Alright, welcome back guys and guys with no dicks. So, I was just thinking about this on the top of my head and it's just better if I express this sooner than later. It's the team Bayley "created" and it's Damage CTRL.

We all know it, I really wish I didn't.

The name and the group's purpose is what makes me question why they named themselves that. I mean, Io and Dakota Kai managed to win the Women's Tag Straps, but where is the run going? Is this team made up a bunch of nothings just to fill time on Raw and Smackdown?

What's the concept Damage CTRL? I don't understand.

I have the idea and it's to help Bayley win the Raw or Smackdown Women's Championship, but it never went anywhere. She lost to Bianca BeLair time and time again. What was the point of creating the team to help you win the Championship and then losing the title matches to the person you loathe so much? That defeats the whole purpose of making this group.

Why are tag teams coming out of thin air with no rhyme or reason? I never understood that. It just makes absolutely no sense.

I mean, if you ask me, I'd rather watch reruns of The Sopranos for a month than watch Damage CTRL on my screen for 3 or 2 hours. So with this out of the way, let's take a look at why Damage CTRL is one of the worst wrestling groups I've ever seen.

Yeah, with that hairdo, I don't know what made you think you deserve to win Championships whatever brand you're on. Instead of focusing on birds and the bees, you need to get your ass down to Walmart and get yourself some Bert's Bees.

You want to win the Women's title, with some help?

SO JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER WRESTLER ON THE FUCKING PLANET.

I'm sorry, I don't think two female wrestlers who despised one another in NXT would coexist and try to help each someone who's been annoying the past couple of years.

WWE fan, man or woman, if you were to help someone you despised so much, you'd rather poke your eyes out with needles. You'd rather die.

I think Bayley just being an absolute idiot controlling everything the group does and doing it her way while trying to go after the title just doesn't make sense.

Let me address the elephant in the room and it's Io Shirai.

Yes, I'm calling her as I want her to be called, not WWE's rip-off version of her infamous ring name before she got called up to the main roster.

Why would I wanna cheer for a name that makes me cringe every time I hear it?

Io Shirai as a wrestling name is fine, like, I don't know why you'd have to be renamed when the name itself before Raw and Smackdown is fine.

Like, I can say it just perfectly without any tongue twisting because you want the fans to say the name much easier.

Look, I'm not gonna say the name nor write it because I just feel uncomfortable doing it, but I do know that there should be better renaming than just bootlegged names of people who made themselves famous before WWE.

Io is one of those wrestlers who's fine being solo. Not to mention she was a badass as a heel. I mean, she can work on both things.

Yes, she was a tag partner in Stardom. Yes, she can be a very good heel. And yes, I like her, but you're asking everyone to not be interested in the new name once you're renamed. She's a former NXT Women's Champion and she's called the "Genius of The Sky" for a reason. If you put the name "Sky" when calling her that nickname, it also defeats the purpose of calling her that. You don't need the name "Sky" when you have the nickname "Genius of The Sky".

YOU DON'T!

And with Dakota, she's okay as a heel, but only when she's got someone to help her. Like, I enjoyed her work in NXT, especially with Raquel Gonzalez (she's that in my book, she will never be Raquel Rodriguez) and that feud was so good it added more steak to the sizzle.

She can be a great heel partner and she should be in a heel group, but Damage CTRL, it's just not working for me.

I don't know why Damage CTRL would exist as a team when it's originally a Marvel or DC idea (I don't give a fuck where it's really from), but in reality, it's just another group that has no purpose, reason, and/or idea on why it's been created.

For some time now, I've seen a lot of Damage CTRL fanfics and it's gotten me so pissed off that this group shouldn't have existed in the first place.

If you don't see me comment on any of their matches anymore, don't be surprised because, to me, this group has a bunch of talented wrestlers and this group isn't going anywhere.

I don't understand why stuff like this happens and if you can excuse me, I'm gonna keep writing a new chapter for "Red Is For Love" so I can keep my anger in check.
