Preface: All clowns can change form and shape easily, but their base color pallete is influenced predominantly by the type of food they consume.

In order from left to right:

Mimes: Mimes are a recent addition and one of the majority in the clown population, known to have perfectly round beans (noses) and they enjoy feasting on the negative emotions of others, going to great lengths to infiltrate other societies to consume the deep, underlying core traumas of their supply. Their darker pallets generally reflect the type of food they consume. They are most often found in human populations in medical fields as emergency doctors, nurses, or therapists, eating the energy of individuals in great physical or psychological suffering.

Harlequins: Harlequins were created shortly after the first Jesters, they are very much the wild card of Clowndom. Their long, pointed bean (nose) is the most identifiable factor in their appearance and their bright colors reflect their voracious appetite in their preffered forms. Known to have strong senses and to work in teams of four or more, they often act as Clowndom's military, their indecision when it comes to pinning down a specific flavor of food makes them harder to differentiate from other clowns, which they often use to their advantage. They come at their prey with a scattershot approach, ripping out insecurities and fears or emotional hangups to throw them off guard and overpower them.

Fools: Fools were created shortly after Harlequins and are the smallest sizes of clowns with small, triangular beans (noses) prone to over consumption and they normally stay inside the Cornucopia. Though they are small, Fools can be quite vicious, using secretive forms of feeding off individuals. They use their limited matter as small proxies to infiltrate homes and communities to feed off the emotions of interpersonal relationships. Due to their ability to sneak around and compartmentalize their matter so easily, they make fantastic spies and archivists, recording the goings-on in other dimensions and reporting them back to Smile.

Clowns: Classic Clowns are the most common type of clown seen by others outside the Cornucopia and they are the most common type of clown in Clowndom. Known for their bright, gaudy and mismatched colors and overwhelmingly positive outward demeanor, they are the ones that interact with their prey in the most symbiotic relationships available. Staying in predominantly entertainment positions, they can take on a variety of roles from classic circus clowns to late night talk show hosts. They live among their prey on a daily basis and are intimately familiar with various languages, cultures and species. They are the overwhelmingly pacifist majority population of Clowndom.

Jesters: Jesters are the first and largest of natural (created by Smile) Clowns. They are the high guards of Clowndom and guard the Cornucopia. They do not leave the Cornucopia outside of explicit diplomatic purposes between other dimensional rulers, in locations that time does not affect them. Due to them never leaving the Cornucopia, their appetites in places affected by time can make them dangerous and ravenous. This risk prevents them from being able to function outside the Cornucopia.
