__ Nexo Knights __

Both (Y/N) and Lloyd just stood in silence saying nothing to each other and simply staring at each other. Lloyd was the first to attempt to speak but nothing came out.

"What do you want, human?" (Y/N) hissed in an openly hostile tone at the stranger. After what seemed like an hour of standing in silence Lloyd finally found his voice. And it was as though the flood gates had been opened.

"I've missed you so much and I apologise for everything. I know I messed up so, so, so much stuff I don't even know where to begin." Lloyd rambled on while (Y/N) just stood there watching as this weird human blathering apologies to her about a life she'd never lived.

"I'm just so glad you're ok." Lloyd said turning to look at (Y/N) with a sad smile on his face as he wiped his face. Nidhogg had started to nuzzle Lloyd affectionately in hopes of calming the green ninja.

When Lloyd stopped to catch his breath he noticed that (Y/N) was just glaring at him and Lloyd just stood there awkwardly staring back at her. Lloyd cleared his throat in hopes of dispelling the awkwardness surrounding them both. (Y/N) remained coldly annoyed by the human's presence.

"You are aware that I don't personally know you." (Y/N) said slowly to Lloyd. "Hu?" Lloyd said completely stunned. "Ok, so you're done being weird now, right?" (Y/N) said although it sounded more like an order than a question.

"(Y/N), Please I want to talk to you." Lloyd pleaded with her and played with his hands. This was a long shot. She had absolutely no reason to trust him. He just wanted to talk, just the two of them. Away from listening ears. "Can we speak, please?"

(Y/N) sighed out loud in frustration with Nidhogg trapping them both here while he happily napped away in his roost. "Seeing as I'm stuck here." (Y/N) sighed and shrugged. Lloyd jumped in immediately for the chance to speak. "Really? Thank you so much." Lloyd said practically vibrating with happiness.

"Ok, so let's start off easy." Lloyd said sporadically, causing (Y/N) to rethink agreeing to hear this human out. "Do you know who I am?" Lloyd asked her. "You're an elemental master from the realm of Ninjago." (Y/N) said slowly thinking that this human was indeed crazy.

"Do you know anything about Ninjago?" Lloyd continued to press (Y/N) for information. "You people killed Hela's people which led her to come here and take it out on mine in hopes of raising an army against yours." (Y/N) hissed through gritted teeth.

"Ok... Bad segway." Lloyd said rubbing the back of his neck. "Um..." Lloyd began. "I have to tell you that... Um..." Lloyd couldn't find the right words to explain what he wanted to tell her.

It finally clicked for (Y/N) what the human was trying to talk to her about. "The Serpentine have already explained." (Y/N) cut off the gibbering human. "Oh. That's great." Lloyd sighed in relief and a huge smile on his face as he went to hug her but (Y/N) stopped him. "What do you think you're doing?" (Y/N) growled at the green ninja.

"I was going to hug you." Lloyd tried to explain his arms still in the air waiting to hug her. "I've missed you." Lloyd added with big puppy dog eyes.

"I doubt that, very much." (Y/N) said. Lloyd's face filled with anguish. "(Y/N)... That's not true..." Lloyd said with tears in his eyes. "The Serpentine were more than welcoming to tell me all the things that the Ninja's have done." (Y/N) countered and folded her arms.

"But didn't the Serpentine tell you everything?" Lloyd queried. Nidhogg yarns and opens an eye to keep a close watch on what is going on between the pair.

"They've told me what you are. That you're an enemy. That your team tried to kill me, multiple times. That your people are responsible for Hela. That you're a bunch of users. And all-around responsible for a bunch of horrible stuff that happened to a version of me while in Ninjago." (Y/N) answered listing off the ninja's transgressions. "That everything or have I missed a few things?" (Y/N) said snarkily.

"(Y/N), I'm-" Lloyd sighed once more before continuing. "I'm sorry that I hurt you. I truly am." Lloyd said with a melancholic look in his eyes.

