"SQUABBLE"
SQUABBLE:a noisy quarrel about something trivial; Lorelei Black and Birdie Potter appeared in the kitchen with a crack. Her father flinched and Tonks almost dropped the pot she was carrying as Sirene gave them an annoyed look. Lorelei and Birdie blinked. What'd they expect? Birdie to come skipping downstairs and get her gash open?
"Lorelei, Birdie have a seat!" Molly Weasley smiled, Lorelei sat next to Regan who was sitting next to Harry who was sitting next to Sirius — classic — and Birdie who sat opposite to her brother, George Weasley took a seat next to Lorelei and she gave him a look.
"Part of the plan" George whispered to her, and Lorelei frowned, if she knew she'd have to sit next to an infuriating redhead for dinner maybe she wouldn't have agreed to the plan at all, but then again, she could take this time to mess with him.
Lorelei saw both Ron and Fred reaching for the same chair, Fred immediately grabbed on to it, pushing his brother out of the way, Ron frowned but then he saw Birdie sitting there playing with her fork and immediately understood — like sibling telepathy — he made his way to sit next to Hermione.
"Fred, George what are you doing sitting there, come and help me with the food!" Molly said putting her hands on her hips, "Ginny get water for everyone"
Lorelei watched as the redheads got out of their seats, Fred looked over at Birdie longingly while Birdie kept her gaze fixed on the plate, George and Lorelei looked at each other — both of their people were miserable.
"Hey, El could you pass me that goblet?" Hope said motioning to all the goblets that sat stacked in the middle of the table, "I would move but my whole body hurts"
"Sure" Lorelei shrugged, she reached her hand out and she was pretty sure she had heard Molly yell something about George and Fred using magic, but Lorelei didn't pay any attention to it — they got yelled at five bajillion times a day, could you blame her?
"El, move!" Birdie and Harry yelled together, Lorelei turned to look but the next second a hot pot fell down on the table, skidding through and getting stopped by Lorelei's hand that was now covered with burning hot stew, "Bloody hell, fuck, shit, ow! Motherfucker! What the fuck, Weasley?" Lorelei clutched her hand in pain.
"Shit shit shit!" George rushed forward as Fred cleaned up the table and put the pot back while getting yelled at by her mother.
Sirius was obviously...surprised about the whole colorful language, he didn't think she would be that much like him when he was a kid. Sirene watched the two kids scramble around, Lorelei was jumping around in pain and George looked like he might cry any second.
"Do something, you dumb fucker!" Lorelei yelled at the redhead, everyone was watching the two kids with a speechless expression on her face, "George, I will fucking murder you right now if you don't grab your wand and fix this!"
"I don't know what to do!" George whined, "Mum, a little help?!"
"Of course!" Mrs Weasley took quick strides forward, she grabbed Lorelei's hand with a gentle hold, "Now, this might hurt, darling, so you might want to grab on to something"
"Oh, no worries" Lorelei breathed out, "I have the perfect thing for that" Lorelei grabbed George's hand, "There"
"Ow?" George said unsurely.
"Really, Weasley?" Lorelei motioned to her hand, "Really?"
"Fair enough" George shrugged weakly.
"Ok, ready?" Molly asked and Andrew turned away, he hated seeing people in pain — especially people he loved, "On the count of three — one...two—"
Turns out Mrs Weasley didn't wait for three to add a bit of a surprise element, who the fuck knows and Lorelei writhed in pain, letting out a yell and crushing George's hand. Mrs Weasley grimaced, "Oh dear, this is bad. This is really bad. The bone's broken and the skin's burnt pretty bad — because the food was cooked with magic, and the pot was being carried with magic" Molly glared at her sons, "This might take a while to heal"
"Great fucking job, idiot" Lorelei hit George with her unbroken-unburnt hand, "Now, how am I going to eat? I'm left handed!"
"Come on, El" Sirene motioned to the empty seat beside her, "I'll help"
George relaxed when Lorelei finally released his hand, but Molly had other plans, "Oh no, no. I think the person who's caused this problem should be the one helping, shouldn't he?"
"Mum, I'm not the only one who did this!" George protested and Molly gave him a stink eye, "Grab a seat, Black"

"NOT JUST YET, MOLLY" Sirius pushed his empty plate away, turning to face Harry, "You know, I'm surprised at you, I thought the first thing you'd do when you got here was ask about Voldemort"
Lorelei and George paused, he was currently feeding her with his own hands because Lorelei insisted she wasn't able to move her hand at all. Of course, George had to help her, her mother had made it very clear he had to, his twin on the other hand — he was going to help with everything else around the house instead.
