Mystery floated on her way to school, it being close bye her house and all. Her backpack was a bit heavy though, since in fourth grade she had three teachers.

"Mystery! Wait up!"

She stopped and turned to see her monkey buddy running to catch up.

He gulped in some air and then began to talk, his voice all shaky,"H-hey."

"Don't talk. You need to breathe more." Mystery said.

Diddy nodded and breathed in and out, and his panting minimized. He then began to talk again,"Hey."

Mystery grinned,"Hello."

Diddy chuckled,"Wait... Did we have homework last night?"

"Which class?"

"Writing..."

"Um... No. Did you do the reading homework?"

"Reading homework?!" Doddy exclaimed.

"Yeaaaah I didn't do it either." Mystery chucked.

Diddy laughed quietly,"Uh... Actually, I did..."

Mystery's face went a bit pale and then she grabbed him by the arms,"You'll let me copy off of it right?!"

Diddy nodded quickly, for Mystery's nails were digging into his skin. She sighed with relief and let go of the little Kong.

"Sorry Diddy." Mystery smiled.

Diddy shrugged,"Meh."
