Jagiya

Tell him he's pretty. Do it. Right now. Tell him he's pretty.

~The Next Day || 13:22~

Jungkook has never shook so many hands in his life.

He does a polite bow, shaking the next hand and smiling brightly. "Jeon Jungkook, pleasure to meet you," he says, and the man bows back.

"Jonas Halley, thank you for your kindness and service to Ganymede," the man, Jonas, replies. After their handshake, Jonas goes down the line, meeting the other Ganymede officials. Jungkook is slightly terrified of this big group and event, but at the same time, he kind of has to go along with it. It's kind of his only job and he really needs the money. The entire crew does. The Moon isn't going to pay for herself.

Jungkook and Jimin were selected to meet all these people. The crew is pretty popular to the solar system, so all these officials from Earth are eager to meet them. Jimin is a natural: he even seems to be charming some of them. Jimin's so smooth with this kind of stuff it honestly scares Jungkook. The Executive watches as the blond man shakes another's hand, laughing and smiling brightly. He can't quite hear their conversation over the other chatter in the room, but Jungkook doesn't need to hear it to know how attached to Jimin the official has already become.

Jungkook forces his frown away as the official moves on from Jimin, shaking hands with Kai and doing a brief introduction, then he moves down to Jungkook. The Executive smiles. "Jeon Jungkook, Executive on the Moonchild."

The man eagerly shakes his hand. "The enhanced one! My my, you're a hit back on Earth. You have quite a few fangirls." Jungkook shyly smiles, slightly uncomfortable. He hates his enhancements, he doesn't want to be known for them. Jungkook doesn't want to be known for his drop-dead gorgeous looks either. He wants to be known as the man who helped save Ganymede. Well, he thinks he already has that reputation, but if people keep calling him 'the enhanced one', he might flip a table.

"Enhancements are definitely not what they seem, but they do help in these situations," Jungkook says, switching back to his formal mode.

"Well it's a good thing you have them then, looks like your crew could use you," he says, dropping Jungkook's hand. "How informal of me, I'm Gerald Thaisen, Council member." Jungkook mentally rolls his eyes. Great, the Council is here. That means the entire Earth Commission is probably around. He wonders if that woman, Park Chaeyoung, is here. This seems pretty important, but at the same time, Earth is in shambles due to Mars. It's a fifty-fifty chance. He wants to meet her, but he's also kind of scared to. Formal meetings always made Jungkook anxious.

"Nice to meet you," Jungkook says.

Gerald returns the politeness by bowing. "Thank you," he replies before slipping away. There's only six more people, and they fly by. Jungkook doesn't even remember their names, he just focused on smiling and shaking their hands. Jimin, of course, is still being a natural. It's like every member that passed by him wanted his phone number. They noticeably stayed longer with Jimin than anyone else, even Kai. No wonder why Jimin is the Captain: he can sway hearts.

After everyone has formally met, they break off into small groups. Jungkook figures that as an Executive, he should probably do some mingling (Kai kind of begged him to), but he almost just wants to talk to Jimin. He locates his Captain only to see him coming towards Jungkook, which makes him jump in surprise.

"Sir?" Jungkook asks, causing Jimin to shrug.

"How you holding up?"

"I'm here, you?"

"A little tired, but the day has just begun, so..."

Jungkook eyes him, resisting the urge to snort. "Everyone seemed to love you, you realize that?"

"It's the hair. Wait, were you watching me, Jeon?" Jimin asks, running a hand through his hair and waggling his brows. God damn his cocky smirk.

"Anyway. You have this way of enchanting people, you know that?"

"I do, but feel free to elaborate, it boosts my ego."

"Am I talking to Jimin or Jin?" Jimin smirks but doesn't reply. He simply winks. Jungkook sighs. "You have this sort of effect. I'm calling it the 'Jimin Effect'."

Jimin purses his lips in thought, then scans his eyes up and down Jungkook's body. "Is it working on you?"

Jungkook grunts. "You're so shameless."

