So this chapter hasn't been edited and honestly a chapter is so over due that I don't think you'll care if it was edited or not.

I'll be honest, this chapter was inspired by Jurassic World. The chase scenes and the final battle with the Indominous fighting the T-Rex working with the Velociraptors.

"Stop it! You shrieked with eyes flooding of desperation for this event to end. You reached out for Sanji's writhing frame for he clutched onto his chest through the black suit concealing his body. Fingertips to brushed up against his arm that he never acknowledged. The gun still directed at his head locked and loaded. This was the end...

What happened to (B/n) to make him into such a heartless monster? One second he was this selfless sweetheart I've always known since I could remember, now he's just like when I was on the Overdrive...

Within that split second when (B/n) pulled back the silver trigger to his revolver all so slowly as if the world were being played in slow motion, all the facts lined up. A mechanical heart, superhuman strength, and mood swings...

Bang!

"(Y-Y/n)?" Sanji blinked over and over. His eyes of sapphire weren't playing tricks on his weak heart. He saw you, longed for you. For you hovered over his body like a loving protective dog to its owner. Your breathing was more rugged than his own, seething with fury. "(Y/n)?" Sanji called you out again for you didn't seem to hear. "(Y/n)?" Sanji winced, lifting his hand with all the effort he could must, just to graze your cheek. The skilled hand disappeared from sight from behind your face of flesh. Sanji choked on air, his hand remained passive within your right cheek.

His heart felt like a boat. A ship sailing on the sea in the dead of night, a storm rolls in with a mighty thunder for the ship to descend below the waves never to be seen again. That was until, he saw two crimson eyes close in on her prey, and a dismembered arm lie just inches from his face, pale, twitching, staining the grass in crimson.

"W-where is all this blood coming from?" Your brother fell forwards to crash upon the plush ground to your absence beneath his foot. The bullet made its mark, but Sanji wasn't in range? The bullet landed, but the only blood to be seen pooled at (B/n)'s side to dye the grass with crimson. "Sh-shit!" His brown eyes went blank to the realization that his arm were cut off just at his elbow and a weakness that seemed to drain from his body.

That's what (Y/n) did to Eustass the last time they fought back on Law's ship when she left for a few months. She dismembered his arm just like this. Is this her way of thinking, Cutting off the enemy's limbs so they can't hurt you? Smart yet so fucked up even for you.

.. Sanji gulped down the lump cutting off the airflow in his throat. This fight has already gone South, blood was spilled and now you won't respond to a thing Sanji has to say. You were feral, like a wild cat or wolf. Something snapped within you to trigger this response, or lack of response if you want to get technical, and you can't revert back.

Sanji growled, kicking at you only to completely phase right through your body. This time it proved that he wasn't a spirit wandering outside its host, your body clouded up in a black almost purplish smoke with each contact he made with your frame. "(Y/n) You got to listen to me!" Sanji frowned, rolling out from beneath your frame, only to clutch at his chest. Everything hurts, it felt like knives were being thrusted into his chest and forced to reside in his sensitive flesh. Time was running out, soon enough his lungs will fill to the brim with blood and drown. "(Y/n), I mean it, listen to me!" The blonde repeated. "You won, quit fighting with him! We need to leave-"

"You're not going to get a word through to her, shut up!" Sanji's attention shifted focus onto another, he gazed in the direction of the order, beyond surprised to have found the order came from the man in red.

"You know what's going on?" Sanji asked, but furrowed as Kid, Luffy, Robin, and Nami stopped in their tracks from easily twenty feet away. "Hey! Get your asses over here and help me!" Sanji growled. Luffy rolled his arm, Sanji went pale. "Luffy don't! You may kill me for good!" One more wrong move and my lungs are done for...

"We can leave Blondie out there, it looks like (Y/n) has her mind set on keeping him safe," Kid informed everyone lined up to his left and Luffy tucked his arm off to his side.

"I still don't understand what's going on," Nami sighed. You still haven't made a move, staring down your brother of whom was draining of life by the second too scared to move. "How do you know what's going on Kid?"

