Luca Romano, a New York Italian, runs a very popular restaurant in Brooklyn called "Romano's", after he moves to NYC to be near on old friend of his named Esther Choi, a Korean born New Yorker with a very sassy personality.

On weekends, Luca would stroll the neighborhood and the marketplace, looking for fresh ingredients for his restaurant. Sometimes, he'd run into Esther and would try to charm her every chance he got.

One day, for some reason, while closing his restaurant down for the day, Romano decides to visit Esther, who is elated and takes a break from cooking to catch up. While they talk, Esther starts to have feelings for her best friend after all the flirting, but does he feel the same?

So, this is an interesting story idea and let me explain:

For some time now, I've been watching a guy named Uncle Roger on YouTube, and he once met Esther for one of his videos as a collaboration.

When I watched this video for the first time, I thought they had great chemistry because while Nigel (the guy behind the Uncle Roger persona) was cracking jokes and flirting with her, Esther had great comebacks and would also flirt with him.

I didn't know Esther could be that fun to watch because I saw a Epicurious video where she improvised a take an $11 ramen meal and turn it into a dish you'd see in a very expensive high-end Asian restaurant!

I bet you all my life that I'd show up to NYC to visit her restaurant. I mean, her restaurant is called Choibites and she does American food like fried chicken and burgers, but Esther brings a Korean twist on them while having some authentic Korean food on the menu. I think that's just so cool and it's nice to know about that since she seems like a very nice person.

And yes, I had to do another New York Italian OC but with a new name that kinda has a nice ring to it.
