(The next day)

When Tina woke up they looked around their room once again, they were tense as they thought they would see another ghost from last night. However they didn't see anyone or any ghost in their room, they sighed in relief before they sat up and stretched their arms. They looked at their blankets and once again saw that white blanket with the red stitching on her again.

Confused and freaked out Tina kicked the blanket off of their bed a bit scared of how it ended up there. Tina looked at the blanket that now rested on the floor before sighing and getting up to get ready for the day.

They got up and went to one of the boxes that was still on the floor and had yet to be unpacked.

They opened the box and took out a shoulderless tank top that had wavy frills at the top of it with ghosts printed on it. They then got out a black skirt that had wide white lines going up and down on it.

They went into the bathroom to change and once they were done they planned on getting some more of their stuff out of some boxes that they have been neglecting to get.

So they left their room and went into the bathroom to wash up and get changed. When they went into the bathroom they were very cautious after what happened last night. Once the light was on they saw that there weren't any ghosts in the bathroom.

"Oh thank god no ghosts so far what a relief!" Tina said to themselves as they went in and started changing.

After about five minutes they were done with changing, brushing their teeth, and washing their face.

"Ahh that feels good." Tina said as they finished washing their face.

When they looked up however they were horrified to see a ghost girl with horrific burns on her face and body. Her clothes also looked like they had been burned and she looked at Tina with a sad look on her face. The ghost then raised her hands and reached out to Tina's face. Tina felt their heart start racing as they felt the ghost's cold hands start stroking their face.

The ghost then said "You're so beautiful, I used to be just as pretty as you till he ruined my beauty by setting me on fire. He'll Kill you as well because of your gift, he's determined to finish the ritual even in death, please leave as soon as you can before he finds a way to kill you. I don't want a beauty like you to die at such a young age."

The ghost girl then backed away and disappeared leaving Tina alone in the bathroom once again.

After she left Tina collapsed to the floor utterly horrified that a ghost not only talked to them but touched them. They sat there for a while breathing heavily trying to calm down from the initial fear.

"OMG! OMG! What should I do? I can't tell anyone about this; they'll think I'm crazy!" Tina said to themselves.

They soon calmed down before getting up and leaving the bathroom, they went down stairs and didn't see anyone in the main room. They looked around and saw a note left on the island in the middle of the kitchen. They walked up to the island, picked up the note and started to read it.

"Dear Tina,

your father and I were called into our new office, we'll be gone for most of the day so if you need anything just call us. Also Incase of an emergency your fathers gun is under the mattress of our bed and the bullets are in his underwear drawer.

We'll be back home by the end of the day. Love your mother."

After Tina finished reading the note they sighed a bit frustrated that their parents left them alone, normally they wouldn't mind but considering that they were seeing ghosts they would've felt a lot better if their parents were here. Tina looked at the note once again and saw that there was more to it.

It read

"P.S. There are some Boxes that have some extra stuff in them near the basement door. Could you please bring them down there, till we find a good place to put them?"

Tina sighed as they didn't really want to explore the basement as they were already on edge from all the paranormal stuff going on. However they decided to just get it over with so they wouldn't have to worry about it later on. So Tina left the kitchen and headed to the basement door, where indeed there were some boxes that had extra stuff in them.

"Okay Tina lets get this over with and just put those boxes in the basement." Tina said to themselves as they got to work.

After about five minutes they were done with the boxes and sighed as they placed the last box down next to the pile.

"Phew finally done, now what can I do?... hmm maybe I should explore more parts of the house, after all it is very old and very ancient. Maybe I can also figure out what those ghosts were talking about, I just hope I don't run into any more." Tina said to themselves as they went back up stairs.

However when they reached the top of the stairs they were horrified to see two more ghosts standing there.

One was an overweight girl who had a strange liquid coming out of her mouth. The liquid itself wasn't saliva and looked like some kind of chemical.

The other one was a very skinny girl who thought her bones and veins were visible, it was like she had no muscles or fat in her whatsoever.

The two were also wearing old fashion school uniforms, Tina recognized them as they were old uniforms that the school they would go to had used back in the day.

Tina stood frozen as the two ghosts came up to them, once the two were close enough Tina could practically feel their breath on their body. However they didn't breathe as they were dead and didn't need air anymore.

