At the dance academy.

McKayla was chosen to lead the group that week, meaning she would be responsible for creating an entire choreography for her class to present at the event that would take place over the weekend.

They were rehearsing all afternoon.

"Mack can we take a break?" Paige says, already out of breath from dancing, "Of course not, this has to be perfect! How are they already so tired, we've barely started?!" McKayla thinks.

"We're literally on the 20th attempt, I think it's already great!" Paige says leaning on her legs "Oh okay, just one more time" McKayla says "This is the 10th time you've said that" Paige says.

McKayla giggles gently "This time I mean It" McKayla says, Paige takes a deep breath "Okay guys! from the start, in your positions. And three two one!" McKayla says and they start dancing.

Mrs. Marshall, McKayla's dance teacher, enters the room accompanied by a man "These are our students" Mrs. Marshall tells them man.

She and the man carefully watch the students dance "I guarantee you, Mr. Austin, you will find the best dancers in Mission Creek here at our academy." Mrs Marshall says.

Jhonatan nods his head "I can see that" he says, his gaze quickly goes to McKayla who is in front leading the other students in the dance.

He carefully observes McKayla's steps and the precision with which she dances, giving herself completely to it, he can see that.

"Who's the girl in front?" Jhonatan asks and points to McKayla, Mrs. Marshall smiles "She's the girl I told you about" Mrs. Marshall says.

Jhonatan raises his chin still watching the dance "McKayla, she is our best student" Mrs Marshall says with a proud smile.

"Evidently, the girl is exceptionally talented" Jhonatan says "Yes, she is!" Mrs Marshall says.

Jhonatan quickly looks at Paige "and that one is...?" Jhonatan asks "Paige, our oldest student, I've been teaching her since she was a baby" Mrs Marshall smiles "You did an excellent job" Jonathan says.

Mrs Marshall puts her hands together "ready to meet them?" She asks "That's why I'm here" Jhonatan says.

Mrs Marshall and Jhonatan enter the room, she turns off the music "Attention, pay attention for a moment, please" Mrs Marshall claps her hands to attract attention.

"Who's the guy huh?" Paige whispers to McKayla with a little smile "a guy who isn't for your beak, then can wipe that little smile off your face" McKayla says and pokes Paige's face, who rolls her eyes anda laugh.

"Guys, I have a very important announcement to make" Mrs Marshall says, she sighs "You know that this is a dance academy that is too small for talents as great as yours. And my main objective here is to be able to give you all the opportunity to realize your dreams" Mrs Marshall says.

"And today I brought Mr. Austin here, in the hope that he can give one of you a unique opportunity" Mrs. Marshall says and points to Jhonatan "wait Austin? Jhonatan Austin?" McKayla asks "Myself" Jhonatan says "Son of Adelaide Austin director of Austin Swing Dance Academy?!" Paige says.

"Yes, are any of you interested in studying there?" Jhonatan asks "Woah! Are you serious?" McKayla says excitedly.

Austin Swing Dance Academy It was one of the most renowned dance schools there is, McKayla and Paige always dreamed of studying there, One of their goals has always been to do everything they can to reach the level of this school. But hopes of studying there were low as the monthly fee is extremely expensive.

"Yes, I saw some of your latest presentations and I must say I was impressed by the potential of this small academy and the students here. So I came here today as a scout, to visit the academy and at this weekend's event I will evaluate you all" Jhonatan explains walking around the room with his hands behind his back.

"Evaluate for what, Mr. Austin?" Paige asks "You all have potential. However, I will offer a scholarship to anyone who meets all the requirements of our school" Jhonatan says, everyone in the class gasp.

"No way!" Paige says "Oh my god!" McKayla smiles "Yeah, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. But this is what I've been training you all for all this time. Nothing but success" Mrs. Marshall says with a smile.

"Mack!! A freaking scholarship to our dream school aaahh!!" Paige squeals and holds McKayla's hands "I know, I know!" McKayla smiles wildly.

"I'll be back here this weekend for your evaluation, I wish you all the best of luck" Jhonatan says, he greets Mrs Marshall and leaves.

