Manik's POV
Awww the poor soul was afraid of swings. But I decided to help her in overcoming her fear.
"Come..!"I said holding her hand and she became hesitant.
"Ma-Manik..!"She stammered.
"Hay..! Come on you trust me right??"I asked lovingly and she nodded innocently.
"Then come..!"Then I myself sat on the swing and pull her in my lap. She clutched my collars tightly and hide her face in crook of my neck. I carefully wrapped my strong arms around her and she was breathing heavily.
"Main gir jaoan ge..!"She shouted hysterically.
"Shhh...! Relax..! I won't let you fall..!"I whispered in her ear and she look in my eyes. I started moving back and forth the swing. Soon she was relaxed and rested her head on my chest. We both were quiet. My one hand was carefully wrapped around her tiny waist and the other was in her hands and she was playing my fingers like an adorable baby. I kissed her hair she just smiled in response. How much cute and adorable she was..! I just wanted to make her mine..! I will surely propose her in her kind of wish..
"Manik..!"Suddenly her whisper broke my trance.
"Hmm?"I asked looking at her.
"You had never told me about yourself..!"Finally she asked the most painful question of my life and closed my eyes in frustration. She look at me and became worried. "Ok I am sorry..! Ap kuch mat bataoa..! Whenever you feel like telling me..! I will not force you..!"Her words immediately calmed me down.
"Thank you for understanding..!"I said smilingly and she just kissed my cheek in response.
"I will be always there for you..!"She said purely and again rested her head on my chest. She closed her eyes and clutched my hands tightly. She had frown on her face..
"You want to say something?"I asked pecking her forehead.
"Thank you for coming in my life Manik..!"She whispered and suddenly I spotted tears in her eyes.
"Nandini..! Tum har baat par roti ho..! Main tmhri smile ka reason ban'na chahta hoon jaan..!"I said lovingly and she blushed on hearing the word jaan. She turned and wrapped her arms around my neck.
"You are the only reason of my smile..!"She whispered seductively leaning close to lips. She eyed my lips and I without waiting further time took her lips for another kiss. Her hands traveled in my hair and I clutched her waist tightly. This time she took the lead and I let her dominate.. But I forcefully broke the kiss as my cell phone was ringing. Nandini smiled and hide her face in crook of my neck. I smilingly held her close and without seeing the caller ID I answered the call.
"Hello..!"I said cheerfully while Nandini was ruffling my hair.
"Kahan ho Manik? Come home right now..!"The voice from the other side was enough to boil my blood..! My MOM..! Why is she back?
"I am busy..!"I said coldly and was about to cut the call when..
"Jis larki kay sath tum is wakt ho na Manik..! Usy thikany lagany main mjy ziada time nahi lagy ga..!"I heard Mom's shout and look at Nandini she was just smiling at me. I calmed my expression and smiled back.
"What do you want?"I said in a serious tone and Nandini look at me curiously.
"I want to talk to you..! Come home..! Right now..!"She said triumphantly.
"Ok..!"I finally said and cut the call. I knew,that lady my so called MOM can harm Nandini easily. I can't drag that little girl in me and my Mom's fight.
"What happened? You look worried...!"Nandini said worriedly.
"No..! I am ok..! It's just we have to go now..!"I said in a serious tone trying my best to calm myself down.
"Aisy achanak? I don't want to go..!"She said babyishly.
"Aww..! Baby we will come back..! Whenever you want to..!"I tried to convince her and she nodded sadly.
"Ab chalo..! let's go..!"I said and helped her to stand straight. She again held my finger like a baby and started walking with me. I can't stress her by telling her about my messy bloody damn life..
"Ab hum subha milain gay?"She asked sadly as I halted the car in front of her orphanage.
"Baby..! Main meeting kay baad tm say khud contact kar loon ga ok?"I said cupping her right cheek and she nodded.
"You know I love it when you address me as baby..!"She said smilingly and kissed my cheek. I smiled on her cute sa confession.
"Stay safe..!"I whispered and pecked her forehead.
"Bye bye..! All the best for your meeting..!"She said smilingly and run inside the orphanage. I needed that luck for sure..!

"Tmhry us 2 taky ki secretary nay Aryaman Khurana ko thapar mara..! She slapped Aryaman Khurana..!"Mom shouted angrily and I gave her a whatever look.
"So?"I said shrugging my shoulders.
"So..! It's not a small thing Manik...! Tum us larki ki itne himayat q kar rhy ho haan? What is she to you?"Mom again shouted.
"Wo mery liye kya hai me ya baat ap ko btana zarori nahi smjhta..! Its my personal matter..!"I said coldly.
"I AM YOUR MOTHER MANIK..!"She shouted.. "Tum us larki kay liye apni maa say lar rahy ho..! Pta nahi kis kis kay sath us ka affair ho ga..! That bloody prostitute..!"She yelled on top of her voice and that was enough for me..
"ENOUGH MOM..!"I too yelled in the same tone and she was taken a back."Nandini aise nahi hai..! Chii.! Itne ghatiyaa soch hai ap ki..!"
"Don't tell me that you have fallen in love with that middle class girl..!"Mom said sarcastically.
"Yes..! You guessed it right..!"I said coldly. "Ab agar ap ko answer mil gya ho tou exit door is open..!"I said sarcastically and walked out. I was so much furious because of Mom's words..! How dare she to call Nandini by bad words..! I won't let this happen..! Only person I need at that time was NANDINI.. I directly drove to the orphanage and walked inside.. I quietly walked towards Nandini's room as I wanted to surprise her I knew she would be happy to see me. I reached her room and was about to knock the door when I heard few noises..
"Nandini..! I love you so much..! I can't live without you..!" Hearing those words, my breath stuck in my throat. I felt like my whole world collapsing.. I peeped in the room and what I saw next tore my heart into pieces.. Nandini was in someone else arms..! She was hugging the boy..! I didn't had the courage to hear her answer and I run from there..! I run as fast as I can..! I didn't knew what was happening..! I didn't had the courage to look back..! NANDINI DITCHED ME? MERA PYAAR ADHOORA REH GYA?
