Third Person's POV

We start with a view of a sign that sayd 'TRANQUIL GULCH', in the town there's a lot of citizens walking around and the rabbit gardener from Lovesick Brody is the sheriff "Sheriff!" A robot cowboy naned Six Gun Pete said and the sheriff awakens and falls over and looks at the robot "Wh-Who are you? What do you want?" The sheriff asks "I'm Six Gun Pete and I'm calling you sheriff!" Six Gun Pete said and the sgeriff runs away as Six Gun Pete fires at his chair and the sheriff sign "Bushel of carrots a day! Ain't enough to get shot for! Come on, giddyup!" The sheriff said tossing his badge aside and gets on a horse and runs away. The badge is now in front of Six Gun Pete "Anyone want to put it on?" Six Gun Pete asks  firing at the badge "No? Haha! Guess that makes me  law of this town!" Six Gun Pete said.

*Meanwhile*

Sonic and Brody where running along the path leading to Tranquil Gulch then stop and Tails lands next to them "What are we stopping for, Sonic and Brody?" Tails asks and the duo points to the sign "Check it out, scout!" Sonic said "Tranquil Gulch!" Brody said "Now, that's the kind of town I've been looking for!" Sonic and Brody said "It is?" Tails asks and the duo run with him into the Gulch and they go in the saloon "After months if stopping Robotnik, fighting for truth, justice and the hedgehog and wolf way, it's time to kick back and relax!" Brody said "Come on, partner!" Sonic said going inside and three see Miss Possum at the counter "What'll it be boys?" Miss Possum asks "Couple of chili dogs and a beer. Root beer, that is!" Brody said "Double that!" Tails said and Miss Possum nods and gets to it "I'm Miss Possum. Welcome to my saloon, Mr. Uh..." Miss Possum said "Hedgehog and Wolf, but you can call us Sonic and Brody!" Sonic said when Six Gun Pete enters the saloon "Hey! I thought I told you this here town was mine!" Six Gun Pete said and grabs four of his guns shooting three bottles and puts them down only holding one "All I need is one gun I get you two, Hedgehog and Wolf!" Six Gun Pete said "Oh yeah?" Sonic asks "Well, we bet we can outdraw you!" Brody said "Ha! You two don't even have a gun!" Six Gun Pete said "Don't need one!" Sonic and Brody said as they jump behind Six Gun Pete's back "Pete!" Sonic and Brody said and Pete aims his gun at them but they dodge and Pete ends up blowing his head off with the shoot and smoke emits from him "Way to go, Sonic abd Brody! You blew him away!" Tails said and Pete's body lands on his mechanical horse and the horse runs away as everyone is out of the saloon.

"How did you two do that?" Miss Possum asks "It's easy when you are the fastests in the west!" Sonic said "Not to mention the East, North and South!" Brody said "I'm Mayor Chestnut, sons!" Mayor Chestnut said who was a squirrel "How'd you two like to be the next sheriff of Tranquil Gulch?" Chestnut asks "Sheriff? Us?" Sonic and Brody asks "No thanks! We're just passing through!" Brody said and the two walk to Tails "Come on, Rails time to juice!" Sonic said "But Sonic, Brody, being sheriff would be way cool! I could be your deputy!" Tails said "Pow pow! Got him!" Tails said doing finger guns "Sorry, it's impossible!" Sonic said "It'll just be till' we can find a permanent sheriff!" Miss Possum said smiling "Well...." Sonic and Brody said and agreed making the people cheer as the duo are now wearing a belt with two gun holsters and Miss Possum puts a badge on them "I knew we could count on you two, sheriff Sonic and Brody!" Chestnut said as Tails puts cowbiy hats on them and the duo looks at you readers and shrug smiling nervously.

