Third P.O.V.

After they all left to follow [Y/n] to the Tsurumi River, they hide behind a bush so that she doesn't see them. About a few minutes later, they then made it to where [Y/n] was going to meet up with Kunikida "Who is that?" Ryuji asked, while eyeing Kunikida "Hush, or she knows we're following her Ryu-chan." Yuta said, as he covers the boy's mouth. They all stood quiet and listened to their conversation "Ugh, I swear Dazai is going to be the death of me." the [H/c] haired girl said, as she combs her fingers through her hair "And he is messing up with my whole schedule." Kunikida said, with a irk mark on his head. "Well, we can't do anything by just standing here." [Y/n] said, as she headed the other side of the river while Kunikida went another.

While she was walking unaware of the idols following her, [Y/n] then spotted a familiar brunette with another boy with white hair. She then started running towards them "DAAAZZAAAIIII!" she yelled, as she got closer to the brunette and tackled the man on the ground. To then started to beat him up, the idols and the boy looked at them in shock "Remind me to never get her mad until I meet the devil." Kento said, while sweating bullets and the others nodded in agreement. After beating Dazai up [Y/n] then realized that there was a boy there and got up from Dazai's beaten up form. "I'm sorry, if he gave you any trouble um?" "Atsushi Nakajima." "Nakajima-san." she said to him, and bowed in respect "No, not at all and you can just call me Atsushi." Atsushi said, while Dazai was getting up from his beat down. "Awe, [Y/n]-chan that hurts!" he whined, which caught your attention back on the brunette "Well, maybe I wouldn't have beaten you up, if you haven't gone headlong in the river you suicidal idiot." the [H/c] said glaring at him. The idols then looked wide eyes at the man who was covered in bandages.

"HELLOOOO!" someone called from the other side of the river, the trio and idols then see Kunikida with his arms crossed glaring at them. "Is this where you've been you stupid oaf?" he shouted at Dazai "Oh! Kunikida-kun! Thanks for coming and calling [Y/n]-chan!" Dazai yelled back at him. "You have subjected me and [Y/n]-san to a great deal of grief today, you suicidal maniac! Why must you constantly ruin my plans...? And [Y/n]-san, was in the middle of being undercover to protect the ten idols from the... you know." Kunikida yelled again "Ah, yes! I have a smashing idea, my lad. That is my coworker, along with [Y/n]-chan here." Dazai said, ignoring the blonde and patting the [H/c] girl who was starting to have a dangerous aura around her. "Perhaps he can feed us!" he countinued "Huh?" Atasushi asked in confusion, while staring at Dazai. "Listen to me, you!" Kunikida yelled, at the bandage wearing man to get him to focuse "What is your name?" the brunette asked, looking at the hungry white haired boy. "Um, Atsushi Nakajima, but... didn't I already tell you." Atsushi asked, sweating 'He was probably to beaten up to hear me from [L/n]-san.' the boy then tought.

To where the our favorite idols are~

"Eh, what does that guy mean [L/n]-san is undercover?" Goushi asked, raising an eyebrow "And did he said that she was protecting us... but from who or what?" Mikado said out loud to the group. Which also made them wonder 'Who does [L/n] [Y/n] really work for?'. Tatsuhiro then stood up, but only to be pulled down by Hikaru so that they don't lose their hiding place. "What were you thinking Tatsu, we could've been caught by [L/n]-san!" Hikaru whispered yelled at him, but the bluenette just looked at him with a serious look in his eyes. Which caused Hikaru to be quiet and to motion the others to listen "You may not know this, but [L/n]-san retired from her idol and composing not to long ago. Just for some uncertain reason that nobody could understand why she decided to quit." he explained to them, to cause all of them to go wide eye with shock. "Where did you get all that information from Nome-san?" Tomohisa asked, still shocked as the others are "I looked up some old newspapers and checked her file that Yashamura-san handed to us." Tatsuhiro told them.

