I've been doing art and chill for a few days now. Maybe some miracle this will continue to be a thing? 

This was today's piece, even though I finished it last night. I'm still working out How To Copix and no, Rena's wings aren't usually so... polychromatic... but I definitely had fun with the layering. Rena also tends to be my artistic progress benchmark, since I draw her every few months. I'm also eaaaasing her into that saluki-based design. It's by no means there yet but someday.  Someday.

I'm finally onto rewriting TCHF since I have the skeleton down and oh boy, there are plox twists. Like not-in-the-original twists. I'm glad to be back in the saddle with TCHF though because it's historically kind of been a personal favorite? I wouldn't call it Deja Vu lite but both Deja Vu and TCHF came from a pretty personal place for me and I think the passion definitely shines through in the writing. That said the original TCHF has passed dated and ascended into "I'm sure this was good at one point but seriously there are so many implications you didn't think through" territory. Ehhhhh I'll work it out.

Axiom is biologically the child of two females due to some paradox bs. you can catch her with her space girlfriend, cruising between dimensions and outrunning her past. I was going for an art style with this and did not get there. Rip

Red's actually human and can't shapeshift (unlike everyone else in the book) because he has some identity/self-esteem issues so this is more of a symbolic rendering than anything.
