Another oldie that I'd started but never finished after completing The Sweetest Victory and you'll see some of the characters mentioned in TSV mentioned within this story. Some in passing and others play a more central role. I have a roughed out series of twelve so in the line this book would be the 6th, I think, but falls far enough behind TSV that it creates it's own trilogy that connects within the core. Hence the series name "intertwined".

Hunter and Lynn's story is one that holds a very dear place in my heart. It centers on two people whom as teenagers wanted one another, but for whatever reason believed they couldn't be together. But they're not kids anymore, and the obstacles, though still present, don't seem as insurmountable. At least to Hunter.

I'm sure most of us have the 'one' who slipped through our fingers (I def do), but Hunter's not about to let it happen with Lynn.
