Ooh, I love birthday celebrations! It depends on what kind of celebration you're going for. If you want a casual, nothing-too-big celebration, you could probably grab some friends and maybe your family and go out to eat somewhere you really like and then afterward go to a movie. (I hear the new IT movie is gear.)

If you want a BIG celebration, you can rent a limo and go party at Dave and Buster's or Chuck-E-Cheese's or something. That's what I would do, but I tend to want extravagant, loud parties. I would also probably reserve the entire restaurant for me so I don't have to wait in line for anything.
