Prince Jace of the Ellie Kingdom(short for Elemental) stared at the princess who sat at another table in his class. Her red hair looked so soft, he was intrigued.

Although, he knew she might never think he was a prince, for he wasn't dressed like one. He wore some regular jeans and a grey hoodie. Nothing Royal like.

He kept on staring at the princess, wanting to know her name so badly. They had just finished having lunch, so they were reading quietly.

The parents were at the teacher's lounge, eating their own lunch. He didn't know he had to bring a parent, for today was his first day of Cloud Flower Elememtary.

"Jace," Ms. Santiago called,"Stop staring at Alissa and read."

The class burst out in laughter and "Oohs." Alissa looked at him confused, while the girl with black hair and sapphire eyes glared at him.

His pale white face was now pink, Alissa... so that's her name... So pretty...

Meanwhile in another class, someone staring at their crush as well. And that someone was Jack. He was staring at...

"Jack!"

"Huh?"

He looked at Katherine who whispered,"What's with you staring at Izzy lately?"

Jack blushed,"I'm n-not staring at Izzy..."

"I heard my name. What's the problem?" Izzy butted into the conversation.

Liz glanced up from her math work and then quickly went back to working, she didn't want to deal with her twin.

"Um... N-nothing." Jack quickly answered.

Izzy raised a brow and shrugged, going back to copying Katherine's paper. Jack sighed and went back to his own as well.

Why am I making these kids begin to like each other? BECAUSE I WENT THROUGH THE SAME THING IN SECOND. I'm using some of my own experiences for this book, which sort of helps.
