All Rin could see was darkness, the sound of laughter fills Rin's ears

'I hear laughing. What's going on? Why can't I see?'

Then he sees a young boy and a girl in what looked like Hakamas (it's a type of traditional Japanese clothing) running around playing in a forest laughing.

'who are they?'

Rin couldn't get a good look at the children's faces, it was like a shadow was covering their faces. Then suddenly the children are surrounded by fire for a moment then-

It all faded to black.........

Rin's eyes open 'just a dream...but... it felt so real somehow'

'weird'

We are now with Tsuki who was on the roof with Shiemi when she spots Rin laying there looking up at the sky thinking. Tsuki goes over to him moving some hair out of his face, "hey Rin" Rin lifts his head in surprise, making him hit his head on Tsuki's head (A/N: I could not find a way to make that sound better I am so sorry)

BONK!

Both of them simultaneously grab their heads in pain, "S-sorry!"

"ouch"

Rin suddenly remembers his dream and instead of seeing a shadow of the young girl's face like he did last night, he saw what looked like...

'why does Tsuki look like the girl from my dream last night?'

Rin snaps back into reality seeing Tsuki looking at him confused, "s-sorry again, also what are you doing up here?"

"Oh, I wanted to help Shiemi with the laundry. And I'm guessing you came up here to think? I don't blame you, this place has a nice view." Tsuki says giving Rin a kind smile, Rin blushes "Y-yeah"

Time skip to class....

The teacher asks Kamaki to recite Psalm 30, but she couldn't remember anything except for the beginning, then 'Bon' recites the whole damn thing. Rin, Tsuki, and Shiemi clap in amazement, "I guess you really are smart"

"wow that was great"

Tsuki nods agreeing with Shiemi, "It was impressive even I can't memorize that stuff"

'Bon' chuckles "now don't go falling for me" he teases "you can but.."

Rin suddenly feels a wave of jealousy wash over him and he quickly wraps his arms around Tsuki and growls like a dog.

'Bon' was about to say something about this when Kamaki speaks up sounding very annoyed, "Memorization is just fake intelligence."

'Bon' obviously gets upset and suddenly he and Kamaki start bickering until Kamaki slaps Rin with the back of her hand. (which she did not intend to do, that slap was meant for 'Bon')

After that Yukio finds it necessary to put rock demons on everyone's laps as punishment when they are at the empty boy's dorm the Okumura's and Tsuki live in. "It's called collective responsibility. One reason for this camp is to deepen the ties between you students," Kamaki complains about not wanting to be stuck there, then Yukio says they have no choice but to work together otherwise they cant defeat demons, then he says he'll be on a mission for three hours then leaves.

Once Yukio is gone Tsuki pushes the rock demon off of her and summons her familiar then starts having a conversation with it while holding it tightly in her arms until.....

The lights go out....

Shima turns on his phone's flashlight and Tsuki's familiar starts emitting a soft yellow glow, giving them enough light to help them all see in the dark. Shima opens the door, after seeing a ghoul was on the other side he closes the door. "Are my eyes bad or did I just...."

"IT WAS REAL!!! REAL!!!" 'Bon' yells.

The ghoul breaks down the door and sprays its blood on everyone, Shiemi asks her baby Greenman familiar 'Nee' to make 'Oona-oona'. Nee sprouts large roots from its stomach blocking the ghoul's path. Tsuki smiles patting the shy blonde on the head "great job Shiemi", though right after that everyone falls to their knees except Tsuki and Rin.

"W-what happened to everyone?" Rin asks worriedly seeing his friends grow weak, he was confused they were all fine just a second ago. "It's the fluid from the ghoul, why isn't it affecting you two?!" Kamaki says looking surprised.

Rin starts thinking it is his fault that the ghoul is here and decides to draw the ghoul away from everyone and also go and turn the lights back on, Tsuki quickly follows along with her familiar. When they arrive at the breaker room they are about to turn on the lights when the tongue of a ghoul goes to attack Rin.