"Please leave this place, it's cursed and we're all trapped in here." The overweight ghost said.

"Yes, anyone who dies on this house's property will be cursed to wander this place for all eternity, so please for the sake of you and your family leave and never come back. He killed us all and he'll do the same to you and your parents." The extremely Skinny ghost said.

Tina felt their heart racing as they didn't understand what was going on, all these ghosts were scaring them badly and who was this "he" they were talking about.

They then felt something being put into their hand, they looked at their hand and saw that the skinny ghost had put prayer beads in their hands.

The two ghosts then backed away before disappearing into nothing.

Tina once again was left terrified and decided to spend the day with Alex at his palace as they didn't feel safe in that house with their home anymore. So they ran out of the house and to the sidewalk, however when they got onto the sidewalk they bumped into someone.

They looked up and saw that it was just Mr. Adam who was wearing priest robes.

"Oh Tina! Didn't expect to run into you today, how are you doing on this lovely day?" Adam asked.

"O-Oh I thought I'd go over to Alex's house today!" Tina explained.

"Oh alright well I'm heading off to church there is a wedding going on there and I'm going there to be the greater and the officiator! Isn't that exciting!? My first day as a Priest and I'm going to bring two newlyweds together!" Adam exclaimed happily and excited for the day ahead.

"Oh really? Well good luck with that Adam, hope things go well for you." Tina said as they started to calm down a little.

Adam smiled before leaving not wanting to be late for such a special occasion. Tina smiled for a bit then went over to Alex's house and knocked on the front door.

They stood there for a bit as footsteps started going through the house till the sound came to the front door. Tina then heard a click as the door was unlocked before it opened it up and they saw Karter standing in the doorway.

"Oh hey Karter is Alex here?" Tina asked.

"Um no he went over to his friend Tambrey's place, he said he's going to be there for the week as her aunt and Uncle are out of town and he didn't want her to be alone." Karter explains.

"Okay thanks... um where is her home? My parents are at work right now and I don't feel comfortable being alone in the new place." Tina explained, really not wanting to go back inside as they were still freaked out by all the ghosts she saw in there.

"Ah well luckily for you she doesn't live too far away from here, her place is at the end of the block on the left. Her house is also light blue with a very lovely flower bed, courtesy of her aunt." Karter explained.

"Alright, thanks!" Tina said as they left and made their way to Tambrey's place.

As Tina walked down the block they saw ghosts once again, however it wasn't just one kind. They saw both the ghosts with the gold and white auras and the Black and blue dark auras, either following people or just standing in place.

They were freaked out by all of this and they clutch onto the beads they got from the ghost they were given by the skinny ghost. As they wandered they thought about what those ghosts were talking about and who this "he" was.

'Maybe Tambrey, Alex, or Anissa know something about the house's history that could explain things to me.' Tina thought to themselves as they soon reached the end of the block.

They soon reached the end of the block and looked around for a house that matched the description that Karter had given them. They looked around at some of the houses till they found the one that matched the description they got.

So they went up to the front door and knocked on the door hoping they had the right house. They heard some shuffling inside then footsteps and started heading to the door till a woman with brown hair, a purple and yellow dress, along with Blue shoes and yellow socks on.

"Oh hello there miss, are you a relative of Tambrey? I came over as I was looking for a guy named Alex and I was told he would be here." Tina explained to the woman.

"Oh hey Tina it's me Alex, but I'd rather be called Alexia right now as I'm a girl for now." The woman explained much to Tina's shock.

"W-what?! Alex I-I mean Alexia, you're a woman?!" Tina exclaime surprised and confused.

"Hehe yeah Perks of being genderfluid." Alexia stated.

"Um I'm confused right now, can we go inside so you can explain things?" Tina asked.

"Sure I don't mind explaining this to you." Alexia said as she led Tina inside.

When the two went inside they saw Tambrey and Anissa sitting in the living room.

"Oh hey Tina! I like your outfit, it looks cool!" Anissa exclaimed giggly.

"Hehe thanks Anissa, I'm really into the horror genre." Tina was happy about the compliment.

"Hehe well I'm a little into it as well but I'm more of a slice of life fangirl. For me, a slice of life feels so relaxing to watch." Tambrey explained.

"Well I like them a little as well but I kinda get bored at some point as I prefer something that keeps me on edge so horror is right up my alley, well horror and action." Tina explained.

