ATHANASIA, NEVER THOUGHT THAT DEATH WAS A POSSIBLITY IN HER LIFE, SHE HAD FACED TO MANY VAMPIRES TO COUNT IN HER YOUNG LIFE, THE VERY THOUGHT OF DYING IN THE HANDS OF A VAMPIRE SEEMED IMPOSSIBLE TO THE GIRL. The girl had become somewhat of an expert on predicting her enemy's moves, with the added bonus of hearing their thoughts she was unstoppable or at least she had been until a vampire named James decided to play a game with her. That game being putting her very close friend Bella Swan in danger just to get a chance at getting to fight the slayer. And like most people when their loved ones were in mortal danger, she caved under the pressure as the very thought of having Bella in danger made her visable mad.

And just like that the girl found herself in her old ballet studio in Phoenix Arizona, glaring up at James who had an the most infuriating smirk on his face that could mean danger in evey capacoty of the word."Come on don't glare at me like that, my plan would have been too easy if I didn't involve your little friend here. " The hunter said pointing his camera toward Bella who was slowly healing from the kick in her leg that he just gave her after the slayer didn't answer a question that he asked. The slayer could help but be more disgusted by the acts of this so called hunter, sure she learned that not all vampires liked to cut to the chase but the longer this little game of his went on the longer she started to have second thought about this and these seconds thoughts kept leading to one thing, the promise of Edward's that she broke by stepping foot in this studio, she only hoped that if her and Bella made out of this in one price that he could forgive her for being so in rational.

If only she had listened to their plan, then maybe  Bella wouldn't have been involved and learned that her best friend, was the very thing that most  monster's feared. The way that she was so scared made the girl feel bad as she was slowly starting to regret almost all of her decisions except the one that lead her to fall in love with a person that was as broken as she was, no she could never regret the love that she felt for Edward, he was the first person that didn't turn  his back on her once he knew her secret and instead took her as she was. Along with that his family was very welcoming of the girl and already started to think of the girl as a sister not that any of them would admit it to her face yet but it was enough that they would think that knowing she could hear their thoughts.

The Cullen's should have predicted that once she found out that Bella was missing that she would go to save her, it was part of her job as an slayer to protect the innocent and that included her friends no matter how dangerous it seemed the girl bhad been determined to save her. That rash thinking way be the very thing that lead her  to her death, as she was for the first time in herife outsmarted by the very thing that she hunted. As her thoughts were all running around in her head as she stood frozen in fear, there was one thought that kept on surfacing that this was how the great vampire Hunter's Grayson Grace and Marianna Grace had died the only difference was they had succeed in protecting the very person that they had died for.

All she could do was stare back at the hunter's now red eyes and how they promised to give her a slow and painful death, little did she know that her fate had and different outcome that at first would seem like happiness only to end in dispair for the soulmates, that rarely had anything but sadness in their lifes.

Author's Note ( please read.)

So if you were wondering what was going on, I rewrote the preface and it is a whole lot better than before, and I may have just got inspiration to write for this book. So if you see an update at random then that's why.