Paige and McKayla look at each other excitedly "Mack!" Paige grabs McKayla's face "You need that scholarship!" Paige's eyes widen "Everyone here has the same chance, including you" McKayla says.

"Eh, I already know I'm not going. But you're going, you deserve it" Paige says, McKayla laughs "Paige" McKayla says "If I'm not going there I need to make my friend go, you're going to get that scholarship Mack!" Paige says.

McKayla rolls her eyes "there's no way to convince her otherwise" she thinks "Okay, I'll do my best to get it" McKayla says, Paige kisses the tip of her friend's nose "that's the spirit!" Paige says excitedly hugging McKayla.

The next day at school.

McKayla was at her locker when some students approached "M.C, is it true that you're dating the bionic guy?" One of them asks "Wait what?! No!" McKayla laughs nervously.

"Seriously? Everyone is talking about It" The student says "I'm not...I'm not dating him, we're just friends" McKayla closes her locker "And this would be the 9000th time I've said this to someone I assume" she thinks.

Graham walks in "Students of Mission Creek, please welcome your bionic super humans!" Graham says.

Adam, Bree, and Chase walk in the school, and are immediately met with showering praise and camera flashes.

"And our trusty little mascot Chase." Adam hits Chase on the back and he glares at him.

Chase looks around "Wow! This is so amazing, I love that the world can finally recognize me for who I am and what I do! It's Awesome!" He thinks.

Graham starts speaking to the cameras "Now that I'm in charge of the bionic team, I'm gonna be taking them to a whole new level. Believe me, you're going to be seeing a lot more of us." Graham says.

"Wow, this is amazing. It's like we're celebrities." Chase says, while signing autographs and waving at the cameras, Graham puts his hands on Chase's shoulders "We are. And this is just the beginning." Graham says quickly and leaves.

"I can't believe that people are so shallow, they only like us because we're bionic. This is awesome!" Bree says excitedly.

Adam signing a girl's forehead "There you go. One forehead autograph for Pam." Adam says, Pam turns around with "PAM" written across her forehead, receiving a weird look from Leo as she walks away.

McKayla approaches them through the crowd, Chase sees her "Macky" Chase approaches, she is surprised when Chase hugs her "Hey, are you okay?" McKayla asks.

"Yup" Chase puts his arm around her and smiles around "keep hugging her, I want to show the world the perfect girl I have by my side" Chase thinks proudly "Oh! now I understand why there's a rumor that we're dating" McKayla thinks and presses her lips together looking at the crowd.

"Is it too difficult to get a meeting time with the bionic humans or...?" McKayla asks Chase and Bree.

Bree laughs "We'll always have time for you Mack" Bree says, they start walking down the hall, McKayla takes his arm from around her and holds his hand as they walk.

"I have news" McKayla smiles, they approach Adam who was leaning on the stairs.

"Really?!" Bree says "Yeah, this weekend there's going to be an event at my dance academy, and there's going to be a scout from one of the best dance schools ever! and he's going to evaluate my class and choose one of us to win a scholarship!" McKayla smiles.

"Woah that's amazing!" Chase says "Yeah, and my teacher already said I was one of the first choices to win the scholarship so...Wish me luck!" McKayla says "Good luck" Adam smiles gently.

"McKayla this is a step towards your dream" Chase says, McKayla sighs as she looks at him "Yeah, I know" McKayla says "I'm sure you can do it" Chase says "Thank you" McKayla smiles.

"Chase, why don't you tell McKayla to come with us to one of our conferences today?" Adam suggests "Is Graham okay with this?" McKayla asks "He thinks you're my girlfriend so maybe" Chase thinks.

Not that Chase said that, Graham saw the two together and just like everyone assumed they were together and Chase just didn't contradict him.

"Yeah, he is" Chase says "I'd love to, it looks cool" McKayla says "Cool, let's let Graham know" Bree says, they look for Graham.

In the lab.

Donald enters straining to carry something heavy, but all of the agents ignore him "No, don't get up. I got it." Donald says sarcasticallym

Adam, Bree, Chase, McKayla and Graham enter the lab laughing.