(Y/N) stared at Lloyd, unimpressed. "Was that supposed to be an apology? If so, it was a pretty shitty one." She thought to herself.

"I actually just wanted to talk to you; to clear some things up." Lloyd mumbled as he steeled himself. This was necessary. It was painful but necessary. (Y/N) used to be a fundamental part of his life. If he wanted that back he'd have to earn it through blood, sweat and tears.

"Look, I have no memory of you, of your team, or of a life in Ninjago. That stuff never happened to me. I don't know you. So, you can stop your fake 'I'm sorry but I'm really just easing my guilt thing' Ok." (Y/N) answered honestly, cutting the green ninja off before he could embarrass himself further.

"Hu?" Lloyd gasped in painful confusion. "It won't get you anything. I'm still going to follow my orders to bring the guilty party before my people to face judgment." (Y/N) coldly stated.

Lloyd gave her a heartbroken look. "Y-you think I'm just saying I'm sorry so you won't go looking for the person that killed your grandmother and caused all this?" Lloyd's voice actually cracked as he spoke.

"Enough of this farce. You obviously don't care about me, so I don't even know why you bother to pretend." (Y/N) said indignantly. This human had the audacity to look shocked by what she'd just said. (Y/N) scoffed at that. "Why else would a human apologise to a monster?" (Y/N) continued, her eyes burning bright. "To avoid just punishment for their crimes." (Y/N) yelled her voice echoing around the cavern.

"Well, that's not true." Lloyd loudly objected. "I'm here because yes I did something bad and I'll accept my punishment if there is one. If that's what it will take to put things right. But we need to talk, to clear up some things. I will not be punished for things I didn't do." Lloyd declared and stood firm.

(Y/N) stared blankly at the human. That was unexpected and extremely out of character for a human. Willing to accept punishment for the crimes they committed? Was this some kind of human trick? Another way to weasel out of their wrongdoings? It had to be, didn't it? No human she'd ever seen or heard of ever owned up to what they had done and was willing to accept the punishment.

Yeah... It was probably some backwards new scare tactic that the humans are using. It makes no sense! Maybe it was a joke... Yeah... A sick, twisted joke. That made no sense either.

Lloyd smirked slightly when he sensed that his words have had an impact on (Y/N). (Y/N)'s facial expressions suggested that she was unsure about what had just been said. That doubt had made it into her mind. This was working out wonderfully for Lloyd and the Elemental Master hummed in pleasure.

(Y/N) frowned at the pleased sound coming from the Elemental Master and at his annoying little smirk on his face. (Y/N) snarled deeply before mentally berating herself for this moment of weakness. No. This was just a trick. She would not be fooled by his manipulative ways. His actions were selfish and self-serving.

(Y/N) looked this lying human in the eyes before saying. "You're lying through your teeth." (Y/N) accused venomously. "(Y/N), I assure you that I am not lying." Lloyd answered fervently. (Y/N) shook her head trying to clear her thoughts. "Why? Why should I listen to your lies!?" (Y/N) spat at Lloyd. Her face was hardening with strong resolve.

Lloyd's mouth parted in surprise at (Y/N)'s words as he watched her struggle through this. Lloyd knew it was a terrible thing to pull but he felt it was the only card to play at the moment.

"Hela." Lloyd blurted out. (Y/N) glared at him. "Don't you want to know what we found out about her plan? Don't you want to know what she did during her attempted takeover of Ninjago while you were there? Who her allies were? What they wanted?" Lloyd continued to bait (Y/N) hoping that something would grab her attention just long enough to get some dialogue going.

"She's dead. I killed her myself." (Y/N) declared threatening the Elemental Master to challenge her claim. "Yes, but she came back." Lloyd explained. "Hela came back as a ghost and possessed the Preeminent also called the Queen of the Cursed this eldritch horror who was the physical embodiment of the Cursed Realm."

