Backstory: Born on the year 1984 in Stalingrad, Soviet Union, Natalia Alianovna "Natasha" Romanoff was taken by an organization called the Red Room. This organization was made to turn women into deadly assassins called Black Widows and over the years she was trained to be the deadliest of the bunch. That is until she met Clint Barton aka Hawkeye who was assigned to kill her, but as the family man he is Barton went against that order and chose to redeem her as a person. She soon became an agent of Shield and soon became best buds with the world class archer and accomplish many missions for Shield. Her next assignment to clear her name is convincing Tony Stark aka Iron Man to join the Avengers Initiative which was a lot harder than it seems. But when a certain Trickster god played by Tom Hiddleston declared war against earth she and other heroes like the Incredible Hulk, Thor Odinson, Captain America, and her best friend Hawkeye became a team in the Battle of New York and fought for the Earth and became the one of the founding members of the Avengers.

>There a lot of reasons that Black Widow scales to characters like Gamora or Proxima Midnight because of one person, T'Challa.

>T'Challa became Star Lord in an alternate universe and he fought against The Collector and Corath who scales to the original guardians of the galaxy when they fought against Ego's avatar who can shake his planet with his voice, it's been calculated to be at 16 gigatons, I know's a high end but considering how pissed off Ego was I can concur. However that feat is in Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 2, the first movie has much more impressive feats with Ronan tanking the Hardon Destroyer which can bust moons which is in the range of 30 to 433 exatons, but the scaling it consistent. It took Stormbreaker to mortally wound Thanos which is stronger than the Hardon Destroyer and also the Power Stone has a force of 17 yottatons

>17 / 4 = 4.25 yottatons which is Large Planet Level

>And again Star Lord T'Challa scales to this and that's without the heart shaped herb, now I know that this is a stretch but considering that Black Widow managed to restrain the Winter Soldier momentarily and hold her own against Crossbones who scale to Captain America this is consistent 

-What if Ultron Sentries were planet busters

>There is one scene in the What if series that the drones destroyed Ego which is 54 yottatons

>I seen that Ego's diameter is 4,165 miles and. since the drones are comparable in size to a human which they can occupy 1.5 square feet and there is 483,612,877,400,000 square feet on Ego

>483612877400000 / 1.5 = 322,408,580,000,000 drones

>That would mean the drones can output a force of 168 gigatons each which is Large Island Level

>And Black Widow can handle them herself alongside Hawkeye with these guys.

-Scaling to Super Soldiers

>Since the Winter Soldier is a near equal to Captain America who is capable of beating Spider Man according to Iron Man and he is faster than Dr. Strange according to this clip:

>Dr. Strange is comparable to Thanos who is able to re-act to Captain Marvel's top speed is 71% the speed of light to 3x the speed of light, now I know she can go faster but this is her top speed on the surface of a planet and not in space like how Viltrumites have to be careful with their speeds on other planets. They're only at their best when in space. Since Captain Marvel was in space and Captain America and Dr. Strange fought Thanos to a standstill, this is consistent.

Final Verdict: Relativistic to FTL

-She is conflicted with clearing her name to the government and her friends has caused problems

Here we see Black Widow sneaking into a Hydra base and she went to a computer room and she hacked into the computer and she found out someone else got to the data first.

B. Widow: "Huh, someone has gotten to this first."

Black Widow then hears something and then uses a pistol to fire bullets at the wall and we see Kim Possible dodge the bullets and then Kim knocks the gun out of Black Widow's hand.

Kim: "Sorry."*pulls out the flashdrive*"Looking for this?"

B. Widow: "That drive needs to get to the hands of Shield."

Kim: "I think I can handle this lady."

B. Widow: "I tried reason, now I'll just try force."

Kim: "Bring it!"

We then see Black Widow go for a kick as we see Kim block the kick and then they fight each other for the flash drive.

Kim: *while fighting*"What's wrong lady, old age slowing you down?"

B. Widow: *while fighting*"Not really, you're just inexperienced."

We then see Kim knock back Black Widow with a kick and then she made way to the halls and then Black Widow follows her and Black Widow then looks around and then we see a person blue glowing streaks on her body and it was Kim Possible in her Battle Suit.

Kim: "What's the Sitch? Widow?"

Black Widow then turns around and then Kim Possible punched her hard enough that she was launched into a glass case and looks into the case and found the Red Guardian's shield and break the case open and she took the shield. Kim then looks around the area and then she sees Black Widow with the shield.

Kim: "You think a shield can stop me?"

B. Widow: "One way to find out."

We then see Kim fight Black Widow with Battle Suit against Shield and we see the two fight each other evenly until we see Black Widow use her Widow's bite to electrocute Kim's battle suit to stun her as we see Black Widow throw the shield at her to knock her down and then we see Black Widow choke her with a zip cord from her grapple hook.

Kim: *while choking*"Nothing is impossible, for a Possible!"

B. Widow: "What about escaping death?"

Black Widow then pulled the cord so hard that she decapitated Kim Possible in an instant as we see Black Widow grab the drive.

B. Widow: "Thanks for the drive."
