It's been a good 3 years since the last story commenced. After a long time, everybody grew up into young adults. Kris, the silent human that gave you advice and all-rounder sarcastic remarks, had finally made his way to college. Moon was at home with you, doing her college work online because she didn't want to leave you, father and Ralsei alone.

Asriel was finally home as well. He helps his mother Toriel with the kindergartener students. And you? You were also helping with the school. Ms. Alphys had a problem with getting her classes attention and for making lessons that were too abstract to teach. You called yourself the "dumb-downer" because you "dumb-down" Alphys' lessons for everybody to understand. Heck, even Susie was starting to get good grades now!

How...is Susie anyhow...? I'm sure she's doing just fine. I haven't seen her in a while.

(again, Kris and Moon are older than you by 2 years. Susie is the same age as you but older by a few months.)

It was the last year of you and Susies' school life. After this, you wanted to go to college but Susie wasn't sure on it. After a while you realised why. Her parents were nice, sure. But they barely had enough money to get by. They only had enough money for rent, and they didn't even live in Hometown. They lived just outside the gate on the countryside. After a while, they moved because after the mayor's husband died, the taxes in the town went up.

She (the mayor) was heartbroken, and she took it out on the town. The residents, however, put up a protest infront of the Mayors home. Noelle, burdened with the duty of taking on her mother's job when she's old enough, hated what her mother had become. Of course, somebody else could run for mayor but who would? Berdly probably, but who in their right minds would want that. Not you.

From a glance, Home Town seemed alright. The seasons came and went. You and Susie were talking about your future together. Your anniversary was coming up as well! You were excited for it, since your father gave his permission for you and Susie to go out of town for a vacation trip to celebrate your relationship.

You had steadily grown, your hair hadn't been cut in a while since nobody in town was a barber and the last time you tried cutting your hair was a disaster. So your hair grew a little long.

The only time you had cut your hair was some months ago when you really wanted to recut your fringe/bangs. The only person you knew that had bangs was Moon (apart from Kris, since he's away and he literally tried killing your sister so hell no to Kris with scissors.) She had offered to cut your fringe/bangs for you, so your hair was semi-long and you had your signature bangs/fringe.

It was a normal day as per usual, and your father had come home with takeout. You had just finished coming home from school and helping Alphys with everything.

"Hey dad! you're home early."

Your father smiled. He gave you a big hug. His black hair was a mess from all the work he had done that day. He smelt like grease and fresh wood. Oh, yes. Your father also got a new job just outside of Home Town. He worked as a construction worker. On the days he had off, he would also go and help Asgore with the flower shop he owned.

You realise that you haven't visited Asgores flower shop in a while, since you had no reason to go there. The only time you did was when Moon was helping you pick out some nice flowers for Susie for your last anniversary. The owner seemed nice, but you heard that he was Toriel's Ex-husband. You're not much into gossip, but you really wanted to ask Kris about what happened when he gets home. Maybe it'll help Kris if he talked about it more. Or maybe not...but you thought that it was good to try.

"My dear Y/N. I know it's just been a day but...for some reason it feels like it's been two years since I've seen you."

"Yeah dad, I know what you mean. I've missed you too. How was work?"

"Ah, the usual. I was just going through the town not far from here and they had takeout so I decided to bring some home. Moon must be tired of cooking for you!" your father said jokingly.

"Dad!" You say.

You heard a laugh from the other side of the sitting room.

"Well, he's not wrong, Star."

You look at your sister, Moon. She's smiling.

"How is Susie, anyhow? I heard that you guys were thinking of going on vacation! How nice. Have you guys decided on going anywhere in particular yet?" She hugs your father.

"Susie's doing well actually! She said that she's sorry that she doesn't visit as much anymore. She isn't sure of whether she wants to go to college but she wants to get a job to try to save herself." You sit down on a kitchen chair that was moved from the dining table.

"Thats wonderful! that's a really good decision that she's made for herself. Also, tell her it's fine. She's always welcome to stay over. She's family."

"Thanks sis, I'll let her know."

"Hey Y/N !" A familiar ball of floof hugs you (from your torso this time!) He's grown to be quite a big boy if you do say so yourself.

"Ralsei! How was your visit to the dark world? Did you say hello to Lancer?" You hug your brother back, stroking his head.

"Yes! He's doing well. Him and Rouxls are currently implementing Lightener laws, and also are working on a new entry into the dark realm as well, since...well...we can't use the school storage closet forever!" You laugh and ease our of the hug. "Thats probably a good call since everybody is leaving school this year. We won't have any excuse to go in there.

"Oh! Kris wanted to send his good wishes to everybody. I was in a video call with him just a moment ago." Moon chimed in.

"Has he asked you to marry him yet?" Ralsei says, smiling. Moon coughs.

"Are you ever going to get that marriage thing go?"

"no" Ralsei giggles, and lays on the couch. He grabs the TV remote and flicks through the channels.

You look at your sister, who was helping your father set the table. You were going to ask her for something but you forgot what...Oh!

"Hey Moon, can I use your car?"

"huh? where are you going?" your father inquired.

"I want to go and pay a visit to Susie and her family. Sorry Moon, I was supposed to ask you earlier but you were busy typing out your essays."

"Well, of course." She throws the car keys and you catch them with your left hand. "Just come home soon. We'll leave some takeout for you in the oven."

"Thanks! I'll see you guys soon!"

"Tell Susie we said Hi!" Your hear your father say, as you close the front door.
