A/n: Gomenesai for not being online recently.. Just that I was EXTREMELY BUSY with stuff. Also I'm waiting for the newest part of the x Reader I was reading... (*squeal*) Again, sorry for not being online. 

No I'm not Japanese. I just learn from anime.

Ellen's POV

Hmm.. I wonder who this could be.. He seemed rather okay-ish... No suspicions, and he's acting all wierd. Wait... Then why'd I think of him as an "okay"- person?

Dan's POV

He called Rea pretty. Pfft! Good luck with that, Rea!

Rea's POV

What a wierdo.

"The name's Connor! But you could call me 'Prince', pretty mistress." He introduce himself as he held my hand, nearly kissing it. But before he could, I smacked him in the face with that hand. "Tch. Don't  'pretty mistress' me! I'm more likely to fall in love with a silent, and controlled person like Joshua over there, than a talkative wierdo like you!" I said in rejection, most likely revealing myself to Joshua. Darn it. I look over to Joshua, he seemed fine with it. Alright, at least he accepted them.

"Well? You still didn't answer my other  question."

"Be glad to answer it then. I was just wandering around the docking area and I found.. Some sort of tunnel leading underground. Then when my boots sounded against the floor, signalling that it became steel, I knew, or so thought, that I have found an abandoned underground bunker or hideout or something."

Huh. Normal answer. He seems normal. Best we keep watch for him for now, see if he tries to kill us in our sleep, then we can kick him out. I nodded toJason for him to take over. Jason walked in front and told him, "We will only trust you if you don't try to offend us in any way possible." 

"I won't." He replied.

"It's settled then. We'll introduce ourselves in the morning. For now, sleep in one of the empty rooms."

"O-okay!" 

We all went back in our rooms. I felt Connor's eyes just staring at me. It was wierd. Just. Wierd.

I went in my room and locked the door once Russet padded inside. Then I hear other locking sounds from the other's rooms. Guess they don't trust him either yet. Then I heard Connor open the door of an unlocked room beside Ellen's, and he closed, locked it. Yeah. Then the rest of the two minutes I stayed awake was silent. Then I drifted into a dreamless sleep, with Russet's rear near my face. Ew.

「Time skip! Dawn!」

I stretched my arms and yawned. What time is it? I look at the room clock. 

6:47 am. Pretty early. Russet's rear was still there. Again, ew. I opened the door, noticed that it was dimly lit, a pale, scarlet light at the left end of the tunnel. Sal has just walked out of her room. Russet padded up behind me and yawned as I called, "Morning, Sal!" "You too!" She replied back. I ran to her as soon as I closed my room door. She waited for me. What a good friend! 

"How'd you sleep last night?" She asked.

"Pretty comfortable. Better than what an abandoned village has to offer."

"Haha. This place is pretty protected and comfortable for an abandoned hideout."

We chatted as we arrived at the surface, the sun was still rising. I felt the wind in my face, gentle. The grass that swayed in the breeze, light. This is pretty breath-taking. Sal got out and brought out two pistols, one for each of us, just in case there were any ambushes. Russet seemed to climb out on her own without any help or trouble. (Don't question why she can do those things, even I wouldn't even bother asking myself.) 

Sal's POV

Okay, so food and water supply are our objectives today. I look to Rea. She seemed to be spacing out into the beauty of the scene, imagining her and Joshua, together running and doing what lovers do. "Pfft!" I tried to hold in my laughter, but I couldn't help but just. Rea looked at me with a "What-are-you-laughing-at" face. I couldn't stop laughing for ten straight minutes, and Rea still hasn't  changed her face. Rea walked up to me. "We're wasting precious dawn light. We need to get going on whatever you do around here." She said with a stern face. Now look who's talking. Then I heard footsteps coming from the tunnel. They're awake. They followed one by one; Ellen, Connor, Joshua, Dan, and Jason.

Jason started dividing us into groups. Group A was composed of Me, Joshua, and Ellen. Rea ended up getting stuck with Connor, alongside Dan and Jason. Rea seemed a bit calmer around Connor though. Seems like she's gotten her cool beside him, occasionally talking back to him whenever he'd talk to her. Friendly, of course. She'd even smile at him. Wow. Just. Wow, Rea.

We were in charge of the food supply, so we went out into the meadow to hunt rabbits, while the rest went out to the waterplant with buckets.

As we walk to the meadow, Joshua's attention was caught. I look to where he was looking, seeing something nimble moving among the tall blades of grass. It stopped shortly after another swift movement happened. I smelled the stench of fresh blood, then look to Ellen. "Are you on your period?" I asked. "No! Why would you ask that? Geez!" She replied back. I heard Joshua give out a snort, but then his attention turned back to the stench. Then something around us sounded. And the sound was all around us, that we couldn't even tell which direction it was coming from. Then a growl sounded from behind me. Then a few snarls. Then the stepping sounds stopped until something else started moving. Slowly. Then it growled, and sounded much, much bigger than what we're probably expecting.

It lunged.