"At some point, the Preeminent made an alliance with Fenwick the Master Writer of the Cloud Kingdom; a realm where destinies are written. Promising to spare the Master Writer in return for setting one ghost free, her general Morro. Fenwick did it by manipulating everyone's destiny scrolls in order to manipulate us to force you to unleash something called the Karmic Curse." Lloyd explained, clearly distraught.

"It worked. Morro was freed through that curse. Morro's goal was to retrieve the Realm Crystal from the Tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master and use it in the Preeminent's arrival to curse all Sixteen Realms. After Morro claimed the Realm Crystal, the Preeminent emerged and began terrorizing Ninjago." Lloyd said.

"I won't bore you with how the fight went down but you killed her a second time." Lloyd said. (Y/N)'s brows furrowed as she contemplated all of this somewhat new information. But this time from an enemies point of view.

"There's some other stuff but I don't think that had anything to do with Hela." Lloyd said thinking back on everything that had happened.

"Other stuff! Now!" (Y/N) growled at the Elemental Master. Lloyd gulped and took a step back. He'd forgotten just how scary (Y/N) could be when she was mad.

"With the defeat of the Preeminent, Master Chen's former right-hand man Clouse, the only escapee from the destruction of the Cursed Realm, found the Teapot of Tyrahn and freed the evil Djinn Nadakhan from it. Nadakhan proceeded to steal the Realm Crystal and freed his pirate crew from the different realms they were banished to." Lloyd continued to explain (Y/N) closely analysing him to see if he was lying to her.

"It turned out thanks to the destruction of the Cursed Realm, Djinjago Nadakhan's home realm was also destroyed. Nadakhan vowed revenge. Imprisoning people in his blade after three wishes." Lloyd summarised to (Y/N) who was continuing to listen closely for any telltale sign of deceit.

"You were mad and used the wishes to wish yourself back here. In time to save your people but when my team and I defeated him everything went back to normal but you didn't come back." Lloyd reported in despair. "So we came looking for you." Lloyd said meeting her eyes.

"That was a poor choice on your behalf." (Y/N) interrupted her tone stone cold. "(Y/N)." Lloyd whined and pleaded with her. "Please don't. I don't want to fight." Lloyd promised earnestly. "I know I screwed up. I know this is weird and confusing but please-"

"If you didn't want to fight then why did you enter this tournament for the right to be the next rightful ruler of a monster army!?" (Y/N) spat back at him. Frustrated Lloyd screamed back. "I don't care who wins! I miss you!" Tears started to appear in his eyes.

"Liar! Then what do you want!? All humans I have ever known of want nothing more than to take and destroy. You're human. You're no different." (Y/N) declared angrily.

"I just wanted to see you again. I want to start over. I want to undo all of my mistakes. I want to be friends again. I want you to come home. I want you to know just how much I love you." Lloyd sobbed out his confession.

"It's been so long, (Y/N)." Lloyd pleaded. "Please, I haven't seen you in so long. I don't want to fight." Lloyd begged tears running down his cheeks.

He was just mindlessly begging at this point. He just wanted as much time as he could with her, with just the two of them. "Please, (Y/N)... Just come home, please?" Lloyd continued to plead with her.

She rolled her eyes. She didn't know whether to call his begging cute or pathetic, but it was making her sympathetic.

For a moment (Y/N) regarded Lloyd with a suffocating look of pity causing Lloyd to grit his teeth. He did not want (Y/N)'s pity.

He was sick of cold responses and pity. He wanted... He wanted anything else.

So he did something...

Something unadvisable...

"You know what!? You're human too!" Lloyd screamed as he lashed out at (Y/N).

Nidhogg backed up slightly, covering Lloyd in the protective embrace of its tail. Even the undead dragon knew this was a taboo subject.

The green ninja realised he'd screwed up when he saw (Y/N)'s face became flushed with rage.

"I'm not blind!" (Y/N) shouted in an annoyed tone the power in her voice showing. "I am aware of my unfortunate appearance!" (Y/N) huffed in annoyance. Why did everyone react like she was going to explode about a flaw that was so plainly observed by everyone whoever laid eyes on her?

