Name: Air Manipulation

Type: Emitter

Ability: The user can manipulate air by moving it away from an object, creating strong winds and "throwing" them toward an object, and, if mastered, can even create large windstorms or tornadoes.

Drawbacks: If used too much, the user will have trouble breathing, and may cough a lot. If this quirk continuously gets used too much, a major breathing problem may occur.

Uses: Great for long-range attack, but can also be used in short-range if needed. I imagine this as a pretty cool quirk for both a hero and a villain.

NOTE: Was made before what's his face was seen on the series. Wouldn't recommend using this one anymore.
