Yes, God created hell, but He didn't actually create it for us. Hell was originally meant for Satan and his demons after they were cast out of Heaven.

After man sinned, he became imperfect and unworthy of God's presence, but he was given another chance—through Jesus, who died on the cross to rid us of our sins.

God gave us freewill—the ability to choose to either accept God's love or reject it.

At the end of our days on earth, God welcomes those that accepted Him into His Kingdom, and those that rejected Him are put in a place where His presence is absent—hell.

The truth is that His breath of life is present in us all, even those that don't believe. That's what keeps us alive.

The real torture in hell is not the fire and brimstone, but actually separation from God, whose very presence is the only source of happiness for our souls. Life without Him is eternal anguish. 

If you think about it, it's actually our choices that send us to Heaven or hell, so make the right choice today. Choose God. Choose Heaven.