(Y/N) was not a fool. The fear and anger the others held for her was evident all her life. She grew up around monsters that were both jealous or fearful of her power and add in her human-like visage; it was a recipe for disaster.

They hated and pitted her, made fun of her when they didn't think she could hear them. They called her a freak, a disappointment, a Lusus Naturae. When they weren't busy laughing at her behind her back. They were cold and distant to her all because of her face.

(Y/N) would ignore what they said behind closed doors. She would show them all, she would make them sorry. She'd have more power than they could even dream of. If they were afraid of her now, then she'd make them terrified of what she would become. After all, it was better to be feared than loved.

So she kept to herself, she threw herself into her training, she worked hard on her forms. She tried hard to swallow her anger, she tried hard not to show she cared. She'd wait until the time was right and plotted to deal with Hela. She'd show everyone what a Lusus Naturae could do!

Lloyd's eyes went wide with shock and realisation. He'd never thought in a million years that (Y/N) of all people was insecure about her appearance. She was beautiful especially to him and he did not doubt that others thought the same about her.

"I think you're really pretty." A voice rang out. Everyone turned to look and saw Jestro standing there in the cavern with an embarrassed look on his face and Clay who was also looking at Jestro making it very obvious that Jestro had been the one to talk.

"Although I may just be biased because... you know..." Jestro chuckled awkwardly, his own glowing eyes standing out in the dark.

Nidhogg growled at the two intruders and stanched up in his hoard. Both intruders gasped and scurried back, their backs hitting the wall of the cavern. With wide eyes, they stared at the mighty undead dragon. "Easy." Lloyd cooed to the mighty dragon. Nidhogg might accidentally squish someone in such an enclosed space. A soft growl could be heard coming from Nidhogg but the dragon calmed down.

(Y/N) clenched her fists and gnashed her teeth, the effort to not smack the elemental master upside the head was hard. How dare he tell Nidhogg what to do. But she had more important things to worry about then some impudent human.

"Wait? Who's watching over everyone's forces?" Lloyd questioned once he'd realised who everyone in the cavern was. "Um!" Clay and Jestro said at the same time and shared a look with each other.

"Nidhogg stay here until you are needed. I don't need you causing more problems than you already have." (Y/N) ordered and walked off towards the entrance.

"Hey! Wait up!" Loyd shouted after her as he hastily climbed up the side of Nidhogg's roost/horde to follow after (Y/N). Only for him to get his foot caught causing the green ninja to trip, twist his ankle and fall face-first onto the floor of the cavern.

Nidhogg loudly snorted and (Y/N) let out a frustrated moan before facepalming. She didn't have time to deal with this right now. Jestro, on the other hand, burst out laughing. "Talk about a prat-fall!" Jestro chuckled to himself.

The smile immediately fell from the demented jester's face when Nidhogg snarled, showing off his sharp teeth that could easily tear right through a person making Jestro pale in fear. Though thankfully Nidhogg didn't seem to have anything like that in mind.

(Third Person P.O.V)

__ Nexo Knights __

Whiparella and the Sing-Along Siren of Seaguard were at each other's throats. The majority of everyone gathered around the stage to watch as the monstrous pair continued to hurl insults and scream at each other.

"The only reason you won the Lava Lands Idol last time is because you hypnotised the judges!" Whiparella screamed in the Siren of Seaguard's face.

"You're just jealous you didn't win, Wimp-arella." The Siren spat at the lava monster. Whiparella cringed; she hated that insulting nickname it was bad enough that one of the nexo knights called her that.

Whiparella pulled out her barbed whips and the Siren let out a powerful wail that knocked Whiparella backwards.

"Surprised, my dear? I don't blame you." The Siren gloated, her voice sounded like thunder and made the air vibrate.

The Tighty Knighties were gathered nervously off to the side of the stage with Jorah Tightwad.

"Tightwad. What are we going to do?" Shia LaBlade questioned his boss. "Yeah, boss. These are real monsters. We can't compete against that." The Blok pointed out to Jorah Tightwad.

