Lizzy knocked on the door of Felicia's apartment, and out came Felicia with a lighted candle stand in her right hand. The woman smiled softly and said,

"Hello, Lizzy. You came right on time."

"Yeah, I didn't want to be late," Lizzy admitted with a grin. "May I come in?"

"Of course! Everything is ready for tea." Felicia got out of the way and Lizzy walked in, seeing a round table with oriental plates, a tea pot with decorated black flowers on it, and two other lit candlesticks. The girl was enchanted by the table and its contents.

"It looks so pretty!" Lizzy exclaimed with glee. "I love it."

"Thank you," Felicia replied, closing the front door. "I've tried to be a bit more accommodating since I've heard of your troubles with the dark."

"Yeah, it's pretty much a curse," Lizzy said bashfully, rubbing the back of her neck. She sat down on a chair that stood on one side of the table and said, "I brought my own tea and apple cider with me. Would you like some?"

"Sure," Felicia replied, setting the candlestick on the table and sitting on the chair that was opposite of Lizzy's chair. "I've never tried apple cider before."

"Oh, it's very sweet! That's why I like it so much. But I also brought tea." She opened up her backpack and got out the apple cider and the chamomile tea box. "Ta-da!" the girl smiled. "It's chamomile tea."

"Chamomile," Felicia repeated, tilting her head curiously. "Isn't that a type of herb?"

"I think so. It was either this or the jasmine tea. Here, try some!" The girl took out a tea bag from the chamomile tea box and gave it to Felicia, who looked at the bag curiously. She sniffed it and said,

"Hmm...this is quite an interesting smell. I must try it, if you say that it's good." Felicia stood up and went to the kitchen area, grabbing another tea pot and setting it on the table where she and Lizzy were having tea at.

"What's that tea pot for?" Lizzy asked curiously, pointing at the pot that Felicia got from the kitchen.

"Oh, it's just boiled water," Felicia explained, sitting down again. "I made some just in case you brought tea."

"Then...what's in the other tea pot?"

"It's the tea that I have made myself! I drink this whenever I'm not in the fondest of moods. It relaxes me. Would you like to try some?"

"Sure, I'd love to!"

Felicia grinned as she poured her tea concoction into one of the tea cups on the round table, passing it to Lizzy. The girl gulped softly as she looked at the dark colored liquid in her tea cup. With a deep breath, Lizzy took the cup and drank its contents, hoping that the drink wouldn't give her bad effects.

"W-Wow," Lizzy said with her eyes widening. "It's quite a fascinating taste. How did you make this?"

"Family recipe," Felicia replied, taking some tea for herself from the tea pot. "But if I had one ingredient, it would have been even more perfect!"

"Really? What is it?"

"Snake venom!"

"........What?"