"I bet you like that about me, don't you?"

"I do. These days you've grown more shameless."

"That's why recently you like me even more?" Jimin asks. Jungkook meets Jimin's eyes, staring right into them. They stare for a few more moments before Jimin smirks. "Jeon Jungkook, are we having a moment?"

Jungkook averts his eyes. "S-Shut up."

"Tae may be jealous," Jimin teases, keeping that stupid smug look on his face.

Jungkook ignores Jimin, deciding to walk away instead. Jimin calls after him, but Jungkook doesn't listen. It's his turn to have an affect on people. He approaches Kai, who's talking to a small group of people. Kai looks back at him and smiles.

"Here he is, the man of the hour. Jungkook," Kai says as Jungkook strolls into the small circle forming.

"I hope everyone's well all things considered," Jungkook says, causing the other four in the group to nod. Three guys, one girl. One of the men is Jonas, but Jungkook doesn't remember the other three.

"Thank you, I hear a lot of good things about you. I look forward to working with you for the time being," one of the men says. Jungkook can't bring himself to try and remember his name.

Jungkook shares the sentiments, then turns to Kai. "I got an update from the Moon yesterday: everything is going as planned. We've hit no disturbances and from their outside view they don't see any internal issues." Kai immediately catches his drift. 'Internal issues', aka Mars planning an attack on Earth while they're together. The Martian battleship is behind, but not by much. They're easily in firing range.

"How about our course, are we okay?" Jungkook asks, and Kai nods.

"So far no problems," Kai says, although there's an edge to his voice. Jungkook can tell there's something he's not saying in front of the others. Jungkook needs to be smart about this, so he musters up a poker face, not reacting to Kai's words.

"Good. Whatever you need, don't hesitate to contact me," Jungkook replies, putting emphasis on the last two words. "Jonas, I don't believe you told me your position," Jungkook suddenly says, turning to the man.

"Council member. Five years on the Council now."

"Earth has a fascinating ranking system, I don't think I've appreciated it enough," Jungkook says, softly smiling to add more sincerity to his words. He didn't even realize his seduction enhancements were starting to kick in until the woman started smiling brightly.

"What would you like to know about it?" she asks, slightly blushing. Jungkook, although mortified that his enhancements are out of control again, decides to play along, acting like it's perfectly natural.

"Is Park Chaeyoung here?" Jungkook asks, giving her a warm smile.

"Unfortunately no, she's working on reforming Earth." "Well I have faith she'll do a great job. Her and I may not have talked directly, but she seems like a good leader."

"Oh she's the best. Strong, capable, determined, and she's doing all this while dealing with a tragedy."

"A tragedy?" Kai asks.

Jungkook stares into her eyes, refusing to back down. Despite him not wanting to, he comes a bit closer to entice her more. "That's terrible news," he says, forcing sympathy into his tone.

"It's only a rumor, but people are saying she lost a family member during the war. Recently too."

Jungkook's lips twitch into a frown as he thinks about his crew. He can't imagine losing any one of them, so he genuinely sympathizes with the Earth leader if these rumors are true. Taehyung's face flashes in Jungkook's mind, causing him to take a step back, the soft blue glow of his enhancements fading.

"Excuse me," he mumbles, rushing away as fast as possible. He shakes his head, placing his fingers over his left cheek and scoffing. Great, he just knocked off more time to his life because he couldn't control himself. Now he has less time with his crew. Less time with his love.

He doesn't know what to do with himself. He's so lost. Jungkook doesn't regret his choices at all, but he's still upset about the consequences. His life is being taken from him by horrible people. He tried doing the right thing. Was it not the right thing after all? Was he in the wrong? Jungkook brushes those thoughts off. That's impossible. He runs one of his fingers over the friendship bracelet still on his wrist. He would never take it off. That's why he'll never regret his choices. Because of her.