Tambrey smiled as she liked to hear that as she always liked to hear what people like when it comes to shows.

"Oh um Tina I almost forgot to explain to you why I'm a girl now." Alexia said remembering she still owed Tina an explanation.

"Yeah um I'm a little confused, you're Genderfluid? I've heard about it on the internet but I've never fully looked it up." Tina explained.

"Well let me explain it to you, it basically means that I tend to flip between male and female, so yesterday I was a male but now I'm a female. My parents don't know about it yet so I came over to Tambreys place so I could be a woman as both her and Anissa know about me being fluid." Alexia explained.

"Ah okay thanks for explaining it to me." Tina said.

Alexia smiled happily that her new friend accepted her as she is, however she did want to tell her parents but was too nervous to do so.

"So Tina, what brings you here?" Anissa asked.

"Oh well um... *sigh* I need to tell you all something but can you all please promise not to tell anyone let alone laugh?" Tina asked.

"Yeah don't worry we promise to not laugh at you." Tambrey said, reassuring her new friend.

"Does this have to do with what happened with the godmother yesterday?" Anissa asked while tilting her head a little.

"Um what?" Tina asked, confused.

"The psychic lady who read your future then started coughing blood unexpectedly." Alexia explained.

"Well it's a part of that, how is she by the way?" Tina asked.

"From what I heard she's fine, however she can't talk anymore due to some severe damage done to her throat." Anissa explained.

"Oh god! I hope she'll be alright!" Tina exclaimed, scared for the woman.

"She'll be alright, but what about you Tina? What do you want to talk about?" Tambrey asked curious about what Tina had to say.

"Well... don't laugh but I apparently... can see ghosts." Tina explained as if they were ripping off a band aid.

They stood there for a moment waiting for everyone's reaction to the news hoping that they all wouldn't laugh at them or think they were crazy.

"You can see ghosts?" Alexia asked.

Tina nodded lightly, still worried if they would all believe them or not.

"That is- AMAZING!" Tambrey was saying but was interrupted by Anissa who jumped up from where she was sitting.

Anissa's eyes lit up as she jumped up and ran up to Tina incredibly excited by this.

"WHAT KIND OF GHOSTS HAVE YOU SEEN? WHAT HAVE THEY DONE? CAN YOU INTERACT WITH THEM?" Anissa started rapid firing questions right at Tina.

"WOW! Anissa, calm down! Let Tina answer at her own pace alright!" Tambrey exclaimed.

When Tina heard Tambrey use the pronoun "her" they started feeling uncomfortable. This didn't go unnoticed by the other three and they all wondered why Tina seemed so uncomfortable now.

"Hey Tina you alright?" Alexia asked.

"Um yeah I'm fine why?" Tina asked.

"You just looked uncomfortable, is everything alright?" Tambrey asked.

"Y-Yeah I'm fine... well actually there is something I need to tell you all something." Tina said.

"Oh what's that?" Anissa asked curiously.

"Well the thing is... I'm not a girl nor am I a boy. I'm non-binary so my pronouns are they, them, theirs. So please don't use She, her, or hers when referring to me, I'm okay with them but I'm not totally alright with them as like I said I'm not a girl." Tina explained hoping that they would accept them.

"You're non-binary?" Alexia asked.

Tina nodded slightly scared of how they all were going to react towards them.

"See Tambrey I told you she bought that badge from the pride stand yesterday." Alexia said while smiling.

"Huh, guess I owe you a soda now." Tambrey said.

"W-Wait what? You saw me getting a badge there? I thought you guys wouldn't listen to me and state that I AM a girl as I have curves, breasts, and I get periods-'' Tina went on before Tambrey put her hand on their shoulders.

"Tina, why would you think we would say something so insensitive? You're non-binary and that means you're neither a girl nor a boy, also why would you think we would say such things to you?" Tambrey asked.

"Well Back in my old town when I came out to my old friends some random stranger came at me and started spitting "Facts" that I was a girl. They said that I had breasts, I sounded like a girl, and I had a girl's face!" Tina exclaimed feeling angry at the thought of that stranger who said such mean things to someone they didn't know.

"Wow now that is hard, who would say something like that to a stranger! They don't know how you feel, just because you have a girl's traits doesn't mean you feel like one, let alone are one!" Anissa exclaimed angrily while puffing her cheeks.

