2. Fill in the form completely! If you miss any fields, I can't make your cover!

3. Don't badger me to get your order done. If you don't have it by the end of the week, then please do ask.

4. The first password is your favorite food.

5. You must use the cover for at least two weeks.

6. Don't shop and hop, that is to say don't order here and then go order somewhere else. It's immensely disrespectful to us creators.

7. The second password is your favorite hobby.

8. You must give me credit! Credit me in your story!