All of them looked taken back at what he said "When did he even give us her file?" Kazuna asked, confused as the others "Last week." the tan man answered, the leader of Moons. The group then noticed Momotaro was looking at Dazai, Atsushi, [Y/n] and Kunikida intently, like as if they were the strongest spirits he ever saw. "What is it Momotasu?" Mikado asked, worried about his hetrocrhomic friend "The other three, including [L/n]-san have the same mysterious aura around them." he answered with a serious tone in his voice. "But what does that have to do with anything, or what does it mean?" Kento asked, as he brings his hand to his chin to try and come think of what all of this means. The group the went back to listen on the other fours conversation again to get more information.

[Y/n]'s P.O.V.

"Well Atsushi-kun, follow us. What sort of food do you crave?" Dazai asked the white haired man, who was following him "Um... Well... Some Chazuke would be nice." Atsushi said, while rubbing the back of his head. Dazai and I just looked at him in silence, till it got interupeted by Dazai laughing at him and me being confused by why the hell is he laughing. "Ha-Ha-Ha! A child mere inches from death, seeking a bowl of chazuke? So be it, then. I'll have Kunikida-kun treat you to thirty or so bowls if you like!" he then exclaimed witha smile, while I sweat drop at his enthusiasim. "Stop being generous with my money Dazai!!" Kunikida then yelled at him, as he waves around his book "Dazai?" Atsushi questioned, with a confused look. "Yes. That's the brunette's in bandages name is." I said to Atsushi, while motioning my hand towards that suicidal idiot "Dazai... Osamu Dazai." Dazai introduced himself.

While we are sitting at the table me and Kunikida both ordered green tea, Dazai order a cappuccino, and Atsushi... Well... He got his thirty bowls of chazuke like Dazai said. I sat next to Dazai while Atsushi and Kunikida sit across from us in the tea house to feed Atasushi. "We have to return to work, Dazai, [Y/n]-san." Kunikida stated as he looks over his ideals. "What kind of fool says 'Oh, what a fine river' and dives in headlong during work hours!?" Kunkida yelled at Dazai, while I stare at them in amusment "Well you are looking at the fool who would do that right now." I said bluntly, looking at him while he glares at me. "You are not helping [Y/n]-san! and look at what that ignorant fool has done! Now we're hideously behind schedule and I even had to drag you into this as well." Kunikida rambled at Dazai with anger "You do love your appointment books, don't you Kunikida-kun?" Dazai asked, changing the subject. Which caused the said man to slame his hand on the table "It's not an appointment book! These are my ideals!! The precepts that guide my entire life!!" Kunikida yelled at him while pointing at his notebook that says ideals on the cover.

I then felt like a pair of eyes were staring at me, or should I say eyes. That's when I realized that not too far from our table was I saw the whole B-project members there, and that wasn't just a coincidence. "And nowhere does it advise partnering with a suicide aficionado!!" Kunikida exclaimed, bringing me back to reality "Mfh nf mnrrginian frnmn?" Atsushi mumbled, with food in his mouth "Silence. My financial edger says nothing about 'feeding a foundling all the chazuke he wants' either." Kunikida said, as he was flipping through his notebook. "Hngh rmmh?" Atsushi then said, but Dazai and me were the only ones who didn't understand a single thing he said. Although it was wierd that Kunikida was the only one who understands him.

'B-project? Why are they here all of a sudden they should be somewhere out of site. So the Mafia couldn't find them. But one question still holds up why are they targetted, what could the Mafia possibly want with them all of a sudden?' Till I saw Momotaru's eyes shine all of a sudden. "Now I understand." I mumbled to myself "Hm?" Dazai hummed "I said- we are working!! The military police assigned us to corral a ferocious-" Kunikida then yelled to bring me back again. "How are you speaking to each other?" Dazai then interrupted him, but he then looked back at me with a questionable look in his eyes. Saying 'What were you just thinking of just now?' "Whew! What a meal! I don't want to see chazuke for anotherten years!" Atasushi exclaimed patting his big stomach, which made us break eye contact and look at him "Youuu..." Kunikida then growled at him, with a irk mark on his cheek.

