over him?

Then Leonidas shared some comforting words that put her in better spirits.

"Well the moment you feel any discomfort then we leave. You are my precious and irreplaceable partner. I, Diamond Leonidas vow to protect you from now and forever. Diana Crystal Jenkins. The Diamond Queen of this bakugan warrior." Dia heart couldn't help but beat merrily to her partner's words.

Right. This time when she faced these tests and physicals, she had Leonidas by her side now.

He already made it clear that if she so much as cry then HE RIP THAT LAB TO SCRAP METAL AND PERSONALLY MAKE THOSE RESPONSIBLE PAY!!

Benton was outside to greet them. Still was in shock. from last time they were in his care. Thankifully he never seemed mad about the damage Leo caused. Must have something to do with hanging around the Awesome Ones. He wasn't alone either. Beside him was the one person that Dia wasn't ready to see yet. Not since the whole Apology Brawl.

"GRRRRR! Why is he here?" Leonidas glared at Wynton as he let out a low snarl.

HAD THIS BOY NOT HURT HER ENOUGH?!

"Hey Dia..." Wynton seemed sadden that Dia didn't want to make eye contact with him.

"I've asked Wynton to help since he seemed to understand energies from Vestoria. We believe that your new power may stem from a hidden power within Vestoria itself. We only need a blood test and a few physical scans. Nothing too overwhelming I hope" He looked nervous while recalling how Leonidas reacted when he first suggested it. Best not to anger a Bakugan.

"Alright then..." Dia already made up her mind to do these tests. Just because Wynton was there did not make her want to give up.

To be honest, Dia still had a hard time being around Wynton since his painful words still longered deep within the core of her heart. How he was forcing her to make a choice in abandoning Leo for a crime which he did not even do.... How he gave her the coldest stares in the classes which they shared. The videos he participated in that he stated for all brawlers to treat her like an outcast demon. The apology alone was not enough for her to forgove him just yet.

Trox and Leonidas were on semi good terms since Troxx had been fooled by Marduk.  Leonidas would chat with Drago and the Ventus Bakugan about battle tactics. Trox also helped Leo to understand how sensitive others may be. In return, Leonidas would let Trox be the first one to see Dia art.

"She's still upset with him? It's been three weeks now. I know he was harsh with his words, but this is a bit much isn't?" Trox and Leonidas waited on a nearby table while playing the game "Uno".

"She has her reasons. It is true that she is coming around to forgiving you all. Wynton words of abandoning seemed to have struck a nerve. Give her time to forgive the boy if she chooses to" Leonidas eyes looked to Dia who just gave a sample of her blood to Benton. Then he returned his attention back to the game where he announce "Uno" before putting down his final card.

"That is the sixth time in a row! Are you sure that you haven't play this?" Trox literally just explained the rules to the game. HOW IS HE GETTING BEATEN BY A NEW COMER.

Leo only gave a smug smirk as a reply.  It is true that he has never played the strange games that humans invented here. However he has seen students played the games during in break times. Observing to the point that he could play as a novice with skulls.

Meanwhile the two brawlers were proceeding onto the physical scans. To see what energy allowed the unspeakable power of the Diamond Clan.  Benton went to his lab to personally study the blood sample. This would give the two a chance to talk things out.

"Dia. Can we talk?" Still Dia did not meet his gaze. She did seem to be listening while she laid on the bed of the Scanner tube.

Wynton struggles to find the right words. One slip up and Dia may avoid him all together. Not to mention that Leonidas made it clear as day that he would slash anyone that hurts Dia to shreds.

"I know that I caused you to go  through a pain that none of us fully understood. We believed that the two of you hurt Dan for no reason. Then I said some things that I can't take back....Just like I nearly lost Trox because I was too obsessive with pranks. You genuinely just wanted to be our friend, yet I still chose to believe the falsehood other then you. Dia....I am the last person who should have told you to let your partner go...I know how dear the bakugan have become to us. Trox is basically family just like Leo is to you. I'm so sorry that I said that to the two you...." His tears fell onto the tablet which was linked to the scanner tube.

Dia eyes looked toward Wynton, it was clear to her that his tears were proof that he truly was sorry.

"I can't say why it hurts right now but I am willing to start over"  Dia voice caused Wynton to finally look up to meet eye to eye with the Diamond Brawler.

It did not mean that everything was fixed right away. It only meant that they were starting on a clean stale. Now they must turned their attention to what the results show from the scans. Hopefully it will provide some answers to this mystery.