"What's so funny?" Donald asks "Oh, nothing." Chase holds back his laughter "Don't laugh" McKayla says softly to him, Chase smiles "Agent Graham said the most amazing piece of technology in the whole lab is your hair." Adam says, everyone laughs.

"Ha-ha. Hysterical. You're 15 minutes late for training." Donald says annoyed "Actually, their training's been put on hold until further notice. Didn't you read the memo? Oh, that's right. You're not on the memo list." Graham says.

"Woah that was mean" McKayla thinks "Okay, now I feel a little bad for him" Chase thinks.

"They need their training to maintain their bionics, not to mention their missions..." Donald says "Yes, but right now the most important mission is getting our faces out there. That's why we're going on an international press tour." Graham says.

"Wait, no training and we get to travel? Oh, can we go to Paris?" Bree asks excitedly "Only after we go to London." Graham says "Yes!" Bree celebrates.

"Okay, don't you think this is missing the point now?" McKayla asks Chase quietly "Uh...I like to believe that Agent Graham knows what he's doing" Chase says "No he doesn't" McKayla thinks.

"Look, I know we kind of got off on the wrong foot with the whole "me arresting you" thing." Graham says "Hey, just tell me we're going to Des Moines and all is forgiven." Adam says "Then I guess we're going to Des Moines!" Graham says.

"Yes! I love being owned by the government." Adam says, McKayla frowns "it's really weird how they seem okay with this" she thinks.

"Who, whoa, whoa. Guys, this is completely irresponsible." Donald says "Mr. Davenport, we've been training our whole lives. Don't we deserve just a little bit of fun?" Bree says.

"Mr Davenport has a point tho" McKayla thinks.

"I think you do. I also think you deserve a little thanks for all you've done for mankind. Don't you agree, Mr. Davenport?" Graham says in a slightly threatening tone to Donald.

"Yes, of course, I do. But, Chase, tell him how important training is." Donald says "Well, Mr. Davenport does have a point." Chase says "Thank you!" McKayla thinks.

"I can show you where they keep Einstein's brain." Graham says "Training, schmaning." Chase scoffs "What?!" McKayla says, Chase looks at her.

"Macky. It's Einstein's brain!" Chase says "You're really weird" McKayla says "Oh I know you like it" Chase thinks out loud "What?" McKayla asks "Nothing!" Chase looks away.

"Go pack your gear. Wheels up to New York in 15 minutes." Graham says "Ah, New York. The Des Moines of the East." Adam says.

"Bye Mack" Bree waves leaving with Adam, Chase turns to her "Can I come to your house tomorrow?" Chase asks McKayla "Uh sorry to intrude kid but I don't think you're going to be available yet" Graham says.

Chase galres at him "What? That's sucks" he thinks "Okay, I'm starting to get annoyed with this guy" McKayla thinks.

"Uh call me when you're in town and I'll come here, Okay" McKayla says, Chase smiles "Okay...See you" Chase says "See ya!" McKayla says as he leaves.

"This is insane. You're not qualified to lead them. You don't even understand how their bionic infrastructure works." Donald says.

"And I really don't care. How many times do I have to tell you to stay out of my way?" Graham says "Forgive me but I don't think this is the appropriate way for someone in your position to treat any type of person" McKayla says.

"And what position are you in this operation, girl?" Graham says threatening her with his eyes "What an asshole" McKayla thinks, she sighs "No sir" McKayla walks away.

Donald shakes his head "Fine, I get it. You're in charge. But I'm not gonna stop being involved in their lives." Donald says "Oh, don't worry. There's still plenty for you to do. We'll call you our Mission Specialist." Graham says sitting at one of the consoles.

Donald gasps "Mission Specialist? That's like being an intern. I mean, Leo is our Mission Specialist." Donald says "Then you can be his assistant. And since he's not here right now, you have the honor of going on a smoothie run." Graham says,vsitting loosely on the console.

"Seriously? I'm a world renowned scientist and you're gonna send me on a smoothie run?" Donald says "Poor Mr Davenport" McKayla thinks, crossing her arms and shaking her head.

