On the Next Day... I noticed myself sleeping on the table, with my Science Book...

I didn't get to change my uniform...

"Chris.."My mom keep on shaking me....

"what???..."I replied, with my eyes close and im still trying to sleep...

"There is someone who wants to see you... His name is Pearce..."Mom said while glaring at me

"P,Pearce?!"My eyes widened, making me stood up and run downstairs.

"P,Pearce!!! Haha... Ahh... Umm"i scratch my head and look away

Pearce is Creepy...

"Give me the money Quantum..."Pearce whispered as he glared at me viciously..

"Yes yes!"i rushed back upstairs and took everything... And found out that what I got was the exact amount i should be giving him.

I gave the money to him and he left without saying a word...

I Better leave now... I took my usual clothes and take a bath.

While inside the bathroom, I saw my sprain... Was gone... It doesn't hurt anymore... Haha! I love my resistance..

"Alright i'll be...CHRIS?! Lock your door!!!"Mom shouted as she locked the bathroom door

"Oops... Mom brought some of her friends again..."i frowned and I finished removing the soapy things on my body.

As i finished taking a bath, i look downstairs to see my 20 year old Cousin...FRED?!

"Wh,what on earth is he doing here?!" I whispered to myself as I rushed in my room and put on my clothes.

Fred is my hatest cousin ever! He always think he's the boss on everything! I mean... Seriously?! He doesn't have the right to boss me around!

"Woah? Chris, whats the rush?"Gizmo asked as he wake up from his sleep mode.

"Fred, my cousin is in here!!"i panicked, as i kept on looking outside.

"F,FRED?! he tried destroying me the last time he visited! We have to escape!!!"Gizmo Shouted as he readied his rocket boosters

"Chris!!! Your Cousin is here! Better welcome him" mom shouted

I Facepalmed and then look at the opened Glass window pane

"Gizmo!" I whispered as i pointed at the opening.

"Oh there!!! Good idea!"Gizmo and I then escaped by the use of that window...

We flew into Joy's house, and saw her playing games on her computer

"Hey Joy!" I wave my hand

But she was shocked by the time Gizmo and I barged in and surprise her

"What are you two doing here?! Why didn't you just used the door instead of the window?!"Joy shouted as she glared at us and placed both her hands at her hips

I close her window and put down the curtains

"What are you doing Chris?! Why are you locking everything?!"Joy began to tremble and get suspicious

"My cousin Fred, is at our home"i whispered...

"YOUR COUSIN?!"I covered her mouth.

"FRED Is a complete...BULLY!We have to leave! Did you remember the time he Almost pushed you at the window?!"I kept on shaking her lightly

"Yes... And i hate that guy!!!"She glared at the window...

"we have to leave Chris... I hear them..."Gizmo said as he look at the window,"they're heading for Here Chris!!"

Until Superbook suddenly arrived,"Oh Superbook! Good timing! You have to get us out of this place!"i Shouted as i messed my hair up

"Yes Superbook!!!"Gizmo said

"Well actually thats the reason why im here. Haha! Anyway, have fun in Jerusalem!"Superbook then brought us in his vortex

Then we landed on a really deserted placed

"They can imitate you but they can't duplicate you, cu—"i turned off the song playing on Gizmo's music library

"Gizmo... This isn't a joke..."Joy and I glared at Gizmo

"Sorry! But look where we are! This is much worst than Fred! This is a desert Chris!"Gizmo glared at me, pointing at me as i kept on stepping away.

"Look guys! That must be Jerusalem!"Joy pointed at a walled city

"Oh wait Guys, i forgot, thats not Jerusalem.. Hehe..."Superbook stated

Joy then raised an eyebrow,"then what is that Place?"

"Thats Jericho, a walled City near the Jordan River! Anyway kids, you'll meet a woman named Rahab. Have fun!!... Oh wait... She's a kind and A believer of God... Yet she's a prostitute... Bye!!"Superbook then disappeared

"She's a prostitute?!"I shouted with my eyes widened.

"Who is Ruth?"Joy asked

"Let's just hurry and enter Jericho! I dont wanna see any more Desert and i dont wanna hear that Dessert song anymore!!"I shouted

"Come on guys!"i glared at both of them and we walked down to Jericho

"You know Chris, this is tiring, why dont we just ride Gizmo?"Joy suggested

As we arrived at the city, we noticed that there are some guards, guarding the city, some soldiers i prefer...

"Look... The security in Jericho is tight... Do you think we can ever meet the woman Superbook told us?"Joy said as she pointed at the soldiers.

"Shhh.. Wait... Guys! Look! A woman!"I pointed over at a woman with long brown hair.

"I wonder what she is doing out there..."Joy thought for a sec.

"Guys, that woman is Rahab! Maybe she can help us enter the city!"Gizmo said

"You think so Giz? Do you think Rahab know us? Are we close to her? Are we?!"Joy glared at Gizmo, making Gizmo tremble and step away...

"Did you hear something Rahab?"the soldier asked Rahab

"... None... I hear none..."Is she trying to save us?

"No i hear something..."The soldier insisted as he walk towards where we are hiding

"Shh! Gizmo!"we covered Gizmo's mouth because he is too noisy!!

Then the soldier grasp the wooden tray and remove it one by one

"AHHH!!!"We all run inside Jericho and saw Rahab looking at us surprisingly

"Get those Little brats! They must be asked by Joshua to spy in Jericho!"I overheard the Soldier as we ran

"children! Stop!"A voice of a woman was heard..

