Kion knew she spoke, but his hearing was muffled so he couldn't hear exactly what she said.

She spoke again, and Kion could ever-so-slightly catch what she was trying to say.

"Kion... ar... ou... kay..."

He guessed she was asking him if he was okay. Sort of...? 

"I guess..." He guessed he said, though not hearing properly made it hard to know for sure. He squinted and tried to see her better, but it didn't work well. "But I-I can't see or hear all that well..."
