Another thing you should know is that they gossip a lot so don't go doing something that you don't want a lot of people to know about!

First of all....what are nature spirits?

Nature spirits are gentle, nature loving creatures that live where that aren't many people. They can be very shy and they are sorta like people but they look after their element or their "space".

Example:

A tree nature spirit would be bound to trees and they would live in them and care for them.

A tree nature spirit would be protective of trees and would spend all day chatting with her friends in the woods most likely.

Nature spirits are bad gossips!!! But who can blame them? They spend all their lives in the woods and in remote places. When any news or anything interesting happens, they talk!

Will they hurt you if you cut down a tree?

It really depends on the spirit.

But they most likely won't hurt you, they might just try to teach you a lesson though!

They are every kind and gentle, if they won't teach you a lesson then they'll just run away and probably cry while being comforted by their friends.

So please, if you can help it then please don't destroy nature!!

Can you talk to them?

It hasn't been tested and I haven't tried it yet but I'm sure if you listen hard and ask nicely then the nature spirits would hear you and possibly answer.

Is there such thing as a bad nature spirit?

Not that I know of.

But you never know, there could be. But if you walk into the woods or a remote and natural place then you would walk into a bunch of mice nature spirits so don't worry in that area!

I know that they are nice and you could possibly talk to them but please don't go disrupting nature and destroying it. Please don't disturb the nature spirits too much!

What do they look like?

I imagine them to look very similar to these pictures:
