Jack's POV

Pyrrha: Yea your like the brother I never had

As those words left her mouth I felt as if someone had shot me. It hurt, I would usually in brace pain but this one wanted to cripple me.

Pyrrha: thank you for speaking your mind, I know it's hard for you to open yourself like you just did...

She then starts laughing and put a hand in my shoulder.

Pyrrha: I bet is quite hard for you to admit it, you love us humans then

It took everything I had not to explode. My chest was aching to burst.

Jack: yea...it does
Pyrrha: well it was great getting to know this side of you

She then starts walking away and I feel something trace along my face. I wiped it away and it was water. I started remembering and I was surprised I would cry again.

Jack: well played Jack

Time skip a few hours
Weiss POV

We were walking towards our dorm after destroying Romans Atlas Droid and finding out he has a new henchmen.

Yang: That was amazing!!!
Ruby: Yea
Blake: what do you think will be his next move?
Weiss: I honestly don't know

We then stoped and we noticed Blake stoped dead in her trail a few feet away.

Yang: what's wrong Blake?

She then pointed to the top of the dorms.

Blake: is that...Jack?
Weiss: I think so
Ruby: wanna go and check him out?
Blake: I'm sure he has his reasons for being there
Yang: you're right
Ruby: yea

They then continue walking but I didn't.

Ruby: you coming Weiss?
Weiss: yeah...I'll catch up later

I then took the stairs and went to the top floor to see what Jack was up to.

Weiss: what are you planing Cipher?

Once I made to the top I saw him sitting on the edge. He had a bottle of whiskey at hand.

Weiss: have you been drinking?!

He was surprised by my sudden response.

Jack: don't bother...I can't even get drunk

He then got up but his foot slipped.

Jack: shit I guess I can

Weiss: NO!!!

I then watch in horror as I saw him fall of the building and hit the floor. I ran downstairs to the floor as fast as I could. Once there I saw him laying there. There was blood everywhere.

Weiss: nononono

I started panicking and ran next to him.

Weiss: YOU OK?!
Jack: no Weiss, I fell of a building

I was then relieved to see he was alive. I see him get up but as I was about to help him get up he smacked my hand away.

Weiss: is everything ok?
Jack: yeah...everything is Great

He said with a voice deprived of emotions. He then got up and looked around. He looked tired and depressed. Then he walked away and disappeared. I was left wondering what could of happened.

I decided to walk back to my room and get some rest but as I get there I see everyone have their eyes on me.

Weiss: what's wrong?
Blake: is everything ok? We heard you scream
Weiss: oh that...Jack fell of the rooftop

They were all shocked to hear that.

Yang: Is he ok?
Weiss: yeah, nothing happened
Blake: right I forgot about that
Ruby: about what?
Blake: nothing important

I then went to the bathroom with a change of clothes. I decided to take a bath and while I was bathing I couldn't stop thinking.

Why would he become so... reckless, most of the time he like being in control, but not only that he likes being a sadist, masochistic at times but that's not what worries me. Is his expression right now, what happened to him? Deprived of what he holds dear...his insanity. That's what in a sense...kept him sane at times.

Weiss: what happened to you Jack?

I decided to brush all of that aside and think about something else. A million thoughts passed through my mind. But I decided to focus on my team. What will we do with this Roman thing.

I then came out of the shower and went to my bed.

Weiss: so what happens next?
Blake: I don't know
Yang: we wait, and when they least expect it we'll kick their ass
Blake: I can be aboard but theirs a problem
Ruby: what's the problem then?
Blake: we don't know, that's the problem, starting tomorrow I'll start researching what is the white fang up to
Yang: ok

I then went to sleep while the rest of the team stayed up late discussing what to do.

Time skip a few days

We were at ms Goodwitch class seeing how Pyrrha and Mercury fought. At the end Mercury gave up and walked away. I haven't seen Jack in sometime which I found weird. JNPR then get back together and they started walking off but my group and I catch up to them.

Weiss: Pyrrha Wait up!

She looked at us then stopped.