Although the Tighty Knighties are knights, they had little to no fighting experience. Instead, they competed in tournaments and competitions, demonstrating their incredible skills.

Brickney Spears and Jousting Bieber quickly agreed. "We'll die!" Brickney Spears panicked imagining a brutal death at the hands of a monster. "We'll lose face!" Jousting Bieber loudly whined thinking of the humiliation of losing to something less than human. "And that will cut into my bottom line!" Jorah Tightwad panicked terrified at the loss of money. The Tighty Knighties gave him a dirty look.

"Er, ah, I mean. You'll die." Jorah Tightwad quickly coughed out. "But not to worry I have a plan." Jorah Tightwad promised the Tighty Knighties.

"This had better be something really good." Jousting Bieber warned Tightwad. His reputation as a celebrity knight was on the line. Jorah Tightwad scoffed and said. "Of course, it is. I came up with it."

"Look, those Nexo Knights were able to name the challenge, right?" Jorah Tightwad quickly explained.

"Yeah, so what? How does that help us?" Shia LaBlade demanded. "Then we name the challenge something that you're good at." Jorah Tightwad pointed out to his team.

"Oh, But wait!? What are we great at that isn't tournaments and competitions?" The Blok asked Tightwad.

"Music." Brickney Spears said after a moment of realisation. They all began to quietly murmur in agreement. Music was perfect.

The Tighty Knighties had even produced a few music videos that were popular on Knightube. Brickney Spears was even a well known pop star before she'd signed up with Jorah Tightwad and became one of the Tighty Knighties.

They all quickly agreed to the plan. It was their best shot at winning. Because if it wasn't they were all in hot water.

Pythor was happily stuffing his face with popcorn as he watched the festivity unfold around him from the row of benches. Pythor shook the now-empty popcorn packet. "Echo, more popcorn, please." Pythor said waving the empty bag at the copper nindroid.

Echo happily handed a packet of popcorn over to the large white Anacondrai. "Thank you, my boy." Pythor said shoving his face into the bag and basically inhaling the popcorn.

The Book of Monsters and the Book-Keeper stared at the clockwork creation. "Hm, Flectomancy. There's something you don't see every day." The Book of Monsters said out loud and the Book-Keeper nodded along with what the book was saying before the pair returned their attention to the fighting from their front row seats.

Zane, whom was sitting the closest to the monstrous pair turned to look at them and said. "Pardon me, good fellow. But what's Flectomancy? I don't believe I have ever heard that term before." Zane politely inquired.

The Book of Monsters who was used to Jestro insistent questioning and pestering rolled his eyes and answered out of a force of habit.

"Flectomancy is a particular magic that involves clockwork artifacts created by Flectomancers." The Book of Monsters said in an annoyed tone.

"May I bother you with another question? What is a Flectomancer?" Zane politely inquired again. The Book of Monsters grumbled about stupid joke boy under his breath before answering.

"A Flectomancer also known as "Tinker Wizards" are wizards that tinkerer and create artifacts that do just about anything. Mostly, this art involves building rather complex clockwork construction and using magic to make it function. They can create a wide variety of things, from bombs to small mechanical animals. If given enough proper materials, Flectomancers can be a force to be reckoned with." The Book of Monsters listed off absentmindedly.

"It's sort of like what Necromancers do to the undead." The Book of Monsters said following up with an example.

"What about someone who wilds lightning? What would they be called?" Jay asked butting into the conversation.

"Electromancer." The Book of Monsters said with an annoyed huff. He could already feel a headache coming on.

"What about Ice?" Jay questioned between a mouthful of popcorn. "Cryomancer." The Book of Monsters replied in a hostile tone.

"Earth?" Cole asked joining in with Jay on the questioning of the sentient evil book. "Geomancer." The Book of Monsters replied rather hastily. "Water?" Nya asked also joining in on the fun. "Hydromancer." The Book of Monsters said getting instantly frustrated with these annoying kids.