"You're right. That was inappropriate. You better clear it with your supervisor Leo." Graham hands a cell phone to Donald who looks at him annoyed.

McKayla sighs impatiently, looking at Graham disapprovingly.

Next day. In the lab.

Adam, Bree, and Chase walk into the lab and see Donald "Oh, hey, Mr. Davenport." Bree says, Donald is shown covered in soot and dirt.

"What happened to you?" Chase asks "Where have you been? I've been calling for hours." Donald says annoyed.

"I didn't even notice you called. We've been too busy flying around the country doing meet and greets." Chase says "Yeah, we kissed a ton of babies. Their heads are delicious." Adam says.

Chase takes out his phone "Here it is. 17 missed calls and a text message with a...mission alert." Chase looks at Donald "Damn It" he thinks.

"Well, how can we help you yesterday?" Chase says "I had to go by myself." Donald says.

"Oh, that's terrible. You should've called us." Adam says, Donald galres at him.

Graham enters "Ah, good news, team. This week we're off to Paris." Graham says

"All right. Enough with the press tour. They have important work to do. Because of you, they missed a mission and people got hurt." Donald says.

"Well, that's unfortunate, but they have other priorities right now." Graham leaves.

"Oh, so getting your faces in front of the camera is more important than saving lives?" Donald tells them "We didn't say that. It's just, things have changed." Chase says.

"Well, I'm glad we had 16 years of bionic training so you could do the weather for AM San Diego." Donald says "That's tomorrow." Bree says akwardly.

"You know what? I'm really disappointed in you guys. All our hard work and all you care about is being famous." Donald says "Mr. Davenport..." Chase says "You know what? Save it. I thought you guys were heroes...but I guess I was wrong." Donald leaves upset.

"he's right, This completely missed the point" Chase thinks with a slight sigh of regret.

"Wow. Are we really doing AM San Diego tomorrow?" Adam asks, Bree and Chase glares at him.

Adam, Bree, and Chase in the sitting area of the lab.

"Wow, we really messed up." Chase says regretfully "I know. We got so caught up in our own hype that we completely lost sight of who we are." Bree says "I can't stop tasting baby shampoo." Adam says.

Graham walks over "There's my bionic team." Graham says "Agent Graham, we need to talk. We're done with your press tour. Okay? We're going back to training and focusing on missions." Bree says firmly.

"Excuse me?" Graham asks "Mr. Davenport was right. People need us." Chase says "Well, unfortunately, he's not the boss anymore. I am." Graham says.

"Why are you still so caught up in this? You already got your promotion" Bree says "At first, it was about the promotion, but now that the world loves you, there is no limit to how far I can take this." Graham says.

"Well, we're done with your dog and pony show," Chase says annoyed "Whoa, hold on. Nobody said anything about dogs and ponies." Adam says.

"Look, I don't have time for this. The White House called this morning. The President is making a special trip to meet you." Graham says "Wait, the President is coming here? Today?" Chase asks "Yes." Graham says.

"Oh great, the president is coming, I'm going to miss Macky's presentation and this idiot is in charge. Everything is going great!" Chase thinks sarcastically.

"If you don't show him that things are running smoothly, I will make sure you end up in a warehouse sitting in cages like the circus freaks you are. Any questions?" Graham says, Bree, Chase and Adam look at him offended "No. He didn't say that" Chase thinks looking at Graham angrily.

"Yes. Will be dogs and/or ponies at said warehouse?" Adam says, Chase galres at him.

Meanwhile at the dance academy event.

McKayla is putting on her dancing shoes when she sees Brooke, Mason and Trent walk in.

McKayla runs up to him "Hey, finally!" McKayla says and hugs Brooke "Sorry for the delay, I'm glad the presentations haven't started yet" Brooke says.

"Are you nervous?" Trent asks "A bit, it's not every day there's a scout in the audience so" McKayla shrugs "Do you want to sing our confident song?" Trent smirk "No Need Bro" McKayla says.

Mason looks around "Didn't you say you invited the boy to come see you?" Mason says "and do you care?" McKayla thinks "I invited him, but he won't be able to come..." McKayla says.