Pyrrha: what's wrong?
Weiss: nothing, just wanted to know where's Jack?
Pyrrha: He's in his old Classroom, his been doing a project there
Blake: what kind of project?
Nora: we don't know, he wouldn't even tell us
Ren: do you know something we don't?
Weiss: sadly no...but he's been acting weird lately
Pyrrha: how so?
Blake: the other day he was on top of the roof
Nora: and?
Weiss: his emotions have change...I saw him empty, not even sadistic
Pyrrha: weird
Ruby: why?
Pyrrha: he's been actually more emotional lately, we also had to stop him from killing a squirrel that stole nut from him
Weiss: oh ok, wanna join us to eat something ?
Pyrrha: no, we're  ok

Time skip night
Jacks POV

Aria: so, is it finished?
Jack: it's almost done
Aria: why are you doing this?
Jack: life is a bitch and when I kill does rats in Ozpin's way I need something to keep me busy
Aria: you're a weird guy mr.Cipher
Jack: oh Darling call me Jack, mr.Cipher is my Father

Time skip dance
Weiss POV

We were all at the party, enjoying ourselves. Or at least all most everyone. I tried asking Neptune out but he rejected me. Pyrrha was also a little sad, everyone were too scared to ask her out to dance. I saw from the corner of my eye for minute Aria walking. I saw her and I had an idea.

Weiss: Aria!!! Hold on
Aria: whats wrong Weiss?
Weiss: I have a favor to ask
Aria: and that would be
Weiss: could you dance with Pyrrha

She then looks towards Pyrrha's direction and then looked at me.

Aria: why her?
Weiss: although my date rejected me she has no one
Aria: your a nice person Weiss Schnee, I guess your not that much of an Ice Queen
Weiss: ha ha ha....very funny

She walked over to her. Aria offered her hand and Pyrrha took it. I never noticed this but they both look very similar. With the exception Arias hair a little more darker than Pyrrha's. Still they look like twins. I felt good that at least I was able to make someone's night happy. I decided to walk outside and walk around the place seeing I have nothing better to do. It was boring. Can't believe Neptune rejected me. What a dick.

Weiss: what would of happened if Jaune would of still been alive?
???: I can answer that

I quickly looked towards where voice came from. It was Jack. He was wearing a full piece suit. It's a black one.

Weiss: you can ?
Jack: yeah
Weiss: show me please

He walked up to me. He put his hand in my forehead and then everything went white.

Jack POV

I was standing in front of Weiss as I showed her the original time line. But only up this point. She has a surprise expression in her face. Then a few tears run down her face. I was left guarding her body as she was seeing her vision.

Jack: so this is how I look when I look into the future...why didn't I notice this back at the roof

Then she came back and she looked at me.

Weiss: how am I Sure this is the truth?
Jack: i guess you'll have to take a leap of faith

I started walking towards the party but I felt Weiss grabbed me by the hand.

Jack: Was ist weiß ?
White: can you go with me to the dance?
Jack: and why would I do that?
Weiss: I have no one to go with
Jack: what about Aria?
Weiss: she's with Pyrrha
Jack: oh

I then thought of something. I'm not that much of a dancing guy. And I'm pretty sure I would look like a fool if I go with Weiss to dance and I mess everything up.

Jack: how much do you like parties?
Weiss: well...
Jack: good to hear

I then grabbed her by the wrist and teleported to her room.

Weiss: why are we here?
Jack: Grab something for the night...

She just stood there looking at me, confused onto why.

Jack: don't just stand there, go on, grab something

She came to realization and started running around the room. While she looked in a hurry what to wear I walked to the window and saw Ruby walking around campus heading towards the control center.

Weiss: Done!
Jack: you got something?
Weiss: yeah, now what?
Jack: put your attire and let's go
Weiss: ok

She walked to the bathroom and started changing. I took a seat in one of the desk. I asume it was Blake's cause of all the books in sight. Specially with Ninja of Love just sitting there. Exposed, like if it was nothing, that's like the equivalent of letting a porn tap open in your room. So I decided to look more and I found a fluffy cuff. That's when I knew I would stop searching.

Weiss: I'm ready

Said Weiss while coming out of the bathroom. She looks amazing, with her blue dress. I extended my hand towards her and she took it with grace. We once again teleported away and this time we teleported to my own place. It was a huge penthouse. Weiss was amazed by my home.

Weiss: wow...is this your place?
Jack: you like it?
Weiss: it's amazing...it's that a painting of yourself?

I then looked towards the painting she was referring to. It was a painting of my father touching fingers with a monkey. It's a metaphor for his existence, for as long as the Universe has existed my father has been way longer than it.

Jack: no...but let's say it holds some truth to it
Weiss: ok...but why bring me here?
Jack: I don't know

She looked at me with an emotionless face.