"What about Fire?" Nya asked her eyes briefly flicking to her brother that was at the side of the stage joining in with the cheering crowd of onlookers enjoying the fight.

"A Pyromancer." The Book of Monsters snarled get ready to bite these annoying pests if that is what it took to get rid of them.

"Energy?" Jay said thinking of Lloyd. The Book of Monsters paused for a moment. "Hm, that's a tough one." The Book of Monsters admitted. "... But I think it might be called Lygomancy. So... A Lygomancer?" The Book of Monsters pondered out loud.

The Book of Monsters snapped back to reality and hissed at the humans to leave him alone and then demanded Book-Keeper carry him elsewhere. The Book-Keeper obliged and stomped off to another row of the benches.

"Hm, well that was rude." Zane commented as he watched them leave. "But helpful." Jay pointed out as he proceeded to stuff his face again. "It explains why (Y/N) was never... weirded out by our Elemental powers... when we all first met her... and why Echo never bothered her... She probably thought we were all us-ing magic at first and just accepted it as time went on." Jay said between swallows of food.

Realisation appeared on Nya's and Cole's faces. "Oh, that is an interesting theory." Zane admitted and Jay just pats the Master of Ice on the head. "Do you think he's ok?" Nya asked looking up at the mountain in the distance. "Lloyd will be fine." Sensei Wu said. "We just need to have faith."

(Third Person P.O.V)

__ Nexo Knights __

Clay was the one carrying Lloyd on his back since the green ninja had managed to twist his ankle just enough that walking down a mountain would be dangerous. While Jestro had taken the opportunity to explain jokes to (Y/N) as they made their way down the mountain. (Y/N) and Jestro were leading the way with Clay carrying Lloyd at the rear of the impromptu group of hikers.

"Why are there fish at the bottom of the sea?" Jestro said and (Y/N) just shrugged. "Because they dropped out of school." Jestro cackled at his awful joke. While Clay and Lloyd rolled their eyes at this. They'd been forced to listen to the insane jester's bad sea and fish jokes since leaving Nidhogg's roost. Jestro had gotten the bright idea to stick to those subjects because of (Y/N)'s ties to the Sea Monsters.

"Ok, how about this one, your highness? Where does seaweed look for a job?" Jestro said testing out some of his comedy material from his court jester days. "In the kelp wanted section."

Clay and Lloyd both cringed. "Seriously, he was the royal court jester?" Lloyd questioned the blue nexo knight. Clay gave an affirmative grunt.

"What does a dolphin say, when he is confused? Can you please be more... Pacific?" Jestro cackled like a mad man at his own terrible, cringe-worthy joke.

"And I thought Jay's jokes were bad. But this guy makes Jay look like a comedy genius." Lloyd groaned out loud. "Sorry, I tell so many bad fish jokes. I feel gill-ty." Jestro hissed back at the green ninja making him cringe.

"Oh." (Y/N) said suddenly realising what jokes could be used for. A way to disrupt, harass and rattly ones opponents. Jestro gave a twisted grin and lunched into more of his routine with a demented gleam of joy in his glowing eyes as he watched the blond boy suffer. Jestro's jestro hat curling up into horns.

"What did one tide pool say to the other tide pool? Show me your muscles." Jestro said showing off his puny muscles to (Y/N). (Y/N) snorted while both Clay and Lloyd just continued to glare at the crazy jester as they made their way down the mountain.

"Aha! What do you call a pirate that skips class?... Captain Hookie!" Jestro said in a terrible pirate accent.

"Oh my, First Spinjitzu Master. Stop already." Lloyd whined. "Jestro give it a rest." Clay pleaded with his former friend.

Jestro ignored the pair and continued his nerve grating jokes. "How much is a pirate willing to pay to get his ears pierced?... A 'buck-an-ear'!" Jestro howled in laughter. "Jestro. Enough!" Clay groaned, becoming quite fed up with Jestro antics.

