William POV

"William!" Victoria and April hugged me while I entered their apartment.

"Hi...." I smiled nervously.

"I'm in 7th grade!" April smiled proudly.

"How did they accept you? You look....so young" I scratched behind my head.

"She looks like a 6 year old but she's smart" Victoria smirked.

April smiled showing me her bag pack.

"Cute" I smiled.

"Daisy told me that it would look good on me!" she jumped around me.

"Daisy....knows what's best," I laughed nervously.

"So....Victoria you have problem with Geography" I sighed.

"Yeah" she acted shyly.

"Well I'm here to help" I smiled proudly.

"Me too, I can help!" April smiled.

"Of course you can" Victoria laughed.

April and I sat with Victoria in her room doing her Geography homework.

"I can't get this right" she wined.

"Oh that's a Shield Volcano because of it's structure and basaltic magma"

Her eyes were spinning while I explained her assignment.

"Victoria is broken" April poked her.

I sighed looking at them. April explained what I said in her own words.

"Wow!" Victoria eyes sparkled cuddling her.

"I gotta say I'm impressed" I smirked.

"I read from your books when I was a dog" April smiled proudly.

I took out some candy Daisy gave me. They stared at me while they were drooling and crawling closer to me.

"So....you guys want some?" I sighed.

They nodded.

"Sure" I laughed.

They looked so cute eating the chocolate bars and hard candy.

"I want more" April pouted.

I fed her one of my chocolate bars. Victoria pouted staring at us.

"Here" I chuckled giving her some of my hard candy.

I looked around Victoria's room.

"How do you guys earn money?" I smiled nervously.

"Victoria works at an ice cream store" April smiled.

"But....how did you get all this furniture so fast?" I sighed.

"We...have mother too" they smiled nervously.

"Who-"

A lady in a business suit with monkey ears opened the door wide open.

"A boy!" she became frightened.

"Mommy!" April hugged her leg.

"Mommy?" I became confused.

"That's our mom Maddie" Victoria sighed.

The lady folded her arms glaring at me.

"William Rose....miss" I smiled nervously.

"Call me Ms. Saru" she smirked.

"Yes Ms. Saru...." I rubbed my hands trying to take off the pressure.

She took out some McDonald's food out of a bag for Victoria and April.

"Thanks mommy!" April eyes sparkled.

Ms. Saru patted Victoria's head and exited the room.

"How....?" I smiled nervously.

"She found April at an abandoned amusement park and she found me....in a cave. I was afraid to go out of my family's cave until I realized how nice she was to me" Victoria spoke softly.

"That's nice" I smiled softly.

"She's afraid of zoos though, she use to be in one and was abused" she sighed.

We watched Ms. Saru hanging out their clothes outside.

"So...bat, dog and monkey....weird combination" I sighed.

"But this family is full of love!" April smiled proudly.

"She tucks me in bed, feeds me and dress me!" her eyes sparkled.

Ms. Saru seemed depressed but Victoria and April didn't notice. I went outside to her.

"Ms.....Saru" I looked at her worriedly.

"Yes?" she hid behind one of the sheets.

"You are afraid of humans?" I smiled nervously.

"Yeah but I have to....work with humans for my girls" she spoke softly.

"I'm not going to hurt you" I laughed.

"I know but...." she looked at her arms.

"Can I see?" I smiled.

She dragged up her long sleeves showing me her scars on her arms.

"Oh....." I spoke softly.

She smiled nervously dragging down her sleeves.

"It's okay really, my brothers and sisters were giving trouble so we had to get the punishment we deserved" she looked emotionless.

"You don't deserve-"

"Mommy, Victoria burned the rice!" April wined.

"Coming baby!" Ms. Saru ran inside.

I chuckled remembering my mother, but when I think of my mother Daisy shows up in my memories. I always worry about her when she cries at night hiding it from me.

Sigh....some brother you are...

I sighed folding my arms looking at the clouds.
