Ahh, the naming. One of the most fun parts...

And one of the most commonly screwed up parts.

Now, the biggest part of naming depends on what your Clan actually knows about. You may have a Clan that lives in caves, so gems and metals as prefixes are validated. For example, one of my Clans, ZodiacClan, knows about months and seasons and zodiacs, so they have strange names.

But for the standard canon Clans, strange names like that won't work. Or for Clans similar to the canon Clans.

So for this chapter, I'm giving the prefixes and suffixes that can't be used, under any circumstances.

Death- would you ever name your kit Death?? No. Sure, there was Deadfoot. But that was because of a disability, and it was Dead, not Death. This is stupid and edgy.

Blood- nononononono. Plus, that was the name of a Clan. BloodClan, remember them? Clan names are sacred, remember??

Crystal- the normal Clans don't know what crystals are. Stop it.

Shadow- sacred Clan name, too edgy.

Demon- warriors don't know what these are. Also edgy

Angel- warriors don't know what those are.

Star- StarClan. Super duper sacred.

Dagger- can't get more edgy and unrealistic than that.

Panda- cats don't know what a freaking panda is. Unless they're a special Clan in China, they have no clue what the heck these things are.

Gore- ew. Just ew.

Dragon- nope, they don't know what those are, either

Soul- I don't think they know what souls are, and even if they did, it's kind of like a sacred sounding word, so I don't think they'd use it

Now, some of these may be names a kittypet or loner may have...

But would you really name your pet cat Blood or Death?

No.

Now, the next part is spelling.

It's not spelled FireHeart. It's not spelled fire heart. It's not spelled Fire'Heart. It's not spelled Fire//heart. It's spelled Fireheart.

Incorrect spelling of warrior names makes me lose another hour of my life. It's the bane of my existence. And most good warriors fans will not read your story if you spell it anything but the right way.

And there are many, many more names that are horrible and should never be used. But those are the biggest offenders.

I'll add more as time goes on and more insane names start showing up. But for now, just comment other crazy names that need to be on this list.