Everyone paused, George could practically feel the heat coming from Lorelei, her grey eyes turned into a stormy color, "I did!" Harry exclaimed, his mouth turned into a frown, "I asked Ron and Hermione but they said we're not in the Order, so—"
"And they're quite right!" Molly said, if anyone in the room was quite as angry as Lorelei, it'd be the redhead woman, "You're too young!"
"Since when did someone have to be in the Order of the Phoenix to ask questions?" Sirius said, "Harry's been trapped in that muggle house for a month, he's got the right to know what's been happening—"
"Hang on" George put his hand on Lorelei's, a simple gesture to stop her from clenching her fist.
"How come Harry gets his questions answered?" Fred furrowed his brows.
"We've been trying to get stuff out of you for a month and you haven't told us one stinking thing!" George exclaimed angrily.
"Oh, isn't it obvious, George?" Lorelei spoke with a bitter tone in her voice, "My father clearly doesn't give a shit about anyone but his precious little godson, no offense Harry"
"None taken?" Harry said unsurely.
"You know very well it isn't like that, Lorelei" Sirius spoke, "Harry saw Voldemort come back, he has more right than most to—"
"I'm sorry about this, Sirius, but I'm with Molly on this one" Birdie said from her seat, "Harry's fifteen, this kind of information can put him in danger, he knows enough already"
"I don't know anything!" Harry exclaimed angrily.
"It should stay that way!" Birdie argued back, passing her brother a hard look, "Do you have any idea how many people might come after you if you get even a single piece of vital information, it's better to stay in the dark than under a spotlight for you Harry"
"How do you know what's better for me, Birdie?" Harry pushed his fork down, "You weren't even there for most of my life"
Birdie pursed her lips, leaning back into her seat when she realized this argument wasn't going anywhere especially with Sirius on Harry's side, "Fine, do whatever the hell you want" she threw her hands back in annoyance.
"This is all such bullshit" Lorelei got up, "You had a problem with me getting to know about Voldemort, but suddenly when Harry arrives you're ok with him getting his questions answered, he's not even of age!"
"Harry saw Cedric Diggory die, Lorelei" Sirius said leaning froward, and Lorelei did nothing but pass him a glare.
"Oh, I'm sure you don't mean the same Cedric Diggory who was my best friend for almost all my life" Lorelei got up, "Guess what, Mr Black, Harry's not the only one who's lost people in life"
"Lorelei, Harry lost his parents because of me" Sirius argued and both the father and daughter had their eyes filled with tear, "He didn't get to have a normal life because of me"
"I didn't either" Lorelei spoke and her voice cracked, "You left, dad" Sirius notice when Lorelei said that word it didn't remind of her of how she'd call him that as a kid, "When you left you promised me that you'd come back, and you never did!"
"I didn't know that I'd end up in Azkaban, love" Sirius said, his voice turned soft as he stared at his daughter and really noticed how much he'd hurt her.
"Whatever, this doesn't matter, not right now" Lorelei shook her head, "Don't give me the bullshit about not knowing what I'm signing up for when I join the Order because I've already lost a person and I would like to never lose one again"
"I'm—" Sirius started.
"She's staying" Sirene spoke for the first time in a while, "Lorelei deserves to know, and so do all the kids of age, they need to know what they might be up against in a few years, or months even"
The kids passed a thankful look to the auror, but Sirius looked he might still have somethings to say, "Listen, Siri, I really think as her father—"
"You can make a decision for her when you've looked after her for fifteen years, alright?" Sirene spoke harshly, Andrew looked at her with surprise, "Right now, I don't think El needs anyone choosing for her, she's very capable of handling herself"
"I do agree with Sirius on this one, Molly" Remus said after a while, a look of hesitance of his face when he saw how angry she'd gotten, "I think it's better Harry gets the facts — not all of them, just the general picture"
"He isn't James" Molly said, a hard look on her face as she glare both of the men down, "He's just a kid"
"He isn't your son either" Sirius spoke, his voice seeming a bit hollow.
"Of course, you'd know all about parenting, wouldn't you, Sirius?" Molly said, and in that moment Lorelei saw a look on that woman's face she'd never seen before, "How's being a father going for you?"
