1. The reason I was self-conscious was because the press was putting me down. Constantly. They were always talking about things that they shouldn't have. Like saying things that I've gained weight and this, that, and the other. You can only take so much of that before you start to wear down. You think, "Well, if they think that, it must be true. I am kind of pudgy, aren't I?"

2. I was kind of jealous of George in a way. I mean, he was skinny as a bleeding rail. I always wondered how he could be so thin! He was also people-person, always being a good listener and getting on people's good sides, but all at the same time, he could BITE. Yes, he was kind and all that, but he could really bite if he wanted to. (Not literally, of course. That would be scary to have those sharp canines bite you.) I was kind of envious how he could be he nicest guy in the world just to turn around and nail you like a snake.

3. Sometimes I miss writing songs with Macca and other times I really don't. I mean, when I write songs on my own I don't have to deal with his womanly voice in my ear saying, "Oh, you can't use that chord. Oh, you can't use those words. Oh, what is wrong with you?" Blah, blah, blah. Half the time I wanted to just rip my hair out!

(Also, I'm not offended in any way about McLennon. I actually think it's a big laugh and I rather enjoy it!)

4. Yes, as a matter of fact, I do think I'm still successful. Who needs a bunch of waste-of-spaces standing around arguing about what was going to be on the album? I feel so free with my solo songs, and they're pretty good, aren't they?

5. My favorite guitar is my Gibson J-160E, which I had forever. Here it is.

5. I ABSOLUTELY HATE "RUN FOR YOUR LIFE"!!! It is the worst song I've ever written in my entire life. It's terrible.