*Meanwhile at Robotnik's Fortress*

"Now that Tranquil Gulch is mine" Robotnik said "It won't be long before I transform it into... Gambler's Gulch, the biggest casino on Mobius! With 99 percent of the profits skimmed off the top for me!" Robotnik said laughing when Six Gun Pete's horse drags in Pete's body "It's Six Gun Pete!" Scratch said "Oh! What are you doing back here? What's the matter, can't you talk? In that case draw!" Robotnik said and 0ete poorly draws Sonic and Brody wearing sheriff's hats, badge and belt "Sonic and Brody! So those  rotten running rodent and furball are trying to spoil my plans, are they?" Robotnik asks "Scratch! Grounder! Go to Tranquil Gulch, and see that hedgehog and wolf gets a one-way ticket to boot hill!" Robotnik said and Scratch and Grounder dress as cowboys "Don't you worry, your awfulness! I'm the fastest im the west!" Scratch said "You are not! I'm the fastest!" Grounder said.

*Back with Sonic and Brody*

Tails is dressed as a cowboy with a red bandana and brown gloves and pants "Sheriff Sonic and Brody are the fastests guns in the west, aren't you, guys?" Tails asks and the duo nods "Set up some tin cans, Deputy Tails!" Brody said "We'll show em' some real gunplay, Deputy!" Sonic said and Tails did so setting the cans on the log "Go on, sheriffs! Blow em' away!" Tails said but they miss the cans and their shoots end up bouncing all over the place.

"I think we made a big mistake! That hedgehog and that wolf couldn't hit the broad side of a barn!" Chestnut said "Course' they can, there's one now!" Tails said pointing at the broad side of a barn "Show em' Sonic and Brody!" Tails said as Sonic and Brody walk to the broad side of the barn and shoots into the air making a smoke cloud and when it clears the broad side is unharmed "Boy, you two really are bad shots" Tails said "Relax, Tails!" Sonic and Brody said "You don't need to dhooy straight when you're faster than lightning!" Sonic said as the two point at the opposite direction "Check this out!" They said shooting and put the cans on Chestnut's head and the shots hits them knocking the cans intoa barrel with a sign that says 'DON'T LITTER'.

*Later*

Brody is relaxing in the rocking chair and Sonic was sitting on his lap rubbing Brody's cheek making him purr "And you thought covering your head save you from me making you purr huh" Sonic said giggling and Brody rolls his eyes playfully "Well at least we'll have some peace" Brody said "I don't think so, Sonic and Brody!" Tails said as Scratch and Grounder arrive "Sheriffs Sonic and Brody, I'm calling you two out for a showdown! Winner gets the town, loser gets a free burial!" Scratch said

"Not so fast, slow-mo!" Sonic and Brody said "Why use messy old guns when we can settle our differences the clean way? At the poker table?" Brody asks "Poker?" Scratch asks "This is perfect! With our computer brains, we can't possibly lose at cards to those meat-headed hedgehog and wolf!" Grounder said "Right!" Scratch said "You're on sheriffs!" Ge said and they all go in the saloon.

"Deal!" Scratch said "Did we happen to mention this is strip poker?" Brody asks "Whoever loses a hand has to strip something off themselve and toss in the pot!" Sonic said "Whatever you two say, uh, just deal!" Scratch said and they start playing.

Sonic and Brody end up winning a lot of rounds making Scratch and Grounder put all pieces of their bodies on the pot "D'oh you and your big ideas, agreeing to play cards!" Scratch said "Me?! You were the one who said we couldn't lose with our computer brains!" Grounder said as Tails walks over holding a bag and Sonic and Brody scoop up Scratch and Grounder's pieces putting them in the bag "Guess we are the big winner duo, gents!" Sonic said "Cash these in for us, Tails!" Brody said "You bet, guys!" Tails said and flies away carrying the bag and empties it into the same barrel from earlier "Sonic and Brody you saved our town again!" Miss Possum said "Aw, it was nothing really" Sonic and Brody said "Oh don't be such a humble wolf and hedgehog" Miss Possum said.

