Rex Crozzo blinked as he looked at the sight in front of him. Inside his apartment was his... f... F... companion, Kiana Kaslana. Dressed in her casual clothes, the young woman munched on some snacks as she watched a movie on his portable DVD player. 

"Oh, Hey, Rex!" Kiana said with a smile as she noticed him. 

"What are you doing here?" Rex asked as he sat beside her. 

"Well, Uncle Ren told me to stay here and hang out with you," 

'I will beat Ren's ass.' Rex thought as he watched the movie with her before feeling a weight on his shoulder. '?'

Kiana Kaslana felt comfortable, especially at how Rex's higher body temperature made the room more comfortable. Before she knew it, the young woman rested her head on his shoulder. Raising a brow, the young man felt himself relax as time passed by.

Ren Cruz entered the apartment he lived in with his descendant and found himself smiling at the sight in front of him. Kiana Kaslana was fast asleep with her head using Ren's shoulder as a pillow. The young arisen was fast asleep as he leaned on the back of the couch.

Ren knew how dangerous Rex could be. After all, they fought to kill each other, to free the other from the accursed endless cycle and he lost to Rex. His descendant had done it.

"I feel a disturbance in the force," Reinhard said as he lowered his stance along with his crystal greatsword. 

Reve blinked as he relaxed from his stance, his shield was filled with dents. 

"Did big sis Ely hit you too hard?" Reve asked before his spine tingled. 

At the same time in a random location, a pink-haired girl woke up. 

"The bloodline is being secure..." The trio said at the same time. Hearing this, Rita giggled lightly while Elysia raised her sunglasses as she sunbathed and looked at Reinhardt.

Kiana Kaslana panicked as she found herself in a bind. Dressed in her smart casual clothes along with Mei, 

"Mei-senpai," Kiana whispered, tugging nervously at the Japanese girl's sleeve. "Do I look good?" 

"Of course you do, Kiana-chan!" Mei said with a kind smile. "We're just meeting with Rex-kun's brothers," Mei said as her hand shook a bit. 

Oh, they were both nervous. After all, the stoic young man became a close friend towards the two and having been invited to meet his brothers...

"Hi~, Hi~," A playfully melodic voice echoed in the area as a mop of beautiful pink hair came into view.

"Excuse me for butting in~ But do you two know where the Silver Dragon Hotel is~?" The young woman asked, twirling pink locks between her fingers. "I'm supposed to meet my brothers there but I got lost," 

'Woah... Pretty,' both Kiana and Mei thought as they looked at Elysia,

"We were just heading there!" Kiana said. "We're supposed to meet our friend!" Kiana said with a smile.

"Wow~, Really~?" Elysia asked with a smile.

"Yes, Ma'am. Our friend invited us to join him and his family for a dinner party," Mei said with a kind smile. "We can guide you there," 

The pinkette's ears twitched as she looked at them before nodding while deep in thought. 

"Thank you,"

"And then, my little brother decided to show his dominance on the dragons and somehow managed to tame a group of Komodo Dragons," Elysia told them with a giggle as she remembered her little brother.

"Ah, there you are!" Dressed in a red shirt and a black three-piece suit, Rex approached the young woman. "Honestly, it took a lot to hide your presence from Rein," Rex said with a tired sigh. 

"Ah! Rex!" Kiana said with a grin as she hugged his arm. "Did you miss me?" Kiana asked with a grin. 

"No," Rex replied without missing a bit as he rubbed the mysteriously red right sleeve of his coat on her head. The ghost of a smirk was present on her face. 

Seeing this, Elysia's eyes widened as her ears twitched several times. 

"Wait..., Rex-kun, do you know Miss Elysia?" Mei asked as she noticed how Elysia was able to get closer to Rex without him tensing. It also 

"You didn't tell them? I told you guys enough to know them," Rex said as he looked at Elysia, holding his hip with his right arm, unbothered anymore as Kiana peeked out of his form to look at Elysia. 

"Aww~," Elysia said, poking his cheek. "Are you shy?" A pout formed on his face as Elysia teased him. Seeing how their friend showed emotion made the two gape at the pinkette. "Well, let's do this again shall we,"

Stepping in front of the girls and going a curtsy with an imaginary skirt with elegance rarely seen, Elysia smiled at them. "I am Elysia Apocalypse, an honored friend of House Crozzo and Rex's surrogate sister." 

"Future sister-in-law is another title, one that I wholeheartedly approve of," Rex chimed in and he preened as he lowered his head so Elysia could pat it. "She does make good egg pies!" 

"So, you're willing to sell our brother for egg pies?" A young man, dressed in a silver suit followed by a maid who gave them a gentle smile. 

"Of course not! Big sis Ely promised to bake egg pies for me every time I visit if I approve," Rex proudly said with a smug smile. "So, thank you for coming, you two," Rex said to the duo with a small smile, being near his family made him less.

Ren Cruz smiled as he found himself alone in a random cafe. He had been asked by an old friend of his, Su, to investigate something regarding Griseo. 

"Ah, welcome to the golden lotus," A pair of blue and dark met as the phoenix of the old age and the Seneschal of the eternal cycle met once more. "Oh, you're still alive?" Fu Hua asked, more shocked than anything. 

"Is that disappointment I hear, you flat-chested bird?" Rex said as they looked at her.

"Why are you here, manlet?" Fu Hua replied with a smirk.
