Shiloh was born right in District 13. She grew up in a family of performers. Her family ended up going with a small group of people and they took refuge in District 12 though for safety reasons. They did their best to fit into the picture there in 12 and started assuming their places there while keeping the truth of District 13 hidden secret in their hearts. Shiloh's dad found a job in the mines while Shiloh, her mother, and siblings found money performing on the weekends at the Hub. Unfortunately, Shiloh's father was involved in an accident at the mines and was killed. So the family has done what they can to work and make money with what they have around them, whether that be performing or hunting and selling what they've caught. They've made it by until now where they're going to be holding the next Hunger Games. No one in Shiloh's family has been called yet but they all have a good chance of being called.

Shiloh has been performing, singing, and dancing since she could walk and talk basically. She's pretty decently talented. She's also wickedly smart. She's high up in her schooling and her grades. She's very smart and tends to think outside the box. She's a very protective person when it comes to the people she loves and cares about. If you mess with her people, she'll mess you up. She's a very independent person. She does things on her own and is very hard working and she doesn't depend on other people to help her. She's taught herself how to set up traps and hunt to get food for her and her family. She's good at being independent and not having to worry about any other people worrying over her.

You have finally unfortunately been picked in the reaping for your District to represent in the Hunger Games.

You're forced to grab little of your belongings, pack them up, say a short and quick goodbye to your family before you're thrown on a train and shipped off to the Capital for the Hunger Games.

While you have mixed feelings about the matter, you come to find how incredible, lavish, and beautiful the Capital really is. People cheer for you as your train rolls in.

Your first few days you're poked and prodded and scrubbed down to be cleaned and "beautified." From there you're thrown into a suit and sent off to a big Tribute party being thrown. You'll have a chance to meet the people you'll be facing up against in the Hunger Games.

You can either choose to give it your best and go into the Arena alone without any allies and try and win the entire thing.... or you can go find yourself some allies to help you survive in there and have a chance of winning this.

You grab yourself a drink and glance around the venue to get a look of the people you'll be facing against. You notice a girl with smoky black makeup and a black dress that hugs her curves and seems to match her makeup. It's elegant, yet dark and messy. Much like the coal mines of District 12. As curiosity speaks to you, you make the decision to approach her.

Darrian grew up in a life where his family had lots of wealth. His family was one of the most respected and richest families in the Capital before the war broke out.

His father went out to try and help in the war and control the situation and he was killed on the battlefield. His mother was killed during one of the first bombings on the Capital.

It left him and his little sister orphaned and they ended up being brought into the care of their grandmother. Because of the war, the family ended up losing a lot of their money and wealth. Embarrassed to tell anyone else about their situation and that they were struggling, they decided to keep they secret and pretend like they were holding up just fine after the war.

Darrian grew cold from what happened in the war and resented the Districts for their behavior and what they did to his family. He became determined to make them pay. He wants to attend University and be able to get a well paying job to help support his sister and grandmother.

The only problem is they no longer have the money to pay for him to go to University, but the Hunger Games is coming up and they're being given the opportunity to mentor Tributes. If their tribute were to win the Hunger Games, he could be given a full ride to University and he's determined to help his Tribute win the Games.

Darrian is a lot like his father. He's extremely charming and can be a flirt if he needs to. He's very much a people pleaser. He's very smart. Very extremely cunning. It's why he's trying and going to work so hard to win the Hunger Games with his tribute. He's very deceptive and can easily get people to believe what he wants them to believe. He's an actor. He also tends to easily and quickly get jealous over just about everything and anything. If you can get close to him, he will show a more vulnerable and caring side but he can also be very manipulative so be careful.

You'd come of age for the Hunger Games. It's one of your first reapings. And right now you're just hoping that you don't get picked. The Games are absolutely disgusting. They throw you into a locked up run down baseball arena that they've reused for the last ten years for the Games. It's not a very pretty thing.

You don't really remember much about the war anyways, since it was focused more heavily in the Capital and District 13.

But today is the reaping, and an hour later you're being thrown into the back of a train car headed straight for the Capital, picking up other tribute from other districts along the way. You're all in chains to keep you from doing anything stupid and from hurting anyone.

You're all treated like animals. It's what the Capital thinks that you are after what happened with the war. And now this is their way of getting payback.

You finally reach the Capital after days of traveling  and you're all transferred into a cell where you'll live together for the next couple of days before they throw you into the Arena for the Hunger Games.

There's a gathering they will have for everyone to be able to meet their mentor assigned to them for the games, and also an interview that will be broadcast across Panem for all Panem to see the tributes for the tenth annual Hunger Games.

After being locked up in your cage with the rest of the tributes, a boy around your age appears on the other side of the bars and he scans the group you're with before his eyes land on you.

His eyes are locked on you. Why could that possibly be? You're curious. You want to know why.