Weiss: you're telling me you took me here instead of going to a great party we had back at school?
Jack: more or less

We then walked to two huge doors and were met with a party. There was a DJ, people, Drugs, Drinks. Everything one could ask for.

Weiss: is this a club?!
Jack: No, I just like throwing parties!
Weiss: oh!

I then tug her to follow me and she did. I then went to a private room, there were my VIP.

???: JACK!!!

I recognize that voice.

Jack: Roman!
Weiss: WHAT?!

I then look at both of them, Roman worried and Weiss with a glare of death.

Weiss: what are you DOING HERE?
Roman: It's a public space
Weiss: it's private
Roman: it's a club that it also double as a house

Weiss then stared at me.

Jack: in my defense anyone can enter
Weiss: that's not the point, he's a criminal!!!
Jack: No
Weiss: we fought him in the highway!!!
Roman: that reminds me, I had my coat cleaned that day, you owe me
Weiss: not not Roman...Jack, if our friendship is important to you then please explain

This WOMAN!!! Why does she care?!

Jack: we made a deal
Weiss: and?
Jack: Let's say good old Oz has something to do with this
Weiss: What?!
Jack: I'll explain, when the time is right
Weiss: Fine...but until then I'll have my eye on him
Roman: Sure, Go ahead I have nothing to hide

I then grabbed Weiss by the hand and walked her to another part of the house. She didn't want to look at me. I think she was deep in thought about what to do. This was a lot to take in.

Weiss: why?
Jack: what
Weiss: do this
Jack: I control everything that goes on
Weiss: including the White Fang?
Jack: no...I wouldn't
Weiss: how am I sure your not lying?
Jack: Faith
Weiss: can I ask you something
Jack: sure

She then stoped, took a deep breath and looked at me straight in the eyes.

Weiss: can you trust in me?
Jack: sure?

That was a weird question.

Weiss: what's wrong with you?
Jack: Beside my Sociopathic impulse, sadist and masochistic attitude?
Weiss: YES! I've learned to accept that part of you but...you've changed

Wow, now this is interesting. Ok, I'll play along.

Weiss: what happened the other day?
Jack: if I tell, you promise you won't laugh
Weiss: promise

I then took a long breath and told her.

Jack: for the first time, I thought I had my feelings under control...but no! I was wrong! So I confessed my feelings to Pyrrha , she thought I was talking about the humans and-
Weiss: I'm sorry, but if you tell her I'm sur-
Jack: that's the thing!!! She also showed her colors
Weiss: and?
Jack: she only sees me a s a brother
Weiss: * giggles *

Jack: Hey! I Said-
Weiss: I know...and I'm sorry...it's that I didn't though someone would see you in that way
Jack: ironic...wanna party?
Weiss: sure

We then went back to the VIP section. Enjoyed the party and also introduced Weiss to some friends, mostly business men who wanted to get in her good side. Roman left me a message saying he went to Jr and I send him a fuck you too buddy.

Time skip 5:45 am

Weiss: so...this looks like a mess
Jack: naw

Then with a snap of my finger everything was cleaned.

Weiss: how do you do that?
Jack: I have no idea, I do it and everything I want gone disappear.....or dies
Weiss: do you know how to play the piano?
Jack: I feel offended
Weiss: good

I just finished playing the last of the keys and I looked at her. She looked at me and started laughing.

Jack: what's so funny?
Weiss: look at the time

I did, in only a few hours the missions will begin.

Weiss: * worried * what am I gonna do?
Jack: you drunk? High?
Weiss: * giggles * no
Jack: then I have the thing for you

I then walked to behind the counter and searched for two of my oldest friends.

Weiss: what are you gonna do?
Jack: here

I gave her two cans of Monster energy drink.

Weiss: what am I supposed to do with them? Also aren't this bad for you?
Jack: Noooo, eat something then drink one and if you feel tired wait at least 5-7 hours to drink the other
Weiss: you sure?
Jack: positive...ready?
Weiss: yea

I then offered her my hand and she took it. We teleported to her dorms door and we were outside her room.

Weiss: thank you Jack
Jack: no problem

I was about walk off to my teams room but she grabbed my sleeve. I was about to ask what's wrong but she gave me a kiss on the cheek. She then open her door and went inside without saying a word. I was actually surprised by that. I walked to my room to see all me team mates sleeping. I looked a Pyrrha and thought to myself;

Maybe there are more fish in the sea...