Jestro looked over his shoulder at the pair of do-gooders with a devilish look in his eyes. He had no intention of stopping anytime soon. "Why couldn't the spectre see his mum and dad?... Because they were transparents!" Jestro said with a twisted grin showing off his crooked and yellow teeth.

"Don't you dare! Ever! Say something like that again!" Lloyd yelled at Jestro. (Y/N) and Jestro stopped and turned to look at the enraged green ninja practically frothing with rage on the back of the blue knight.

"What!?" Jestro snapped back at the blond boy. "I can tell jokes if I want!" Jestro shouted back.

Lloyd struggled demanding to be put down by Clay so he could face Jestro. "Ow, Lloyd, stop! You'll fall! And hurt yourself more." Clay objected to Lloyd's struggling.

Lloyd ignored Clay's protest and continued on focusing on Jestro. "You know exactly what you just said!" Lloyd screamed and pointed at Jestro. Jestro just shook his head at the boy in response. "What can't take a joke?" Jestro huffed at the green ninja.

"How dare you make fun of Cole!" Lloyd spat at the demented jester. "Who? Um, the guy you're getting a piggyback ride from is called Clay, not Cole." Jestro pointed out in a snarky tone.

"You know very well I'm talking about my teammate! Cole you know, the ghost!" Lloyd spat at Jestro again.

Jestro paused for a moment. He had genuinely forgotten the transparent member of the Ninjago team. "Oh right, forgot about him." Jestro chuckled in earnest before his eyes glowed a little and he snapped back at Lloyd. "So what!? Can't take a necromancer joke! Not my fault!" Jestro huffed and crossed his arms besides.

"Lloyd, calm down." Clay pleaded. "Jestro probably really did forget. He's really bad with timings. He messed up a lot with his performances. He honestly wasn't taking a dig at your teammate." Clay explained to the outraged green ninja as he held Lloyd back from fighting.

"Oh shut up Clay!" Jestro shouted at his former friend. Clay sighed and covered his mouth. He hadn't meant to insult Jestro. Just stop a fight from breaking out. "You're the one who needs to keep his mouth shut!" Lloyd yelled at Jestro. "Lloyd doesn't make it worse." Clay pleaded again as he tried to broker some peace.

"I don't want to hear any ghost or parent jokes out of that stupid clown! Ever again!" Lloyd screamed tears running down his cheeks. "Hey, hey. Calm down it's all right." Clay said trying to soothe the green ninja.

(Y/N) raised an eyebrow. She sensed weakness in the green one and before she could stop him Jestro opened his mouth and shouted. "So, what!! Why are you so offended!? I'm an orphan and I don't get offended; hell Clay's adopted and (Y/N)'s a self-made orphan and you don't see her kicking up a stink! What's so bad about jokes about parents!?" Jestro hastily declared.

Clay gave Jestro a long hard look that read: 'You just put your foot in your mouth!' And Lloyd burst out into tears again. "Oh..." Jestro said quietly, realising what this was really about. "Brick... I'm sorry... I didn't know..." Jestro apologised, his hat falling flat against his face.

(Y/N) remained silent, unsure of what to do. "You human! Make the other human stop crying." (Y/N) ordered in desperation. Clay and Jestro turned to look at her with 'what the hell' looks on their faces.

"Monsters don't cry." (Y/N) responded bluntly. Showing that she had no knowledge of how to help in this situation.

It wasn't even five minutes later when Jestro got the not so bright idea to try and carry Lloyd down the mountain as an apology but wasn't physically strong enough to carry the green ninja and fell completely flat-faced into the ground when he tried causing Jestro to break his nose which was now gushing torrents of blood.

So (Y/N) was forced to carry Lloyd down the rest of the way down the mountain while Clay had to carry Jestro. This put Lloyd in a much better mood because he was now indirectly getting to cuddle (Y/N). While simultaneously putting (Y/N) in a worse one.

"Wow, she's mad." Jestro commented still holding his bloody nose. "Hope I'm not the one that needs to fight her next." Clay quietly nodded in agreement.