The moment that Dia went into the tube is when a surge of overwhelmed the technology to start to static. Forcing Dia to become trapped into within the tube in a sleep like state.

"DIA!!!"

"DIANA!!!"

Wynton and Leonidas voices were all she could hear before her mind drifted into the unknown.

The next time her eyes opened, she found herself in a room that seemed to be completely constructed out of crystals. No...They were made from gemstones that she recalled from a book that "Adventura" actually allowed her to read. The walls seemed to be diamond yet they had been re enforced by hard structure collums of agates. There was no furniture but a chair, if one can actually call it that. A large being sat slump in the throne like chair who was restricted by golden chains with a type of red residue glow on it.

".....Seems like I finally got through to you..." The being spoke with a weak voice though they seemed happy.

"W-Who are you....? Did you call me here?" Dia knew Bakugan had abilities, but to teleport her somewhere....

Leo is going to give her an earful when she got back. To think he once didn't care about her other than brawling. Now it felt like she acquired a overly protective brother who shared her trauma. Jasper is also considering Leo as a newphew to him.

He even gave Leo his human disguise name. Leon Rexal Jenkins. The Diamond Dragon blushed from the kindness that his family provided him.

NOW HE IS SO PROTECTIVE THAT IT'S LIKE DIA AS IF SHE WERE MADE OUT OF GLASS. THAT OR A SICKLY PERSON THAT NEEDS CONSTANT CARE.

"My name is Code Eve. Once I ruled as the leader of the Diamond Clan. Then the golden bakugan of Vestoria who formed the Supreme Council made our dear friend kill me. Not that I blame them. Forcing an innocent to go against their dear friends.....Even in my death, they limit my powers" Those chains were what made her weak. Making sure that this bakugan can NOT cause any issues.

"That's awful...." To not only kill this poor digimon but to chain her spirit within this room. "Not to be rude. Though why call me here?"

Code Eve giggled a bit. Seems like she should have done the introductions first. No wonder her brother always lecture her about being a proper ruler and have the most presentable manners.

"Well with the remaining strength I had left. I allowed myself to be reincarnated. The one I be reborn as would have access to my abilities" Dia eyes widen at this explaination.

"Wait a second....! You mean that I am you but as a reborn human?!" Never would she even believed that she was experienced that only known in fictions.

Reminds her of an episode of  the anime she watched. How the hero was killed in their past life and were reborn as cute hamsters who rid the world of evil. If only that stupid bear show had reduced hours then her show wouldn't be getting cancelled!

"My best friend Genesis taught me the secrets to be reborn. Though a golden bakugan casted a curse upon me. Limiting my powers and poisoning them to fail in painful ways. Dia, you managed to break the first chain link! Overcoming the vemonous trials to unlock the full potential of the one worthy of the "Diamond Queen". The chosen Vessel out of the many ancient warriors who once walked the lands of the Bakugan homeland" Eve seemed excited to have hopes of being released of these cursed chains.

The true potential of Diamond Justice was linked to the five chains that shackled Code Eve to the shadows of the darken area of the bright room.

"Am I the worthy one of unlocking such strength?" Dia still had so much to learn about brawling. Not to mention that this was still a bit to take in right now.

"Well we are technically the same person. I asked this of my friend Judge about two hundred years ago. He said that all trials are linked to a desire to fulfill a goal. I have to sent you back now. Hope we meet again before it's too late for me...." The room glew even brighter as the illumination overwhelmed Dia vision.

Before what was too late? Would something happen if she was too late?

Just before Dia was sent back to the lab, there she saw something shocking. There on Code Eve right arm was a large crack that had fragments of destroyed gemstones.

The chains were slowly destroying Code Eve. Would that mean that Diamond Justice would also be destroyed. The power that came from it also had been in her system for years.

Dia eyes awoken to the worried faces of Wynton and Benton looking down at her. Leonidas was in his human form, holding her close.

Judging how tight his grip was....She was had been out for a long time. A couple of days to be honest.

Her eyes looked around before her golden orbs widen in shock. The lab had taken a large amount of electrical damage. The tube that was in earlier had been completely pulverized.

"You really scared us.....Geez you nearly caused me to let out my rage" Leo really got scared that he almost lost to that strange power.

Dia would have to tell Leo about Code Eve later on. Right now.....

She needed a minute to process this.