Trent scoffs "What a loser. What's he going to do that's more important than you? See the president?" Trent laughs, McKayla presses her lips together "That's exactly it!" McKayla says, Trent's laugh disappears "wait, really?" Trent says "yeah" McKayla says.

Brooke's eyes widen "Wow! That's something really big" Brooke says "they're bionic Book, them alone is something bigger than the president" Mason says.

"Mack's boyfriend isn't anything big, with or without bionics" Trent mocks "Are you in the mood for a kick?" McKayla says irritably "Hey! Where's your ballerina delicacy?" Trent says, McKayla galres at him.

"And he's not my boyfriend!" McKayla says "Oh yeah I forgot you only kiss him in your dreams" Trent says "Enough!" Brooke says "That's enough." Mason lightly slaps Trent on the back of the head.

"My bad" McKayla and Trent say together "I'm sure you'll do great Darling" Brooke says "I can't think of anyone who deserves this scholarship more than you" Mason smiles "Slay!" Trent says, McKayla smiles at them and hugs them "I love you guys" McKayla says.

"Mack!" Paige shouts from across the room "I need to go...wish me luck!" McKayla crosses her fingers "Good luck!" Brooke, Mason and Trent say, McKayla runs to Paige so they can get ready.

In the lab. Bree drags Donald in

"I don't care if the President is coming. I don't want any part of it." Donald says "Yeah, well, you were demoted so you don't have a say." Bree says

Graham enters "He's here, he's here. Everyone in position." Graham says.

The President and two body guards enter "Mr. President, welcome to the home of the world's first bionic superhumans." Graham says.

"It's an honor to meet you, Mr. President. I'm Chase...""Good tidings, my lordship." Adam curtsies "You must be Adam." The President says "And you must be disappointed." Bree chuckles "I'm Bree." Bree says.

"Very nice to meet you. I just wanted to thank you for all the lives you've saved." The President says "It was our honor, sir." Chase smiles.

"Okay, team, it's time to show our Commander-in-Chief how your bionics work. Bree, you're up." Graham says "Absolutely, Agent Graham." Bree says.

"This is my super speed." Bree super speeds around the room, and then in circles around Graham, knocking him over "What's the matter with you?" Graham whispers.

"I don't know. I guess I've spent so much time being a celebrity instead of training that I can't control my bionics." Bree says, Donald goes to her "Bree, would you stop messing around? The President is standing right there." Donald whispers "I know the President's standing right there." Bree says discreetly.

Donald does a look of understanding "Ahh." Donald smiles, Bree points at him with a slight smile.

"Sorry about that, sir." Graham tells the President "Mr. President, how about I demonstrate my molecular kinesis?" Chase says "Sure." The President says, Chase uses his molecular kinesis to pick up a smoothie and then dump it on Graham's head "Oopsie." Chase gives an awkward smile "Sorry not Sorry" He thinks.

"Graham, what is going on?" The President asks "It's fine. Everything's fine. Adam, why don't you show the President that thing you do with your breathe?" Graham suggests.

Adam walks over to the President and exhales in his face, making him recoil "Not that. The big force thing." Graham says "Oh. You mean this?" Adam uses enhanced lung capacity to blow Graham slowly across the room.

"Okay, that's enough. Okay, that's enough!" Graham screams, however Adam continues to blow "His bionic breath must be stuck." Chase says "Davenport, do something!" Graham screams "Oh, look who finally needs my help." Donald says.

"Oh! Okay, Now that's yes it's a circus show, and Graham is the main clown" Chase thinks without holding back his smile.

"Don't worry, Mr. President. I'm sure one of these buttons will take care of everything" Graham presses a button on the console "No, no, no!" Donald says, the President and his body guards fall through the compartmentalized floor and Adam's enhanced lung capacity stops.

"Way to Go, Freak!" Chase thinks seeing the look of despair on Graham's face "Uh-oh." Graham says.

"Get me out of here!" The President shouts from below "Nice going, Graham. That's one way to get noticed by your boss." Donald says sarcastically holding a glass of Smoothie "Smoothie?" Donald offers Graham to galres at him in anger.