"Help us!!"Gizmo pleaded as he kneeled down and cried

"Gizmo! Were not gonna die! Were just gonna get arrested!"Joy assures Gizmo

"I mean yeah haha... Its fun being arrested, you can play a Virtual reality of an escape game..."Then Joy elbowed me As i said those words...

"Children... Onto my boarding house.. Come on..."Rahab pushed us in a house...

"Okay Children... You know that the Security here in Jericho is tight... Where are you guys from?"Rahab then look at us with a smile

"Were from a place far from here..."Gizmo said

And they thought we were spies and they misunderstood everything and now their hunting us down and theres this Woman named Rahab that say you were nice and we'll be safe with you!"i explained fastly..

"Woah.. Woah.. Slow down kid! But i did understand everything you said.. So You were misunderstood by the soldiers.. That all three of you were spies... And now they are hunting you down?... Well... You'll be safe out here... Except that no one will be left here when we march around the city tomorrow."Joshua said

"We'll come with you!"Gizmo replied

"Its too dangerous Giz!"Joy said while crossing her arms and rolling her eyes...

"You'll just march around the city. Its easy! You dont have to fight and destroy them. Just march around"Joshua explained while looking at his army...

"Guess that will work out too... I wanna attack too!"I shouted

Then Joshua chuckled and placed his hands on my shoulder,"Kid.. If you came with us to attack, you'll be in great danger... Entering the city while its collapsing can lead to danger..."Then Joshua left..

"Guys! You know how boring it is to just march around the city! We have to attack!"i Tried to convince them but they just shook their head

And as my best friend who is unsupportive just chuckle..."Sorry Chris... But have you heard what Joshua said? Its dangerous... Its better to march than to die"

Then as Gizmo was about to follow Joy, i hold his hands and convince him..."Chris... Its dangerous.. You cant just go attack a city at your age.."

Age...oh my goodness!!!"GIZMO!! I forgot that Marco and Andrew will announce who will join the unstoppable Dragons!!! Wahh!!! But I cant go home... Fred is hunting me down!!!"

"Oh that... Ahhh!!"Gizmo started to panic...

And then...Superbook arrived.. Bringing all of us back at Joy's home..

"Joy??"A sudden knock was heard downstairs

"Joy dont!"I pleaded, but i can see her tremble in fear...

"We have to escape! But where?"Gizmo said

"I have to go to the gymnasium to see who entered Marco and Andrew's basketball team!"I said

"then lets head to the gym!!"Joy shouted

We headed to the gym and saw Marco and Andrew announcing the one who passed

"Terry Diaz..."Marco said as he rolled his eyes

"And...Chris Quantum!!"Andrew shouted

"Chris! You passed!"Joy pushed me onto the stage

"At least we escaped Fred..."Gizmo said

"Yeah haha..."Joy replied..

Seriously? Why are they talking about Fred?! They should be happy because i just Managed to... Oh of course they're happy!! They're just worried because maybe my cousin will invade their humble place and gave them nightmares for life..

I,I mean Fred is such a demon -_-

"Good job Chris! You have proved to everyone that you can do anything... Welcome to the team!"we high five each other...

At Lunch, me and Joy decided not to go home, so with Gizmo with us, we ate on a fast food restaurant... Which i expect us to eat..

"Really guys? McDonald's?"i pout and gave them a serious look

"This is the only place your mom won't suspect us to go... Besides... Jackie and Daniel always hang out here."Joy said with a smile

"Yeah! See those guys?!"Gizmo pointed at a girl on the left and a boy on the right

"That's Jackie!!! This is my chance to talk to her!"I rushed to Jackie... But Joy stopped me and sighed

"You know i really wanna go close to Daniel... But i can't... You think Jackie will talk to you even if you kept on poking her? She'll just get annoyed and avoid you. So thats why i just fantasize everything about Daniel..."Joy explained as he look straight to my eyes

"Hello! Here are your orders!"The waiter then placed a chicken nugget in front of me and the same with Joy... And some french fries for us to share... Some drinks and then the waiter left...

"Lets eat..."as we finished eating, we saw our parents passed by McDonald's and enter..

"Guys!!! Hide!!"I shouted as we run on the bathroom... The bathroom used by People with disability since boy and girl are allowed to enter it

"This... Is a perfect hiding place..."I sighed in relief and then look at the mirror

"We can't just stay here forever Chris, we have to reveal ourselves and tell them how we really feel about Your Demonic Cousin."Joy said as she rolled her eyes

I look down and hesitated... But.."fine... Lets go..."

We headed home and waited for My family to come home...

and as Evening strucks, thats the time i saw my parents and Fred...

"Chris! We were looking all over for you! Where have you been? Fred is here..."Mom said as she hugged me

"Mom... Dad... We have to tell you something..."I started

"We can't really hide this forever right?"Joy then continued

"Its about Fred..."Gizmo ended...

As Fred's eyes widened, my Mom look straight at my eyes and sighed,"We all knew about this.. Fred told us everything..."

Then we all look at each other then at Mom,"he did?"

"Yea, so thats why he's here... He wanted to ask forgiveness to all he have done..."Dad said...

Then Fred look at me and kneeled down,"Chris.. Im sorry if ever i did something... Its just that.. I dont know what sort of things can make me happy..."

"... I... I forgive you.. But you should also be asking forgiveness to my friends..."i started and look at him with a smile

He then started asking forgiveness, and we all forgive him in return...

"Well guys... My work here is done... I hope to see you guys again... Bye.."Fred left and take the bus..

"At least everything's clear now... Im gonna go home now.. Bye Chris!"Joy said as she left and headed for her house.. Which is a feet away from our house...

I headed back at my room and lay down my bed,"wonder what big things are gonna happen tomorrow... Goodnight Gizmo..."