Tsuki grabs the tongue in the blink of an eye and crushes the tongue into pieces. Rin looks at Tsuki amazed though she looked different she had horns sticking out of her head and one black and one white and she had blue around her eyes almost like eyeliner (A/N: I have no idea how to explain it better but it is basically like the red around Zero Two's eyes). Rin snaps back into reality and pulls out his sword, his blue flames surround him.

"Now that's what I wanted to see!"

Rin and Tsuki look around trying to find where the voice was coming from.

"That blue flame... you cant use it around others, so I drew you out... I'm not surprised that Lady Tsukiko followed you... Rin Okumura... son of Satan." Rin thinks for a second, 'Lady Tsukiko? Who is that?'

They see the person walk closer... It was their magic circles and seals, teacher?! Rin gasps his eyes widening, "are you really a teacher? Are you responsible for these attacks?" The man grins evilly, "well yes, now show me more!!"

Rin jumps up at lightning speed and stabs the ghoul in the head "I'm putting a stop to this!" The ghoul dies and Tsuki turns the lights back on while the teacher disappears....

Rin and Tsuki return to the others, "you guys alright?"

'Bon' asks about what happened to the other ghoul, Rin smiles "oh, I beat it. You guys beat one too? That's pretty coo-"

'Bon' punches Rin to the ground and scolds him about how he could have died and that Rin had been too reckless. Yukio comes in suddenly with the teacher from before, Rin and Tsuki are shocked. "Yukio! He's an ene-"

Mephisto comes out of a ceiling panel landing right on top of poor Rin before he could finish his sentence. "Hiya! Good work pages!!"

Tsuki sighs lightly pushing Mephisto off of Rin "Don't be rude Mephisto-nii", Tsuki figured Mephisto knew about what just happened with her and Rin and wanted them to keep quiet about it... but why?

Tsuki wasn't able to think about this further due to her classmates yelling in confusion about why the school President and head of the Cram school was there.

Mephisto laughs at their questions, "you don't think I'd let a mid-level demon in here, do you?" he says with a condescending smirk, then snaps his fingers, and tons of exorcists come out of random places in the room. The students were shocked, except for Tsuki who knew they were there the whole time.

Mephisto tells the exorcists of the Doctor class to 'see to everyone's injuries' then he laughs "that's right! The intensive study camp itself was the exwire certification exam!!" he proudly announces.

"SAY WHEA" (A/N: that's how it was spelled in the manga no joke)

"The faculty hid themselves and observed your performance, I will determine who passed after reviewing their reports. Look forward to my announcement of the results tomorrow!" Mephisto says with a playful wink.

The class was now in a dorm room hooked up to Iv's, talking about the test. "Okumura, how did you beat that ghoul?", he hoped to figure out how Rin was able to kill a ghoul singlehandedly.

"Oh, uhh... I just stabbed it... with my sword" Rin answered nervously he didn't want to tell them about his blue flames, "Cool, just like a knight!" Konakomaru says excitedly. While 'Bon' just raises an eyebrow, "you just stabbed it? That's awfully vague", 'Bon' looks over at Tsuki who wasn't paying any attention to the conversation that much, more interested in petting her familiar. "You got a more descriptive answer about how he did it... Um, wait what even is your last name?"

(A/N: he's asking this because in Japan people don't usually call each other by their first name unless they're dating, married, or family)

Tsuki looks up from her familiar, "Last name? It's been so long that... I..." Tsuki frowns, "I forgot it, And as for the other question Rin jumped up and stabbed it before the ghoul could attack us, it was cool." she says the final part with a smile.

"Oh, and what do you mean it's been so long? Do you not have any family or something?" 'Bon' asks curiously.

Tsuki looks down at her familiar and sighs "I do... I have one but.. it's... It's complicated"

Later that night Tsuki woke up to loud noises coming from the rooftop, she gets up and quickly rushes to see what was going on.

Only to see Rin with a wound on his stomach, Tsuki's eyes widen as she rushes over to him and pulls him into a hug. Then Shiemi is there and starts trying to treat his injury with some herbs provided by Nee but Rin is insisting it isn't needed.

"Now lay down!! Stop acting tough!" Shiemi yells at him while Tsuki is just hugging Rin.

"I'm fine guys... seriously"