In the lab.

The President and his bodyguards enter the Lab not very happy, Graham accompanies them with a desperate look "So, uh, Mr. President, anything else you'd like to see?" Graham asks.

"Yes. Your qualifications for this job. Call Washington, have them send a replacement for this clown immediately." The President says, Chase smiles "I loved that he specifically used the word 'Clown'" he thinks.

"What? No." Graham says "Uh, Mr. President, we have a replacement." Bree points at Donald "Him." Bree says, Donald smiles.

"The smoothie guy?" The President says "He's not the smoothie guy, he's our father and our real leader." Chase says.

"Agent Graham doesn't care about our missions or helping people. He just wants to make money off of us." Bree says, President turns to Graham "Is this true?" The President asks "Sir, with all due respect, we can't let a civilian control the world's most powerful weapons." Graham says.

"Weapons? They're not weapons. They're his children." The president says looking at Adam, Bree and Chase.

"You're done, Graham. Get him out of here." The President ordersz Graham starts to get taken away by body guards "But, Mr. President...""Wait." Adam says, the guards holding Graham pause "I just want you to know, we'll always have Des Moines." Adam says, Graham is taken away.

"Mr. Davenport, the government owes you an apology. We had no right to come between you and your family." The President says "And, Mr. President, we owe you an apology, too. Our bionics didn't really glitch. We just had to expose Graham and show you that he wasn't qualified to lead us." Chase says.

"I figured something was up. I've seen the footage of your abilities. They're quite impressive." The President says, the trio smiles flattered.

"Listen, if you can keep me briefed, I see no reason why you shouldn't resume control here." The President tells Donald "Thank you, Mr. President." Donald says.

"Oh, before I leave, I need to do one more thing." The president takes a quick selfies with Adam, Bree, and Chase unexpectedly "Bam! Bionic selfie. It's for my daughter." The President says and leaves, everyone looks at each other surprised but relieved to have gotten rid of Graham.

Later in the lab.

The entire group is gathered together talking when McKayla walks in.

"Hey guys!" McKayla says waving at them "How was it with the president?" McKayla asks leaning on the cyber desk.

"We discovered that the president is more of our fan than we are of him" Adam says "Wow really?" McKayla says "yeah, and we finally got Graham out of the picture and Mr Davenport is back to being our true leader" Bree smiles proudly.

"How did you do that?" McKayla asks "We exposed Graham for making him look like a clown in front of the President" Chase laughs "Oh my...but he deserved it" McKayla says "Yup" everyone agrees.

"How was your presentation M.C?" Leo asks "Oh yeah, about that..." McKayla smiles, getting off the cyber desk and going to the other side with them.

"I have news! Remember the scout who came to evaluate my class and nominate one of us to win a scholarship for that dance school?" McKayla says.

"Yeah!" Bree says "They chose me!" McKayla says excitedly "Woah! No way!" Chase excitedly says "Congratulations!" Bree says "Way too Go!" Adam says "That's amazing M.C" they hug her.

"Wow she seems really excited about this, I'm happy for her" Chase thinks and smiles.

"I know I'm so excited, I have so much to do, I need to start packing my stuff and I'm going to have some meetings with the academy committee everything by Tuesday" McKayla says excitedly "Wait. Pack your stuff?" Bree asks.

"Yes! Uh the dance school is in Chicago" McKayla says with a smile as Chase's smile instantly disappears "What?" Chase says seriously.

Adam, Bree and Leo look at him blankly "Yeah, and my classes start on Tuesday. I'm going to live with my grandma" McKayla says trying to keep her smile.

"NO!" Chase thinks trying to hide his disappointment.

"Wait. So are you leaving Mission Creek?" Adam asks, McKayla clears her throat "Yeah" McKayla says.

Chase looks at her worriedly and then looks away trying to assimilate the situation "Oh well we are happy for you Mack" Bree says in a slightly upset tone, McKayla sighs with a slight smile.

"Yeah, congratulations" Chase says, making it harder every second for him to hide his upset. "Thank you" McKayla says, trying to stay happy despite seeing the looks on her friends' faces...
