The next day

When (Y/n) woke up about eight hours later she finally felt well rested, her bed back at galra central command had been so uncomfortable that it prevented her from getting a good night's sleep. She got up off of the bed and went over to the door, when the door opened on its own she peeked out of her room and looked both ways to see if she was alone or not. Then she looked down and saw a bowl of food goo with a spoon in it, Antok must have left it there for her to discover so she wouldn't feel intimidated by his presence. (Y/n) picked it up and went to go sit on her bed where she could eat in peace, the food goo she'd been given looked a lot better than the stuff the empire served their prisoners. While (Y/n) ate the food goo she wondered exactly where Antok was taking her and how long it would take, she hadn't traveled anywhere since before she and her crew got captured.

When (Y/n) had finished eating she went to go put the bowl and spoon in the small kitchen, wondering where Antok was and what he'd been doing during the time she slept. It had been a long time since she had such good sleep, she felt completely refreshed and ready to continue their journey to wherever they were headed. Antok had been sleeping for a few hours until he woke up on his own and went to the kitchen where he could eat a ration bar and drink from a hydration pack, he couldn't wait to get back to the main Blade of Marmora headquarters. His ears perked up and swiveled towards the doorway, listening to the light footsteps of his human guest coming. Once (Y/n) entered the kitchen she saw Antok leaning against the counter, eating something she recognized as some type of ration bar.

"Um…. Thanks for the food goo." (Y/n) quietly thanked Antok, shyly looking up at him through her eyelashes.

"You're welcome." Antok said as he walked over to her, kneeling down so he could be closer to her height.

(Y/n's) hands shook a little as she gave him the bowl and the spoon, then he stood up and took them to something that looked like a dishwasher prior to putting them in along with some other dishes. She wasn't sure what kinds of things aliens kept in their kitchens, back at the Garrison she'd always wondered how similar aliens were to humans and visa versa. There was so much she could learn from Antok and the association he was with, although she didn't want to seem overly eager to learn about him and his kind. Antok looked down at her after he pushed the button to start the travel dishwasher he installed, he couldn't help but feel curious about the little Earthling he rescued. (Y/n) wondered what Antok was thinking while he looked down at her, she figured he must have been trying to figure her out.

"You are to meet Kolivan when we arrive at the main Blade of Marmora headquarters, he is the leader of the Blade of Marmora." Antok told (Y/n) after a few ticks, informing her of where they would be going.

"O-okay." (Y/n) replied nervously, unsure if she should feel safe or not about going with him to the Blades' main headquarters.

"Kolivan agreed to let you stay for a while, as long as you earn your keep." Antok added, hoping that she would be okay with living in the main Marmoran headquarters as long as she helped out with one of the mundane duties around the base.

"When do we get there?" (Y/n) asked him curiously, feeling a little less shy the longer she spoke to him.

"We'll be there soon." Antok answered before he walked out of the kitchen, the tip of his tail curled upward as he walked.

(Y/n) hesitantly followed Antok out of the kitchen, since she was well rested she wanted to sit in the cockpit again so she could look outside and possibly ask him a few questions for research purposes. Antok wasn't much of a talker and she found that out pretty quickly, but he didn't completely ignore her and he even answered some of her questions about space and a couple of the planets they passed on the way to their destination. The large male usually preferred to keep to himself unless he was on a mission with someone or if he was training some of the new recruits. He wasn't exactly used to being around humans aside from the paladins and he was still wary of them, he knew they were nervous around him because of his size. (Y/n) felt a mixture of emotions when she realized that she was going to be living at an alien base with good galra and galra hybrids, said emotions mostly being uncertainty, curiosity and anxiety, although she knew she would be safe.