"I've only seen her take on this form once before, and that was the day we met... She almost successfully took on an army of over a hundred single handed," Kid hissed, everyone went wide eyed for a brief second. "Her devil fruit takes over, and there's no stopping her until her energy reaches nothing."

"But you said she almost defeated an army

... how'd she fail?" Robin quipped.

"That's a question for my former cremate, Killer... Either way, we can't go near her or it's game over, and blondie doesn't look to be in good shape," Kid found it pathetic that Sanji tried to crawl away from his monster of a girlfriend, so close to passing out, so close to dying.

(B/n) huffed, still registering that his arm were no longer existent. "That bitch knows haki, I was told the opposite. Even my fruit can't help me," the Marine huffed for a second time, tying the sleeve to his jacket around his stump to sever the blood flow. His lone hand then rose to hover just inches from his face, there sat a sleepy transponder snail. He scoffed, and it awoken. "I need backup... Now," he growled, just to gasp for you had sprung from your place in a hunched over stance almost running on all fours. Your arms mystified into a pitch black smoke, to take form into a set of claws of each arm long and sharp like daggers. The male squealed like a girl, stumbling to his feet and dodged in a knick of time for you swung and scratched the ground leaving claw marks easily a foot deep.

Sanji watched, the crew watched, never have they seen you achieve attacks so great. All this time you were able to make your personal shadow do damage of such great intensity, but now you were doing everything your doppelganger could with two red eyes to back up said claim. Kid was right, one hit and you're done for. Now was the time to run!

Your brother, the enemy, dodged and dived from all swings you threw at him. Only to grow tired by the second, he wasn't going to last at this rate. The blood loss made his mind go blank and muscles fail. If he doesn't make a move soon he'll be slain by his own family. He's never seen your eyes scream the want for blood to be spilled and painted all over the scene more than it already has. The more you attacked, the more the darkness seemed to consume your body. Your brother clenched his teeth, swiped his arm and took a stand. His skin went grey, and feet liquefied beneath him.

"I don't care anymore, you need to be stopped!" He hollered as a warning for you to stop, but of course you didn't leaving a misty black trail in the air wherever you went. Your claws were out and ready to gut him then and there. "Sorry sister," a tear left his eyes for all but grey liquid erupted from his hand violently to soak your body that went stiff upon contact until you didn't move at all. You were a statue, every fine detail from your eyes to the fibers of your dress were visible.

"(Y/n)!" Sanji and the crew cried out from the depths of their hearts.

(B/n) smiled softly, easing in posture to rest his blood stained hand to your cheek, grazing his thumb over your stone flesh. "A cement prison, sorry (Y/n). You'll slowly die in there but If the backup gets here soon enough I can still save you lil' sis... "

"Grab Sanji and lets go," Kid was too stunned to move.

"We can't just leave (Y/n)," Robin and Nami cried.

"Get him and go," Luffy glared at Robin and Nami for talking back. "I can feel her energy..." They all knew that meant nothing good, Robin and Nami jumped into action and met up with Sanji in record time.

"Sanji what happened?" Nami asked quickly taking him by the arm to throw the blonde over her shoulder. "We saw the fight start, that's how we knew to get Luffy."

"That Vice Admiral is (Y/n)'s brother, long story short, he's pissed that she's a pirate dating a pirate. My ribs were broken, now get me out of here please!" Robin and Nami nodded their heads in unison, taking Sanji and helped him for a quick get away. The ground began to rumble, they stopped in their tracks for a second time. "I can feel the energy too..." Sanji nearly gasped. "We need to go!"

"Right behind ya!" Nami cried.

Your statue exploded, and out came a monster that was black as the night sky easily ten feet in height with elongated limbs. Arms that barely brushed the ground, legs that bent like a dogs. Two crimson eyes that stared through your soul, pointed mouth like a beak, and ghostly hair that waved in the air. You howled into the wind a pained cry that could be heard from miles over. Luffy and Kid pressed their palms to their ears to muffle the cry that nearly shattered their drums.

What I imagine as the Reader's Awakened Devil Fruit form is the body of a Shadow from Kingdom Hearts, but the eyes of a Sabeleye from Pokemon. This was the closest pic I could find.

