Tyler Jameson is a former US marine, who's suffered so many losses throughout his life: his parents dying two years apart during his high school years, his best friends getting killed in Afghanistan, and losing his ability to make peace with the enemies he's made over the years.

Looking to make a difference in his life, Jameson traveled to the New Japan LA dojo to learn how to be a wrestler by none other than Katsuyori Shibata, The Wrestler.

During his first few months of training, Tyler had learned how to take moves, hit the ropes, and how to live with his other trainees while taking his prescriptions to ease the pain of PTSD, earning the right to be called "The Fighter", meaning how he inspired Shibata and his new friends to keep going after so many years of pain and misery.

After a few years, Jameson would make his NJPW debut in Osaka, under the ring name "Tyler James", where TJPW (Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling) had worked together with the company, but one cutie named Mizuki Kaminade, a wrestler for Tokyo Pro, finds him the most sweetest gaijin she's ever seen as he tries to connect with the other wrestlers with his struggles. Does Mizuki fall in love with him?