"You guys sure saved my hide, though! Ever since I was kicked out of the orphange and arrived in Yokohama, I've been homeless and starving. ... I feared I'd meet my end soon!" Atsushi then exclaimed dramaticaly "Oh? You come from a childeren's home?" I asked, taking a sip of my green tea. "I did... Until they booted me. Yeah. Something about lack of funding and having to downsize..." Atsushi explained to us "Rather a heartless orphange, no?" Dazai stated. "Dazai, let's get back to work. We aren't do-gooders passing out alms to every street urchin we see." Kunikida said, to get us back to focus at the what's at hand "What kind of work do you do...?" Atsushi then asked "Oh, That? We are detectives." Dazai answered him with a smirk on his face.

Tomohisa's P.O.V.

After hearing the man named 'Dazai' say that they were detectives, it astounded all of us. We didn't know that [L/n] was a detective, maybe that's why she decided to quit her career as an idol. "I never thought [L/n]-san would be a detective." Ryuji said, with wide eyes and the others nodding "Is this the only reason why, there could be other reasons to this." I said to them, before turning back to listening on their conversation again. "Tch! And when he says that... He doesn't mean we hunt down lost cats or wayward spouses." Kunikida I think said, to the white haired man "Our domain is in the realm of more... dangerous work. Have you heard of the 'Armed Detective Agency,' home to those with unusual abilities?" [L/n] asked him with a serious look in her eyes.

"I think I heard of that at one point." Momotaru said, which then caught all of our attention to listen on what he has heard about this detective agency. "I had heard the name, at least. A detective company specializing in hazardous work too dicey for the military or the police to handle..." he then paused to think of what else there is to know. "A group standing on the twilight, ruling over the threshold between the worlds of day and night and I'd heard that most of the members possessed some type of special supernatural 'skill'" Momotaru finished. To then make me think 'They could be like me and Ryuji, since we were the only ones who knows each others unique skill.'

[Y/n]'s P.O.V.

While Atsushi was left thinking about our agency, I then noticed that idols were also thinking about the agency as well. "That lintel looks rather sturdy... I wager it could even support a person's weight." Dazai said, as he was looking at the supporters above Atasushi and Kunikida's head. "Stop gauging to prepare a noose at every teahouse we visit!" Kunikida yelled at Dazai "Pshaw! Have you no concept of the merit of the neck stretch?" Dazai bluffed at him, which then make him freak out about this. "What? Is that good for your health?" Kunikida asked "Um, Kunikida-kun, I wouldn't do that if I were you." I told him, while Atsushi and I sweat dropped at him writing everything that Dazai is telling him. "W-well, then... what kind of case are you three of you working on?" Atsushi asked us, which brought Kunikida from his almost panic state and answered "We are seeking a tiger."

That's when Atasushi started to get hesitant "... A tiger?" he questioned "Yes, a man-eating beast that has terrorized the city as of late. It has ravaged storehouses, chewed up acres of farmland... the creature is running rampant. Apparently, it has recently been sighted in this district..." I explained to him. Atsushi then fell out of his chair and started to back away from the table with fear written across his face. "I... I-I-I'd best be on my way, now..." he then said, as he tried to crawl away, (Key Word: Tried) I then grabbed him by the collar of his shirt holding him there.

Goushi's P.O.V.

"Hold it." [L/n] said, as he tried to get away from her grip "I-I can't stay here! Nobody can defeat that monster!!" Atasushi exclaimed, while struggling to get away. "You know about this man-eater?" she asked, with a serious look in his eyes "It's been after me! Almost killed me!" he then yelled, to then be let go by her. "If it's nearby, I need to run, or--" Atsushi was about to say, before being slammed on the ground with one of his arms behind his back. "I told you-- The Armed Detective Agency deals in risky cases like these." Kunikida said, as he crouches down so that he can see his face. "You may pay for your meal with your arm-- or by telling us all you know." [L/n] said, as she started to twist his the other way. I was about to interfere with them and almost activated my ability, when Yuta pulled me back and said "We can't risk getting caught Gouchin, so stay put." I then sat back down as other people were murmuring about the seen in front of them.