Jungkook treks past quite a few crowds, one of which holding Jimin. The Captain watches as Jungkook goes by, but Jungkook doesn't meet his gaze. The Executive keeps his eyes on the ground, navigating through the room until he bursts into the hallway. He pants, trying to get himself to calm down before he does further damage. His back slightly throbs, his brace still strapped tightly around him. He steps forward, about to leave for good when he hears his name.

Jungkook turns around. He's not surprised to see Jimin standing there. Jimin wordlessly stares at Jungkook as tears swell up in the Executive's eyes. Jungkook's so lost. He's tried pushing the thoughts out of his brain, but he can't. Not anymore. How is he supposed to cope? He's twenty-three. He's twenty-three and he's dying. And even worse, there's nothing he can do to stop it.

He sniffles, glancing down. Jimin storms forward, wrapping his arms around the man immediately. Jungkook cries and hugs him back, all his pent up emotions getting the better of him. He clings onto Jimin for dear life, sinking against him. Jimin silently holds him as Jungkook shrinks more and more, letting his head hit his Captain's shoulder. He feels so weak. So scared. But at least he has Jimin.

He'll always have Jimin.

~16:22~

"Please?"

Y/N finally nods, causing Taehyung to bounce up and down. "Thank you thank you thank you!" He hugs her tightly, and she hugs back.

"Anything for my boys," she replies as he takes a step back. Taehyung holds out his hand. Although she's hesitant, she agrees and slips her hand in his.

"Don't worry, quick and painless."

"Gathering four boys and me in a room is not going to be quick and painless. How did you get Yoongi to agree with this again?" she asks.

"Oh, I didn't."

Y/N stops and glares. "What?" she asks sternly.

"Careful, don't make me tell Jimin you're talking to me like this."

She smirks. "Go ahead, that just means he'll puni-"

"I regret my life choices," Tae mumbles, grunting.

She winks. "As you should. Now tell me why you didn't tell grandpa."

"Because he likes you more than me."

"Does he honestly like anyone?"

"He likes Sapphire."

She shrugs. "Okay, yeah. Can't argue with that."

"He spent yesterday morning with you, I'm sure he likes you enough to listen."

She sighs but agrees. "Alright, lead the way."

Taehyung drags her down the hall, turning while she struggles to keep up with his eager pace. Jimin told Taehyung that Jungkook wasn't feeling his best, so the easiest way to cheer him up is by doing something together to keep his mind off of the shitty things in life. Tae knows what Jungkook was down about, but he tries not to think about it. Right now, he needs to get Yoongi on board (assuming he isn't sleeping).

They approach Yoongi's quarters. Tae can't help but hide behind Y/N. She's left confused. "Tae?"

"He's scary," he whispers back, cowering away.

Y/N playfully rolls her eyes before knocking on the door. "Let Momma Y/N handle this," she says with a sigh as the door opens. A very tired Yoongi stands there, but when he sees Y/N, he lights up.

"Need something, Muffin?" he asks. Tae looks between the two at the use of the word 'Muffin'. Is Yoongi high?

"I'm here too by the way. Hi," Tae says. Yoongi only blinks at him before turning his attention back to Y/N.

"Yes actually. Jungkook is feeling down in the dumps, and as his crewmates, I think we should get together and try to make the best of a bad situation." Yoongi processes her words, about to speak when Y/N interrupts. "Jin is on the Moon, he won't be there."

"I'm in." Y/N snickers, a habit she's picking up from Seulgi, as Yoongi steps out. "What exactly are we doing?" he asks.

"We're kind of making it up as we go along," Tae explains, causing the man to look at him in confusion.

"So you don't have a plan?"

"We're on an Earth cruiser, if you're familiar with the activities we can do around here, I'm all ears."

"Get a tour?" Yoongi suggests.

"We got that when we first arrived."

"Greenhouse?" Y/N offers.

Taehyung goes still. "Not bad L/N, not bad."

She giggles. "Only Jimin and Jungkook call me that. Looks like they're rubbing off on you." Tae fiddles with his fingers but chooses to walk away instead of replying.