"Shit!" (B/n) cursed, falling onto his behind. The monster stepped before him, turning its head to one direction to get a good glimpse of its prey. The Marine saw itself in those crimson crystalized eyes, a silent scream tried to escape his throat for you lifted your arm to swipe the man to be launched. He landed way far off, without a movement, not even the slow rise and fall of his chest to breath were existent. The monster ran after the corpse like a dog playing fetch with arms outstretched and claws bared.

"That is so cool!" Luffy awed with stars in his eyes. Kid hit him over the head, Luffy once again wore his serious face only ever seen in situations like this. "We need to stop (Y/n) his fight is now ours..."

"She's not conscious of her actions though, how do we stop a mindless monster?" Sanji coughed up blood once again to spill onto the grass.

"Like how we stopped Chopper at Enies Lobby two years back," Nami smirked, taking out her trusty clima-tact that shimmered blue in the sunlight.

"None of use were there for that!" Sanji growled. "I was kicking a wolf's ass!"

"Yeah and I was taking care of Leopard Dude," Luffy scratched his head.

"Just distract (Y/n), make her follow one of us to the sea then knock her in!" Nami explained very briefly. "I used my mirage tempo to distract Chopper and Franky knocked Chopper unconscious into the sea with that weird wind cannon."

"I mean it sounds simple enough," Kid stepped forward.

"So simple a baby would understand," Sanji agreed then glanced at Luffy who wasn't listening to a thing they had to say.

"Robin can you get Sanji back to the ship for Chopper to treat?" Nami glanced at Robin.

"Should be an easy task," The woman crossed her arms.

"Luffy."

"Yup!" The boy perked up.

"Do what you do best, goof around," Nami asked such a simple task from her Captain.

"Will do," Luffy smiled high and proud. "Can I do it now!?"

"Yes," Sanji replied and the boy was gone within a blink of the eye.

"I'll help Luffy distract her," Nami took a deep breath in. "Kid, you'll deal the final blow, can you handle it?" Everyone stared at the half mechanical hot head awaiting an answer.

"I came didn't I?" Kid rolled his eyes. "Well... Quit standing around and let's finish this!" Kid ran off after Luffy who punched and made faces at the ghostly demon rampaging about the sweet seaside town. Everyone Else did their task without question.

"Yo!" Luffy stuck out his tongue and did a dance. You howled, swiping at him, but he jumped and landed upon its hand. "Ya missed me bootyface!" Luffy chuckled as you slammed your hand into the ground for him to jump off and land just beside where the large hand crashed.

"Looks like Luffy has this under control," Nami huffed unable to catch up with the madness. "Doesn't mean I can just sit back and watch!"

Kid ran ahead of Luffy to prepare the rest of the rescue plan. Luffy kept pissing you off, but in the end started running from you once you grew reckless and started destroying homes. Luffy knew that his games were better for a different time. The teenager lit up to the faint glimmer of the sea in the sunlight off in the horizon. He was close. Luffy cheered and picked up the pace, sticking his tongue out at his monster of a crewmate to successfully enrage it into a full on stampede. Then Luffy saw the Sunny. Franky, Kid, and Zoro stood before an empty space on the docks while Robin, Chopper, and Usopp helped Sanji aboard. Luffy waved at the lot with a chuckle. "Hey!" The boy waved.

"Holy crap!" Franky cursed. "Is that (Y/n)?"

"You're as surprised as I am," Kid growled.

"She's not that big, I can take her down single handed," Zoro gloats.

"That's what you think," Kid snapped, attracting metal from all around with his devil fruit to cluster at his knuckles. The ground rumbled with each step you took in this monstrous form, everyone began losing their footing. Luffy hopped up into the air to dive off the top of the boating doc stairwell. You soared after him with another shriek. The crew soon realized they didn't need to do a thing, you were going to fall into the sea on your own. Kid, Franky, and Zoro dove out if your way, Luffy stretched out his arm and saved himself from harm.

The monster fell into the sea that turned to black murkiness like tar in the dinosaur age. Everyone gathered around, staring at the murky water, you haven't surfaced. But nobody dared to dive in after you. "Looks like a job for me!" Franky whipped off his shirt, pats himself on the chest. Next thing everyone saw was a man with glowing nipples hopping into the sea.
