Bio

Name: Y/N L/N, formerly Y/N Nikos

Age: 12(in the flashbacks), 19(when entering Beacon)

Race: Human

Gender: Male

Birthplace: Mistral

Family: F/N Nikos(father), M/N Nikos (mother), Pyrrah Nikos( younger sister)

Backstory: Y/N was born like any other child, with all bones and organs correctly grown. His state of mind wasn't different either. His parents loved him at first, but when Pyrrah was born, they forgot about him. It wasn't until Pyrrah was able to walk that F/N and M/N started abusing Y/N. They punched and kicked him, threw him down the stairs and basically made him their slave. He was kept in the basement to prevent him from using his semblance. His semblance wasn't like any other. When he first used it, he accidentally targeted his mother, scarring her for life. They deemed him unworthy of being part of the family and so, there were never any formulars filled in about him.

Y/N didn't speak, because he feared whatever he may say would earn him another beating. so he was keeping his voice to himself. Sleep deprived and almost starved to death, he decided to escape after all those years of torture and punishment. It carried him through many different places in Remnant, meeting new friends and making new enemies along the way.

Semblance: Deceiver - This semblance is mostly used to scare or intimidate enemies. When it's activated, the one who Y/N focusses on is sent into some kind of different alternative to the real world. In this universe, everything around the peron is decaying and falling apart while Y/N grows a sinister expression and his voice changes to a more aggressive one. He uses his voice only for this, to make sure his interogation is a success. The drawback is that it costs him a severe amount of aura and energy the longer he uses it.

Personality: introverted, cold, angry, silent, hateful (towards his parents and everyone who dares to mention them)

Kind, relaxed, focussed, knowledgeable, smart, helpful(to others)

Outfit:

Skin color: S/C

Hair color: crimson red(before escaping), H/C (shortly before coming to and during Beacon)

Eye color: E/C

---Mistral, 19 years ago---

The Nikos family was one of great honor. Their line was filled with warriors. They stood tall over most of their enemies and they always made sure the line would continue this way. F/N and M/N Nikos were in the local hospita with M/N about to give birth to their child. The doctors said they were expecting a boy and that was true. After a long cycle of bearing new life to Remnant the two held their newest family member in their arms. F/N and M/N were crying tears of joy as they looked at the E/C eyed child. Then the two looked at each other for a moment.

M/N:" Do you have any idea what we could name him?"

F/N:" It may be a bit far fetched, but I would say we call him Y/N."

M/N:"*chuckles* Y/N Nikos. What a lovely name."

What wasn't so lovely were the years that followed. Ever since he was five years old and his sister, Pyrrah Nikos, was born, he was cast aside from any family activities. Y/N was ordered to do the chores in this house, if he wanted to or not. He had to or his father would initiate drastic measures. First Y/n was excluded from any kind of dinner, lunch, breakfast and whatever was similar to it. The poor boy didn't complain much at first, but it hurt whenever his stomach growled, making him wince in pain. He couldn't even sneak out of the basement and to the floor upstairs to get food in the night, because the door was locked. Next were beatings for whenever he made a mistake or broke something. His father was the one to beat him with either the belt or his bare fists. It drove Y/N away more and more, beginning to hate the family. He knew Pyrrah was curious about what happened at the lower level of the house they lived in, but she was never told the truth.

--- Timeskip, Y/N is 12, Pyrrah is 10 ---

Today was another day for Pyrrah to get some more training in. She was outside with F/N and M/N, targetting wooden dummies to get a better movement speed. The girl was strong, no doubt, but something lingered in her mind. She was still curious about the things that happened in the basement, but she never asked about it before. M/N always distracted her with playing games or reading her stories. There was something her parents never wanted her to find. Yet when the training session was over and the three were hydrated again, young Pyrrah decided she needed to talk to F/N and M/N.

Pyrrah:" Mother, Father? What is down in the basement that I'm not allowed to see?"

F/N:" Don't worry about it, Pyrrah. It's nothing important."

Pyrrah:" Then why do you go down there so often?"

M/N:" Your father has a lot of stress at work and he needs to let his frustration out one something."

Pyrrah:" I know, but what is that something? I'm ten now, so you can tell me about it."

F/N:" Please, Pyrrah. You have to understand: it wasn't meant for this world, nor was it intended for our family. Please stay away from the basement and I promise you, we will go out for dinner tonight."

M/N:" Yes. Be a good girl and behave. You know we love you."

Pyrrah:".....I love you too, mom and dad."

After that, the day went by faster than expected, with Y/N chained to the wall farthest away from the staircase and out of sight for anyone. He was covered in dust, dried up blood, splinters, scars and bruises. It was clear that he was about to snap and so, he waited for the other three to leave the house, so he could put his plan into action. the clock struck seven in the evening and the entrance door of the house fell shut and was locked. The H/C haired boy smiled slightly as he heard the family car drive away from the estate and then the time came to escape. His body was sore all over and yet he fought through the pain, moving himself over to the only window that would lead to the outside. A small table didn't stand far fromhim, so Y/N used the remaining strength he had to push it towards the window and climb on it. Once that was done, he put his hands around the hndle and opened the window and walked towards the front of the house. The boy pulled a sheet of paper prom his pocket and put it on the front door, visible for the rest of his so called 'family'. Of course his E/C eyes scanned the building again, but it wasn't worth the wait. He wanted to get away from there as fast as possible. So Y/N ran. He ran away from this part of the city, he left the borders and continued into the wild, knowing that death may be right around the corner.