"Anyway," he says as the other two follow him. He presses on his comm, changing the frequency to match Jimin's. "We're meeting at the greenhouse. Bring the target in two minutes, over."

"I read you loud and clear, we'll be in the greenhouse in exactly two minutes, over," Jimin replies. Tae hums and click off his comm.

Y/N gives Tae a strange look. "Why are you and him being this cute today?"

"Aren't we cute every day?" Tae asks.

"Min would kill me if I said no, but he'd also kill me if I say yes. I don't know what to do here," Y/N says with a grunt.

"Just say Jimin is cute every day."

"He really is," she says, gushing.

"Aww, Muffin's in love," Yoongi teases. Alright, what is up with him?

"You can talk about Jimin and I being cute all you want, but what's going on with this one!" Tae says with a scoff.

"What? I'm being me," Yoongi says, pausing to glare at Tae. "Is that a problem?"

Taehyung gulps and rapidly shakes his head. "N-No not at all."

"That's what I thought," Yoongi replies. Taehyung goes into a stunned silence. Tae decides to lead them down the hall, keeping his mouth shut. The structure of the Hestia is much different than the Moon despite them both being cruisers. The hallways feel more industrial, in a way. The color scheme is darker. The ship looks more like a factory than a ship.

Tae pushes it aside as he bounces down the next hall, the door to the greenhouse now visible. Jungkook and Jimin aren't around yet, but no one complains. He opens the door, and the trio walk inside. They stop as soon as they're fully in. This is much, much bigger than the Moonchild's greenhouse. Tae's mouth falls open at the sight. A huge, grassy area surrounds them. There's only three other people in here, tending to the plants both on tables and in the actual ground. As soon as Tae's shoes hit the soft green texture, he laughs in disbelief.

"Holy shit," Y/N mutters, her eyes wide with amazement. That's right: she's the one who's always wanted to see stuff like this. He can tell she wants to roll around in it forever, but something holds her back.

"You can go run around if you'd like, no one will judge you," Tae says, but she shakes her head with a small smile.

"No. No, that wouldn't be right."

He's only left perplexed. "What? Why? Don't you love nature?"

She hums, then peeks over at him. "I need to wait for Min." He lights up in understanding, mentally letting out an 'awe'. They have such a supportive relationship. Tae's heart melts. Just looking on the outside in, he can tell they're truly perfect for each other. Sure, he doesn't know what goes on behind closed doors, but both of them seem genuinely happy.

As if on cue, Jungkook and Jimin come bumbling into the room, slightly out of breath. However, as soon as their eyes take in the sights, they go still, their mouths falling open like Tae's did. Jimin locates Y/N, who shyly walks up to him.

"Want to roll around with me?" she asks. Taehyung smiles. Cute.

Jimin chuckles in response, kissing the top of her head. "I'd like nothing more."

They take off for the grass, the two laughing and teasing each other on the way over there. Tae watches for one last second as they dive to the ground, not caring about the other people in the room. He turns to look at Jungkook, who approaches him.

"Hey," Kook says.

"Hey, I thought we could just hang out. We've had a crazy past few days, huh?" Jungkook nods, then locks eyes with Tae. His breath gets caught in his throat. They've said the crazy three words that escalate relationships from casual to serious, but Tae still feels nervous around Jungkook. Not because he doesn't feel comfortable with him, but because for the first time in his life he doesn't want to mess up anything. He wants to be the best possible version of himself for Jungkook. Jungkook inspires Tae to be better without even saying anything.

They stare intensely, and Tae thinks Jungkook is about to kiss him when Yoongi groans from behind them. "Great, I'm the fifth wheel." Jungkook and Tae fluster in-sync, looking over at the scowling man.

"N-No you're not!" Tae says, but to his surprise, Jungkook chuckles.

"Sorry babe, but I have to agree with grandpa here. He's kind of fifth wheeling." Tae pretends he didn't melt at how casually the word 'babe' rolls off Jungkook's tongue.

After another minute of the three intensely staring at each other, Y/N and Jimin come running over, laughing. "Having fun?" Jungkook teases, and Y/N nods rapidly.

