Chapter 18- Blame?
I pulled the sleeves on my jacket up over my tanktop. I sighed. "What the heck is up with the guild? First Natsu now Lucy?"
Jumping from the tree, grabbing branches to break my fall, I started to run to the guild. My ponytail swayed.
What is going on?
Night flew behind me, and heart racing, I entered the guild.
Everything was normal. Of course Lucy was glaring at me, and she even took the courage to walk up to me and start shouting in my face. Bunches of insults. But one caught my attention that just... ticked me off.
''You have been doing bad things to the guild!"
The bomb had been lit.
That was it.
Night, and many others gasped when I turned around so fast and put a soft, but gripped hand on the blonde's shoulder. "Excuse me Lucy, but could you say that again?"
My tone was soft, and soon everyone had backed off of us. They knew what that meant.
"You've been doing bad things to the gui-"
"Like what? Give me a example." I growled. She narrowed her eyes at me. "You hurt Natsu."
"He tried to kill me."
"You poisoned me."
"What!" I spat. I backed away so I wouldn't hurt her.
"Poison? Since when? I've never lay a finger on any, and I don't prepare drinks! I'm almost never in the guild because I am out on a job." I commented. She raged.
"YOU LIAR!"
"Lucy." Master walked in between us. "Saki is correct. The things you accuse her of, she didn't do. She came back against Natsu over self-defense, but she did not poison you. Back off." He turned to me. "I suggest you take a job to relieve yourself for a little while."
I nodded, taking one and leaving.
****
It was an old job, the paper was old and torn.
'On the hillocks, near tip of Fiore, is a house. Follow directions that the house owner gives.'
That's all it said. Sighing, I headed in that direction.
"After this, I'll need help. Blanc, I have a plan."
She sighed on disbelief. "Oh no... this can never be good."
Smiling, I flew. "We are getting ya and that Wolf your own bodies!"
"WHAT!?!?"
Smiling, I realized that Blanc had stopped my flying ability, and I landed in trees with an 'offmpf'. "What the heck Blanc!" I yelled, and she appeared in front of me. "Make haste and actually talk about it instead of making decisions for everyone else!" She snapped. I flinched. 'She usually isn't this rude... or mean in a general topic.' I thought. She seethed, stepping towards me. "You ALWAYS think about yourself! Never anyone else!"
I growled. "Well I don't have anyone to care about! And vice versa. It's not like I had a family! Not at all, and very well not now! No one ever cared, so I made decisions for myself."
Blanc bit her lip. "I cared. I looked out for you. So did your Dragon. And yet..." I Snarled. "Then why don't I remember anything about my dragon? Why don't I remember this so-called Gwendolyn?" "Your memories were erased!"
My eyes widened, then they narrowed with annoyance. I walked down the hill.
"Where are you going?" "Somewhere... I don't know yet." I muttered, breaking into a sprint. I could never run. I am very weak in that department. It's like asthma, but not.
However at this point it didn't matter. I was determined to run. If I fell out then... cares would flow away with the rain. Darkness started to cloud my vision, and all I heard was footsteps before everything went back.

I opened my eyes slowly. My surroundings were... familiar. I sat up to realize that I was in my house. A certain Blonde had lain on the edge of my bed, and still was. I ruffled his hair. "Hey."
He still slept, and I smiled. "Did you bring me back?"
He turned over, and murmured in his sleep. "S...saki...be s.a..f..e..." I turned pink, and lay next to him.
"I will, I promise."
His eyes opened briefly before they closed again.
She smiled, falling into sleep.