When Pyrrah and her parents came back from the restaurant they were having dinner at, they didn't spot anything out of the ordinary at first. Only when the cars' headlights were illuminating the door, there was a big state of worry in F/N and M/N. The older man parked the car and grabbed the two women and got them to the house. Luckily for them, Pyrrah was too tired to care about what happened next, so she went to her room and said goodnight to her parents. F/N was holding the note in his hands, trying to muster up the courage to read it while M/N was trying to hold herslef together. They looked at each other and then their eyes went to the sheet of paper. It wasn't as pure white as it was supposed to be. No, it was stained by blood and tears. They knew it could only be Y/N who would've written a note like that. F/N took a dep breath and picked up the note, beginning to read out the text.

F/N:" Dear so called 'family',

I obviously wasn't good enough to continue the line of the Nikos. I was supposed to be a great huntsman when i was old enough, saving the world while keeping you two and Pyrrah safe. But you had other plans. You cast me out, excluded me from everything, not mentioning me to any relatives at all. I was starving for years, only being able to eat the few leftovers you brought me down once every few days. My whole biorhythm is screwed because of you. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't breath, I couldn't do anything. I was your son and you put me so far over the edge that I would walk away from this life. You have Pyrrah now, don't you? A true warrior. A huntress-in-training the world can depend on while I may be mawled to death by whatever awaits me out there. I wish I wasn't born a Nikos at all, so I wouldn't be such a big disappointment for our line. This is goodbye. I was a member of this family for way too long.

A big bag of hatred towards F/N and M/N Nikos, the two who wouldn't dare to show any sympathy to their first child.

And to Pyrrah, if she ever gets to read this: enjoy your stay while you can. You're better than me by a long shot. Unfortunately you will never know that you had a brother. Otherwise the whole ten years you live would've been spent differently. Have fun at Sanctum academy and tell everyone that I won't be coming back anymore.

Sincerely,

Y/N L/N."

Guilt was written all over their faces. They knew they did things wrong. They knew they would drive Y/N away from themselves. It was beneath them to treat a human being that way and yet they did it anyway. They did it because the crimson haired boy used his semblance on his mother. Had they known that it was unstable in such a young age, then they would've helped him. But they were ignorant and their pride was too big to let any mistakes through. What would the media have said if they found out that the legendary Nikos family was abusing their first child? F/N stayed silent with regret in his eyes while M/N was crying. The two lost their son in a way they never expected themselves to go.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Y/N was meanwhile running through the cold and dark night, just going anywhere but back to these monsters. The pain in his whole body caused him to be slower than usual. He knew about the dangers of the outside world and had no way of defending himself from Grimm or bandits. As he was making his way through the forrest, his foot got caught under a vine that stuck out from the ground, tripping him. The fall added more pain and and sorrow to his current state as blood trickled down Y/N's forehead once again. His body reacted with sending signals to his brain that his energy was almost at its last when suddenly a low growl echoed all around the young boy. Red eyes stared at him from the bushes, making Y/N worry for his life. The creatures closed in on him, smelling his scared form. A second later, a beowolf pounced at him and almost sunk its claw into the boys' ribcage, but the beast stopped. Y/N used his semblance again, trapping the Grimm in a different reality. The plants were dying and particles rose towards the sky. When the Grimm looked around, they found the boy in a different state than before. Y/N was still covered in scars, but that didn't stop him from smiling devilishly at his new victims.

Y/N:" Play time."

His voice was harshly distorted and rougher than any male his age. The boy twitched uncontrollably while walking towards the Grimm, not taking his eyes of them. The E/C orbs stared into the red ones, making the beowolves cower in fear of what's to come. Y/N kneeled before the creatures, putting a hand on their heads. A false sense of security was put on them, but soon that turned into a state of shock as the Grimm dissolved into nothing, rotting away just like the world  around them. Only one Grimm was left after a few seconds and it tried to run away from the young boy who just laughed at the pathetic escape.

Y/N:" Oh, little wolf. I am not one to single out certain people or animals. You see, the time has come for you to join your friends."

And so the last beowolf began to dissolve into nothing and making Y/N return to the real Remnant. Unbeknownst to him, a figure was watching him from the shadows. The person had seen everything, yet they weren't involved in the other world.

???:" That kid is something else. I have to tell the others about it."

So the stranger left and Y/N was leaning against the nearest tree, recovering from the exhaustion his semblance caused. It was always a big obstacle for him to use it over a longer amount of time. Also most of his injuries tired him out as well, letting the young boy sit down against the tree and drifting off to sleep.

And that wraps up the bio and escape backstory of the dear male reader. This is my first time to write an abused & neglected story. Please give me some feedback.

I will delve deeper into everything as the story progresses.

Now my question to you guys is:

Who should be the love interest?

Should it be a Harem?

If so, who should be in it?

I'll give you enough time to put in some ideas.
