"Well that's another year added to me age. It would have mattered a lot more if I looked as old as Paul." John chuckled, dusting up some leftover confetti from yesterday's party. "You think your birthday will be just as well Geo?"

"You know John I was thinking, why are we still having birthdays if we're never going to get older? I mean wouldn't it seem more appropriate to celebrate on the day we arrived here?" The younger Beatle asked, although John suspected he only said that because there weren't any leftovers for the cake. "I mean it would seem more practical since birth doesn't really matter once you're dead."

"Aw there you go again, being all old wise man and stuff. I just think it's cool to keep singing our birthday song even though I didn't like it at first. Not to mention with each passing year we get more and more fans posting their art and fanfics about what we might be doing up here! Or down there depending on if I'm called a rat man, which is weird because I'm obviously the walrus!"

"Didn't you say the walrus was Paul? Unless that was some cheap attempt at a fat joke."

John simply chuckled in response, finally cleaning the floors of the colourful shredded paper. "Well I just wanted to add as many references to Glass Onion as I could and I couldn't think of any other word that rhymed with All. And I wasn't just going to say All again because that's lazy songwriting that only hacks use."

"Heh, yeah. Hey I noticed Paul only got you a card this year, you don't think he's forgotten about you did he? Or does he now think your birthday is on the tenth?"

John really didn't know how to explain that Paul thought it would be a good idea to marry his latest wife on his birthday, which is weird because he can be very blunt when it comes to Paul. "And no I am not jealous that he's gonna celebrate Nancy when he should be celebrating my day! Not at all I just get a little upset because I'm not the center of attention on that day!" Like I said, not very good at explaining. "Hey! Okay fine I guess I was a little jealous but just a smidge! I mean it's not like I'm still petty over him claiming to be ungay!"

The younger Beatle couldn't help but roll his eyes at these moments of John being John, he would have made some sort of witty comeback if it weren't for the fact that he sounded genuinely upset that Paul didn't get him much. "He hasn't forgotten about you if that's what you think, it's just he really loves his new wife and wants to show that. I know you would have done the same if you married Cyn or Yoko on his birthday." He reassured his older bandmate, patting him on the back. "I mean, Eppy did get you that Switch emulator and Miitopia remake you wanted."

"Yeah there's that, I still say the 3DS version is the way to go!"

"Oh says you!"

"Just saying! If it were a big cat instead of a horse that would have had me sold! As well as having the vampire and elf jobs available from the start, maybe a Rockstar choice too. Or something that happens after getting all the medals. Aw well, I sure hope Macca and Nancy are at least having a nice time on their anniversary."