Dazai then interfered by saying "Oh, come, now, [Y/n]-chan... The boss himself warned you that the gathering of intelligence needn't be an interrogation." all she did was just glare at him and let Atsushi go. Kunikida then went in front of the opening crowd that was there "Show's over! Move along, now!" he yelled at them, as they were breaking a part. "We better get out of here so that we don't make ourselves look suspicious, and then follow them after later." Osari said, as we were starting to head out and wait behind the building to see them head out.

Third P.O.V.

After the idol group left the four of them they then left Atsushi explain about what happened "So what'll it be?" Dazai asked him, as Atsushi was rubbing his wrist from when [Y/n] grabbed it. "That tiger wrecked my orphanage. It destroyed our fields, tore our storehouse to shreds... No one died thankfully, but the orphanage was too cash strapped to recover. So they tossed me out to save money."

Flashback~

"This... is all of your fault, you accursed freeloader!" said the headmaster of the orphanage "Why? I didn't do anything..." the young white haired boy said, with fear in his eyes. "We have no place for freeloaders here. There is no place under the sun where you might dwell! You are nothing but of strain on the world! Be gone and vanish from this earth forever!" the headmaster than yelled at him, before slamming the orphanage door in his face.

Flashback Over~

After Aasushi told his story the whole teahouse was quiet, till it was broken by a certain suicide obsessed man. "... Sounds like quite the disaster." he said "So, my boy... This beast 'Almost killed' you, then?" Kunikida asked, as he looks up at him. "That man-eater wasn't satisfied with the radishes in our fields... It followed me all the way here!" Atasushi exclaimed, slamming his fist against the table "After leaving the orphanage, I was wandering along the Tsurumi River when--" the white haired man paused, to then remember what happened to him. "That animal chased me to this very city! Atsushi then yelled, with beads of sweat falling off his forehead.

"My mind was clouded with hunger. I have no idea how I escaped..." he then trailed off, while looking down "And when was this?" Dazai asked, with his hand on his chin. "I was evicted two weeks ago. I saw it by the river... four days ago." Atsushi explained to them "Yes, the attacks began roughly two weeks ago... and we have eyewitness accounts of the beast by the Tsurumi River four days ago too." Kunikida mentioned, as he flips through his ideals. Which lead Dazai and [Y/n] in deep thought about the sightings and attacks. "Are you free right now, Atsushi-kun?" Dazai asked cheerfully, while pointing at said man which caused him to shudder. "I have an incredibly bad feeling about this..." he then said, with a nervous at what Dazai asked.

"If the tiger is pursuing you, it's perfect! Would you like... to aid or tiger hunt?" Dazai then asked him, with a joyful smile on his face "N-No! No thank you! You want to use me as bait!? Who would ever willingly--?" Atsushi yelled, as he jumped out of his chair. Making it look like he was going to make a run for it again, but then remembered that a certain [H/c] haired girl was guarding his only exit.

Little did he know [Y/n] final jumped into the conversation and said "We offer payment." which of course caught his attention "Kunikida-kun, deliver this to the boss back at the office." she then said, as she handed him a slip of paper. "Hey... You're going to hunt it down now? We need to verify this intel first..." Kunikida tried to protest against this "It's fine, it's fine." [Y/n] said, with a smirk on her face. "And, um how much payment may I expect?" Atsushi asked, while rubbing his hands together waiting to find out how much "About this much." [Y/n] then said, holding up a piece of paper in front of him. Which made his eyes go wide at how much he was going to get out of this.

After their talk they decided to go their separate ways, as Kunikida headed towards the agency and the trio heading towards a Mafia shipping warehouse. With the idols close behind them wondering why they would come here of all places to hunt for the Man-eating tiger.
