Dear John, it's me again. I just met a guy and we have been talking as friends for three weeks now. What I have noticed about him is that he takes two days to respond to one text message from me. I dont blow up his phone at all. Our conversations are really dry lol. I told that I wanted to get to know him better and he said he would talk to me more but nothing has changed. Should I be more patient with him or is he wasting my time ?

Waiting two days to reply to a simple message could be a sign of disinterest. If he promised to talk to you more but hasn't, it probably means that he isn't interested and is just wasting your time. Or perhaps it is his way of playing it cool, but it sounds a lot like keeping you at arms-length.

You could try waiting some time to see if he will want to be something more, but remember that there are other guys out there. If he doesn't seem to want to talk to you, that's fine. It's just his loss.