"Okay, I have to ask," Tae says, causing Jungkook and Y/N to gaze at him. "How did he ask you out?" Tae points to Jungkook, and Y/N realizes what Tae means.

Y/N lights up. "Oh my God, he was such a cutie. What a hopeless romantic."

Jungkook scowls. "Was? You're saying I'm not a cutie anymore?"

"You're straight up hot now."

"Y/N!" Jungkook says in a huff. Jimin clenches his jaw. Uh oh. Tae would honestly pay to see Jungkook and Jimin fight. As much as Jungkook has enhancements, Jimin has the power of jealousy and constant horniness on his side.

"I'm hot too, right babe?" Jimin asks, and Y/N giggles.

"You're gorgeous, Min."

He pouts, his puppy eyes coming out. "But I'm hot too, right?"

"Of course you are, Chim."

"Chim?" Jungkook asks with a puzzled expression.

"A-Anyway, Jungkook took me out for a walk in the park since he knew I liked nice scenery. He led me to this secluded spot where there was a whole picnic set up with candles and everything. He even played some sappy romantic song," she says, and the boy pretends he isn't listening. Okay, Taehyung's slightly jealous now too. "He confessed his feelings, and of course, I returned them."

Jungkook smiles while Jimin stands there, boiling. "Good times," Jungkook says, giving the girl a look of amusement. Taehyung's left eye twitches, so he looks over at Jimin.

"Hey Jimin?" The Captain hums. "Want to go for a walk?" Taehyung asks with a smirk. Jimin slowly returns it, causing Y/N to glare at him.

Jungkook looks over at Taehyung with his jaw on the ground. "You said you'd never cheat on me!"

Tae shrugs. "Sorry boo, guess I lost feelings."

Jungkook looks appalled while Y/N snickers. "Tae, don't give up that easily, that happens sometimes." Everyone immediately looks at her.

"What?" Jungkook asks, mortified.

"Yeah, every once in a great great while you can get like a week where your feelings aren't as strong as they used to be. They always come back, but it happens here and there."

"So that's why you ignored me?" Jungkook asks, probably referring to a specific incident Taehyung has no insight on.

Y/N places her hands on her hips. "So what if I did? Like I said, the feelings always came back. Plus, you make it pretty easy to want to ignore you, Jeon." Tae peeks over at Jimin, and to his surprise, the Captain seems upset.

"Alright Muffin, you've had your fun," Yoongi says.

"I'm sorry, but did you just call my girl Muffin?" Jimin asks, stepping closer to Yoongi, who's unaffected.

"Is that a problem?" Yoongi asks.

Jimin grits his teeth. "You're calling my girl Muffin?"

"I am."

Y/N starts to sneak away, but without even breaking his staring contest with Yoongi, Jimin's hand snaps back and grabs her wrist. She gulps. "Don't move, you're in trouble, princess."

"Oh my God, no more sex plea-"

"Shh I want to hear what happens," Tae interrupts, nudging Jungkook.

Jungkook giggles but obliges, nuzzling up against Tae's side. Tae's amazed, but ends up leaning into his touch. "I'll come for your head, grandpa. Don't test me," Jimin says in a grunt, and Yoongi smirks.

"You're too short for that."

Jimin backs up, offended. "You are one centimeter taller than me!" he shouts, throwing his free hand over his chest. Is this man Jin or Jimin? Tae shakes his head and sighs. He'll probably never get the answer to that question.

Tae grabs Jungkook's hand and pulls on it. "What's up?" Kook asks in a whisper.

"They're distracted, let's carefully back away," Tae says, keeping his voice quiet. Jungkook snickers but gives in, slowly backing up with Tae while Y/N stays flustered and keeps her eyes on the ground. Jimin is staring right at Yoongi, who stares right back unfazed. Tae chuckles at the sight before opening the door and walking out.

"Wow, we really got out of that," Jungkook says as soon as they're outside.

