I dove in the water without thinking not caring if I get hurt I'll be dang if someone dies at my party I couldn't have that on my conscious.

The water was cold as I drove in I could see her body floating I started to swim in her direction but soon stopped when I see a crocodile come towards I reach my hand out to her grabbing her just in time pull her to the surface.

The two girl whose name I don't' know dragged her body farther from the water.. Where the heck is Terrance? some of a beta I have catching my own breath I felt something grab hold of my arm pulling me under the sound of people yelling, water splashing I couldn't fight anymore I knew the crocodile had taking a good bite out of me hoping that over grown lizard dies I thought as I felt hands pull me from the water.

I see my farther giving the girl CPR as the doctor rushes to her I sit down waiting as they try to revive her It was three minutes when we all heard a faint heartbeat I smiled to myself knowing that she was okay. What she did was stupid but I'm still glad that she's okay I rise to my feet as im walking I'm stopped by the doctor.

"Alpha I need to look at your Arm." she says reaching for my hurt arm. I shook my head

"that won't be necessary Candace I will be fine." I tell her I continue walking

"Alpha" she calls out to me but I pay her no mind,. Happy birthday to me I chuckle to myself making my way back towards the field then it hit me what just happen not the fact the girl fell is the fact Terrance froze her and I unfroze her this can only mean one thing

"Oh Fu** this can't be.

That night I went home my mother canceled the party and promised that she will be keep everyone posted when she throws another party.

It didn't take that long after the incident that the spay wore off the girls and guys found their mates well except for Terrance and Damien which I don't think they mind.

I lay on my bed feeling beat I close my eyes strangely was awaking by a burning pain in my body which I never experienced before after the pain had died down over I couldn't get to sleep, so much was going through my head, and the question was what in the world was that burning, I think my body new something I didn't know, but one thing is for sure that tomorrow I'm going to reject my mate.

Josh's mother set beside the girls bed the doctor had informed her that she will be waking up soon.

Josh's mother exams the girl with the long brown hair remembers what Terrance had told her excluding how her son touch unfroze her with this information she knew that she was her sons mate but how much could the girl handle, could she accept Josh and love him? Better yet could she save him being his mate could either save him or destroy him?

A knock on the door sounded that pulled her out of her thoughts her husband walks in.

"How is she" he ask

"The doctor said she will be just fine she should wake up anytime soon" she says her eyes never leaving the girl.

"My love don't worry I think she will bring out the good in our son," her husband says kissing her on top the forehead.

She closes her eyes leaning more into the kiss "I hope your right" she tells him before leaving the room.
