"Clarissa!"

Clarissa closes her eyes and sighs. "Two years... Two years everything was good. I didn't have to hear her voice. I wasn't getting dragged into her drama. She wasn't interfering with my life. And now..." She mutters while walking faster to get away from Elena.

"You allowed Damon and Bonnie to bring a sociopath that murdered his siblings, out of the prison world and he's with you right now?" Elena yells once she catches up and blocks her path.

"How did you even find out?"

"I heard everyone talking about it! It's been months since Damon and Bonnie came back! Was I ever going to know?!"

"No. Because your dumb ex-boy toys are smart enough to know not to cross me. And for the first time in your life, you were doing such a good job staying out of my life. Now go back to doing that. And stop being so nosy." Clarissa smiles and attempts to walk around her but she refuses. "Bloody hell, why are so persistent?!"

"This is serious!"

"You just don't stop." Clarissa groans.

"Clarissa, I care about you! I don't just understand why you would let someone like Kai out and now you're dating him? Don't you think that-"

"I like him. Do I need any other reason to be with him? Besides, he makes one mean chocolate cake." She answers.

Elena stares at Clarissa, appalled. "Clarissa! He's dangerous! What if he hurts or kill someone else?!"

Clarissa laughs. "That's funny coming from you... Have you met you? Also, did you forget about these two imbeciles?" She asks, referencing to the Salvatore brothers. "You're in no position to judge me. You fell in love with Damon and Stefan."

"But that's dif-"

"If you say that it's different, I will rip out your tongue and find a way to beat you up with it."

Elena takes a step back after hearing Clarissa's threat. "What do Caroline and Ariel say about this? Liz? Do they even know?"

"Like it's any of your business but of course they know, they've already met him. They're my family, so they will always be supportive of my decisions. You could learn a thing or two from that. Isn't that how you messed up with Jeremy? Now get out of my way."

"But what about what Eleanor would-"

In a blink of an eye, Elena realizes that she is now lying on the ground and Clarissa's heel is over her neck.

"Don't. You. Ever. Speak. Of. My. Mother. Again." Clarissa snarls as her eyes glow red... "Say one more word and I'll call Kai. He really hates you and made himself the captain of the "Hate Elena Squad". So I'm sure he would be perfectly happy in torturing you. Maybe making your blood turn into acid or breaking every single one of your limbs... How does that sound? Next time, keep doing what you were doing... Staying out of my life."

Clarissa walks away, leaving behind a frightened Elena.

"Hey, Clary." Bonnie giggles as she allows Clarissa to come inside and they give each other a hug.

"Bon Bon... You're not going to believe the-"

"Watch it, dick!" Jeremy throws a couch pillow at Damon's head. Damon gives him a glare while the others hold in their laughter.

"My child!" Clarissa squeals and runs over to the group. "What are you doing here? Aren't you suppose to be at your art school in Paris?" She asks Jeremy, also giving him a hug and kiss on the cheek.

"I'm on a break and I had to get away from Ariel and Kol. Them being so lovey dovey disgusts me. Anyway, when did you get in? I would have had the dick pick you up the airport." Jeremy smiles and is suddenly hit from the back of his head. "Ow!"

"Don't hit my child, you dumbass!" Clarissa and smacks Damon's forehead. "And give me my damn drink!" He sighs and offers her a bourbon.

"What is with the violence today? Alaric chuckles. "Can I get my hug, please?" He asks with arms wide open.

"Of course you can, Ric." She smiles and goes in for a hug.

"Where's my hug?" The Salvatore brothers asks.

"Neither of you get one." She answers, glaring at both of them.

"What? Why are you mad at me? Damon, I understand but why me?" Stefan asks with a confused look on his face as he ignores his brother's look.

"One, Damon broke my corndog maker. Two... Guess who I had to deal with on the way over here?"

"Clary, I already apologized for that! And why was Elena bothering you? You two haven't spoken in two years."

"Because she overheard you guys talking about Kai and then she thought it was a good idea to interrogate me."

"Uh... Actually it must have been that time we were having our guys night at the grill." Stefan explains.

"Oops... We were drunk and I may have said things that should not be repeated about your little pork rind-munching freak." Damon says with a smirk until he sees her looking at the fire poker which he moves away from her sight. "I'm sorry, I'll shut up now."

"She's so annoying." Clarissa takes a sip on her bourbon and Bonnie starts rubbing her back.

"Forget about her. Now tell us why isn't your new boy toy with you?" Damon asks.

"First, my dad stole him from me and they're having some musical event at Lux. He claims it as father-son bonding time. Second, Kai isn't a boy..." Clarissa smirks and bites her lip. "He's a man. You know, he just started growing a beard recently. Made him even hotter."

"Ew! Please stop! I hear enough about Ariel's compliments of Kol's beard! Let me know when you're done drooling over your new boyfriend's beard." Jeremy complains and heads outside.

"I'll come with you. I do not want hear your thoughts about my potential future brother-in-law's sexiness." Alaric tells her and follows after Jeremy.

"But wait! I haven't even gotten to the good part! You guys didn't hear about how good he looks in a uniform!"

Bonnie and Stefan make their escape and as Damon attempts to do the same, Clarissa pushes him back onto the couch.

"Consider this your punishment. I'll get Stefan later."

"Hold on... Does it really have to be him?"

"This again? Are you seriously judging him on his past when you're no different? You've done way more than him-"

"That's not the point... I just felt Ariel and you could do better than people like us. Kol, Kai... Even Klaus." Damon gives her a sad smile. "We all have different personalities but the three of us have still killed people and ruined lives... You two have always deserved more than that."

"Aww, just how sweet are you?!" She squeals, lying her head on his chest. "I knew you practically worship Ari but I never realized how much you love me!"

"Knock it off. I just think of you as good company." He says in a playful tone then sighs. "...I hate to say this but I see the way your eyes light up whenever you talk about him. So guess I can confirm that he makes you happy."

"...He does." She smiles.

"Good." He smiles back at her.

"...You're still not off the hook though."

Been a while since I did the last oneshot and wanted to get another one out. There's a chance that this might be the final oneshot of this series.

Clarissa vs Elena once again...

How was that sweet moment between Clarissa and Damon? That's something that I thought of when I was working on this oneshot. If you remember Damon was against letting Kai out of the prison world until Clarissa called him out on his bs. Damon's reasoning was he always though Ariel and Clarissa could do better than people like them. That how much he values the friendship between them.