Tae gives the boy's hand a squeeze as they stroll down the hallway, their hands swinging back and forth. "Who do you think would win in a fight between them?" Tae asks.

"Y/N."

"I meant between Jimin and Yoongi."

Jungkook gazes at Tae, nodding, "Y/N."

"She isn't even figh-"

"Y/N," Jungkook interrupts, giving Tae a look of amusement.

"Why?" Tae asks, raising a brow.

"Two reasons: one, she gets to watch two short boys fight over her, and two, Yoongi would probably win the fight so she gets to tease Jimin about it for the rest of his life."

Tae purses his lips, considering his words. "That's... actually a good point."

"I think Jimin would put up a good fight though."

"Jealousy and horniness are the only two things that keep Jimin running during the day." Jungkook nods in agreement. Tae suddenly gives him a sly smile. "So you hang out with Jimin a lot, right?"

"Oh no-"

"Do you think his dirty-mindedness is rubbing off on you?"

Jungkook stops them in the middle of the hallway, glancing around for a few moments to make sure they're alone. He licks his lower lip, then grabs Tae's shoulders and pins him against the wall. A classic Jungkook move.

"Want to find out?" Jungkook asks.

And within an instant, Jungkook's lips are on Tae's. Taehyung's not surprised, so he kisses back, his body going weak at Jungkook's actions. Jungkook notices and smirks, taking Tae's lower lip into his mouth.

Tae's stunned to say the least. Jungkook and him have made out before, but Jungkook seems to be going very quickly this time. His enhancements start to glow, which causes Tae to push him back. "K-Kook-"

"I can't help it when I'm around you. You already make my heartbeat go fucking crazy, and this makes it even worse," he interrupts, panting. At Tae's unconvinced look, Jungkook keeps his smirk. "Come on, I know you want to find out just what these enhancements can do."

"T-There's more?!" Taehyung asks.

Jungkook chuckles. He steps closer, trailing one hand up to Tae's cheek. "I can also transfer my energy, if you ever wanted to switch things up." Tae's eyes widen. Then, he smirks.

"My room. Right now."

~22:55~

Jimin rubs small circles into her back, his eyes staring at the ceiling. He hasn't been thinking straight all day, not since the greenhouse. He didn't think he'd ever be genuinely bothered by something a crewmate says, but here he is. He just didn't think that crewmate would be Y/N of all people. Of course, she can't help it, she was being honest, but it still upset Jimin. He replays her words over and over and over in his mind, trying to make sense of them.

'Yeah, every once in a great great while you can get like a week where your feelings aren't as strong as they used to be. They always come back, but it happens here and there.'

She stirs, but he doesn't comment. She couldn't sleep, so he offered to stay with her even though he's slightly upset. The easiest way to stop being upset would be to talk to her, but that would be too easy. Park Jimin is a dramatic bitch who's scared of his feelings sometimes (actually it's all the time, he's just in denial). So, he sighs and tries to close his eyes instead. However, when he does that, he hears Yoongi calling her Muffin. He groans, the sound rather loud. His eyes snap open. Shit, he didn't mean for it to be that loud.

"What's wrong?" she asks, peeking up at him. God damn those beautiful, genuinely concerned eyes. The way she peers into his soul, trying to learn what he thinks about even the most boring topics in the world. He stares into her eyes for a few moments, forgetting why he was upset. Then, she blinks at him expectantly and he snaps out of his daze. He has to physically shake his head to get himself out of her eyes. Jimin looks back up at the ceiling as she curls up closer on his chest, pressing a soft kiss against his skin.

"Is it the coma? Are you still having trouble?" she mutters, placing a few kisses on his collarbone.

"PT has been helping a lot, to be honest. I feel like I'm getting somewhere. Not to mention that drug Anya gave me helped a lot too. I still have this weird feeling in the back of my head, but other than that, I'm slowly getting back to normal. My coordination is pretty messy, so I might break a lot of stuff."

"Figures," she teases, causing him to smile. "Is that not what you were upset about then?" she asks, causing him to sigh.