*Later*

Sonic, Brody and Tails wave Miss Possum as they walk by and Scratch and Grounder rebuild watch this "So, Miss Possum is sweet to Sonic and Brody huh? That gives me an idea how to get rid of those show-off sheriffs once and for all! Bwahahaha!" Scratch said and walks in the saloon wearing a mask with a mustache "Miss Possum!" Scratch said walking up to her "Sonic and Brody are waiting for you outside! They want to go on a picnic with Tails and with you" he said "Aww that's so nice of them" Miss Possum said and walks outside "Where are they?" She asks and Scatch takes off his mask "Don't worry! They'll come for you once they find out you're trapped in a runaway stage coach!" Scratch said.

*Meanwhile in the Sheriff's office*

Mayor Chestnut entered the office anxious "Sheriff Sonic and Brody! The stage is out of control and headed straight for Deep Canyon, and Miss Possum's on it!" Chestnut said "Miss Possum! Watch the office, Tails! Gotta juice!" Brody and Sonic said running away.

*Later*

Sonic and Brody rescued Miss Possum and capture Scratch and Grounder locking them in jail. The duo send Robotnik a letter to pay the fee to release them but Robotnik decides to take matters into his own hands and goes to the town.

When he gets there he's dressed as a cowboy and comes with  six despicable desparados aka robots to fight them. The duo struggle for a bit taking out the robots while at the same time Scratch and Grounder break out of jail. Sonic and Brody get confronted with the last two robots one infront of them and one behind them "It's a good thing you guys are great shots..." Sonic said as he and Sonic jump when the robots shoot destroying each other "Cause we could never shoot you both like that!" Brody said and he grins.

"Sonic, Brody, help!" Tails calls out as Scratch and Grounder were holding him upside down "No more of your fancy footwork, hedgehog and wolf! This time you two draw against me, or your sidekick meets the next train, head-on!" Robotnik said "Any plans Brody?" Sonic asks "Unfortunately we'll have to accept, can't risk Tails' safety" Brody said "Ha! You two don't have a chance against my infrared hedgehog and wolf homing photon six-shooters!" Robotnik said "You're probably right but we gotta fo what we can to save our best bud, Tails!" Sonic said and Miss Possum runs to them "Sonic, Brody, wait! If you two gotta get shot, at least you should wear some nice duds!" Miss Possum said "But....Whoa!" Sonic and Brody said when Miss Possum drags them inti the saloon and Robotnik waits "I'm waiiiiting!" Robotnik said imitating Sonic and Brody, Robotnik stops and thinks confused "Now, where have I heard that line before?" He askd when Brody and Sonic pushes the doors open wearing a poncho "Okay, we are ready!" Sonic and Brody said walking out and the three get ready for the draw "Draw, hedgehog and wolf!" Robotnik said shooting but Sonic and Brody pull their ponchos up revealing steel plates underneath and they use it to reflect the beams and Robotnik screams and runs away but gets hit by the beam and Scratch and Grounder let go off Tails as Robotnik flies into them sending the three flying inti and outhpuse breaking it forming a coffin and the three get locked in "I hate that hedgehog and that wolf!" Robotnik said

Sonic and Brody blows the smoke off the steel plate and then they remove their belts "Now that our job is done, we won't be needing these!" Brody said as Chestnut walks up to them "But who is gonna be our sheriff?" Chestnut asks "Best person for the job!" Sonic said "Miss Possum!" Sonic and Brody said "Why, Sonic and Brody, I don't know what to say!" Miss Possum said as Sonic and Brody pins the sheriff badge on Miss Possum and Chestunut is holding the belt "Just say 'Yes!' Miss Possum!" Chestnut said and the citizens cheer "Come on, Tails! Let's juice!" Sonic and Brody said as they run away with Tails flying behind them and a dog with a newspaper in his left back pocket watches them run off into the sunset "Duh, who were those fast hedgehog and wolf?" Dog asks Hi-ho, Sonic and Brody, away!" Sonic and Brody said as this chapter comes to an end.