"Don't worry Tina we're not like that after all we accept anyone of any sexuality or any gender role. After all I'm transgendered and Alexia is gender fluid, so we're different in gender roles!" Tambrey explained with a bright smile on her face.

When Tina heard that they smiled happy that their new friends accepted them as how they are. Anissa then looked at Tina's hand and saw the prayer beads and saw that there were some dried blood stains on the beads which caused her to become concerned.

"Um Tina where did you get those?" Anissa asked while pointing at the beads.

"Huh? Oh well that's another thing I wanted to tell you all about." Tina said.

The four then all sat down and Tina began explaining everything that happened to them last night and this morning.

"That's strange, why were all those ghosts in that house?" Alexia asked.

"And more importantly what were they talking about? Why were they telling you to get out of the house and leave town?" Tambrey asked.

"I don't know, none of them explained anything, they just kept on telling me to get out. I don't know how to tell my parents this cause no sane adult would believe a story like this from a teen. For all I know mom and dad could think I'm writing some kind of horror story as they know I love horror." Tina explained feeling hopeless about the situation.

"Yeah I feel like that would be the most likely outcome, after all I do makeup stuff all the time so If I told my folks I could see ghosts they'd wouldn't take it seriously." Anissa explained.

"They do believe you when it comes to some pretty serious stuff right?" Tina asked.

"Oh yeah I don't make up the idea of me getting bullied or harassed, they take that seriously." Anissa said, reassuring her friend.

"Thank god, but still I'm getting really freaked out by all of this, and now I know why all those other ghosts were telling me to leave." Tina said still very freaked out.

"Hmm Tina what kind of Auras did those ghosts have?" Tambrey asked.

"Well the ones that look like normal people have gold and white auras around them. And the ones that have injuries they must've gotten before death had Black and Blue auras around them, why?" Tina asks, curious as to why Tambrey asked.

Tambrey got out her phone and started to look something up for a bit. After about a minute or two she seemed to have gotten what she wanted. She then showed the phone to Tina and they saw that what was on the screen was two ghosts with the two auras they described.

"Um what the heck is this?!" Tina asked, confused and surprised.

"Well according to this article apparently the ghosts with the gold and white auras are known as peaceful ghosts who are at peace with their death and they stay around with loved ones to watch over them. However in contrast the ones with the Black and Blue auras are restless ghosts they aren't at peace so they become restless and remain on earth to either haunt the person who wronged them or as a warning. They also display the injuries they had endured before their death, and the injuries could also be hints as to how they died." Tambrey explained as she looked at her phone and read the article on the two ghost types.

"W-wait you said the restless ghosts could be there as a warning!?" Tina asked, scared when they heard that.

"Um according to this article on them, yes that is a number of reasons why they are like that." Tambrey explained.

Tina sat there in silence thinking for a moment about what they just learned about the two ghost types. After a while they came to a conclusion to what could possibly be going on with the ghosts in their new home.

"Um guys, I need to learn more about my old house's history!" Tina exclaimed.

"What why?!" Alexia asked, surprised by the sudden outburst.

"Well all the ghosts there kept on saying that "He" would kill me, so I need to learn more about the house's history!" Tina explained.

"Well I don't know if there's much info, as that place is as old as our grandparents if not older, so I don't know how much will be on it." Anissa explained.

"Well I gotta find something! After all, whatever's going on in there I need to figure it out!" Tina explained.

"Alright but one more thing before we go!" Tambrey exclaimed.

"Huh? What's that Tambrey?" Tina asked.

Tambrey then got up and reached into her dress's pocket and pulled out a necklace that had a golden cross on it.

"Um what's that?" Tina asked.

"It's a blessed cross necklace, the old priest gave it to me before he retired. I feel like that with your situation you could use it as a form of protection." Tambrey explained as she put the necklace on Tina.

"Um are you sure it'll keep me safe? I'm not really a Christian, I don't even care about religion." Tina explained.

"Well if you don't care about religion you should still have faith that something blessed by a Priest with true faith in god will help keep you safe." Tambrey explained.

"Alright... thanks Tambrey, now let's go and find out more about my new home and possibly some answers as to what is going on with those ghosts!" Tina declared.

Their new friends all nodded and they all left to go to the library as they hoped that there could be something there about the house's history.