"It's about you."

She goes stiff. "Oh," is all she can muster.

"What you said, back at the greenhouse, about feelings and how they fade every once in a while..."

"It happens, you can't always be a hundred percent head over heels for someone at all times."

He hums. "I know, you just made it sound like the feelings completely went away."

"Oh no, no, not that crazy. I meant they get dull. You have a few days where you kind of need space and stuff, you know?"

He finally gains the courage to look down at her. "Do you think you'll need space soon?" She flusters, glancing down in embarrassment. "What?" he asks, but she doesn't answer. "Whaaat?" he says again, this time in a whine that causes her to finally give in.

"Quite the opposite," she murmurs. When he's sure he heard her correctly, his lips form into a grin.

"It's the Jimin Effect," he says proudly.

"The fucking what?"

"The Jimin Effect."

Y/N meets his eyes again. "You know what? I think I'll take that space now." He giggles as she tries to escape, but he uses his hands to bring her body back.

"Don't leave yet, Jagi."

She goes still. "Uh, what did you just call me?" He goes pale. Wait. Shit. What did he just call her?

"U-Uh," he stammers, searching for words.

"Jagi?" she asks, raising a brow. Oh. Shit. He didn't mean to call her that, it just kind of slipped out. It's something his father would call his mother when they were younger, but as they got older they grew out of it.

"Yeah, Jagiya," he replies, biting his lower lip.

"What the hell is that? Is it a fruit?"

He laughs at her cuteness, booping her nose with his finger. "No, no. It's not."

"Oh good, I was boutta ask why you were calling me a fruit."

He softly smiles. "You're my Jagiya."

"I'm even more confused."

Jimin kisses her forehead. "It's Korean."

"Alright, it's official, I have a language kink," she says, and he chuckles.

He shakes her off, a bright smile on his face. "It's like a term of endearment. Like baby or honey." It's her turn to get flustered. He watches as she buries herself against his chest, and he snickers. She loves doing that when she's embarrassed or flustered, and he loves it too. "Jagiya," he sings out in a teasing manner.

She playfully whacks his chest. "Stop being so attractive for five seconds please, I'm trying to regain my dignity."

"You never had that to begin wi-"

"I will throw a shoe at your head, Min." He kisses her nose, smiling against her skin. "Just so you know, losing feelings for you almost feels impossible, Mochi. Even if it's for a day."

"You're so cheesy," he replies, scrunching up his nose.

She laughs. "Maybe it's because our natural schedule allows for us to be apart a lot anyway, or maybe it's because we're young, or maybe it's even because we know our limits."

"Us? Really?"

She smacks his chest again. "I'm trying to be cute here."

"You're always cute."

"Alright, nice save on that one." He winks in response, causing her to playfully roll her eyes. "I'm just saying that if that were to happen, you probably won't notice anyway. Jungkook only noticed one time since it was a combination of my feelings being weird and me on my period," she says.

"Oh ouch, remind me to throw chocolate bars in your direction when it's your lady time."

"It still is my lady time! Do you not remember our conversation yesterday?"

He laughs, his squeaky sounds coming out. "I just wanted to see your reaction, sorry... Jagi."

"Why is that so cute? I feel like you're calling me sunshine or something and it's adorable."

"I told you what it means," he says with a pout.

"I know, but the word itself is so cute. Like as cute as the word sunshine."

"Well then, I'll call you it more often?" he asks, but it comes out as more of a statement.

"Let's try it, Mochi."

He's starting to notice that she rarely, if ever, says his name anymore. He likes it. There's something about the way she calls him all these cute nicknames. It makes his stomach explode with happiness.

"Min?"

"What is it, angel?" She gets flustered, and he can't help but chuckle. She's so cute.

"Don't worry about the feelings thing, okay?" Although he's hesitant, she says it in such a determined way that he believes her.

"Okay Jagi, I won't," he mutters back, kissing the top of her head.

With that, the two curl up next to each other. They cuddle and close their eyes, falling asleep.
