Ok so I have made a slight change to the way I was originally planning to write this. Rather then having it fully in diary form, it turns into a third person story hilghting a section of the day in detail, then returns to the diary format to close it off. Sorry about this change, I wat the writing to be the best possible quality for you guys <3

Dear Diary

Today Mr Jason said he wished for every pupil in the school to participate in making a diary. We are to write in it at the end of each day. Now with that said I shall tell you all about my day. Today is the first day back after the summer! We have a new girl in our class, her name is Eesha. On the walck this morning me and her chatted, it turns out we have a lot in common. She is very into music but doesn't like singing, so I am going to help her with that. At break and lunch we played basketball like we did last year. I was hoping Eesha might join it but she doesn't like sports, so I was the only girl once again. The game was me and Azeil agent Hernan and Call. I swear I probably almost killed Call when I ran at him, but I got the ball so really that's all that matters. It was SO good to see Chhaya again! She ran up to me and gave me a huge hug! I wanted to introduce her to Eesha, but the new girl didn't want to come outside. Adora took her in to meet her though while I was playing with the boys. I scored a basket today!! Not only that but it won us the game! I love playing basketball, it feels like I belong there, the boys act like they need me. The lunch time match was especially exciting, we had Lucas and Liam joining in~~~~~~

~~~~~~Fluer stood in the classroom with Azeil, putting away their lunch boxes.

"You two going outside?" Mr Chdda asked.

"Yes" she replied, as she opened the sports cubord "we just need the basketball" she got it out and tossed it to Azeil who spun it on his finger as he walked out the door. Fluer waved cheeraly at the teacher, before following him outside. Hernan and Call sat on the wall waiting for them to come over. Fluer broke into a run and dashed over to sit beside them.

"So what are the teams?" Asked Hernan

"How about me and Fleur versus you and Call?" Suggested Azeil. Despite the fact Fleur was the worst at basketball, everyone always wanted her on their team. It was after her first game against Call. He was known to be deficult to get the ball off, so when he had first played against her, and she had gotten it off him five times no problem, she had become a desirable team member. She knew he just hadn't been expecting her to do that, else he would have blocked it better, but her title 'Queen Of Steals' was pretty fancy she reckoned. They all got into position.

"Ready?" Asked Azeil, she nodded. "Go!" He threw the ball up into the air and Fleur jumped trying to reach it. Sadly, Call got there first, making an almost instant pass to Hernan, who dribbled round and took a scoring shot. Fleur knew they weren't playing by the exact rules but they followed enough to make the game work. Fluer found herself with the ball. She tried to dribble round Call, but he was too annoying.

"Azeil!" She jumped and threw the ball, narrowly missing Hernan's outstretched hands. Azeil began to run up the court heading towards the basket. Fluer tried to make herself open so he could pass to her if he needed to, but Call was too good at blocking. "Excuse me" she said, trying to push past him.

"Polite" he commented, blocking her once more.

"I'm half English what do you expect?"

"I'm Scottish and do I speak with their accent?"

"No but neither does anyone here"

"True" he said, jumping up and grabbing the orange ball out of the air.

"Call!" She cried, laughing at him using her move against her. She was known to distract her opponent then take the ball when they didn't realize it was there.

"Can we play?" Asked Lucas, walking onto the court with Liam.

"Of course!" Said Hernan "Liam you come on me and Call's team. Lucas you go on Fluer and Azeil's" the boys both joined their teams.

"Can we start with the ball?" Lucas asked. Hernan tossed it to him

"Find a space!" Cried Azeil. They spread out. Lucas threw the ball in. Fleur saw it coming her way, so jumped and caught it. She dribbled round to as near the basket as she could. She looked for Azeil, he was the best at scoring in the school.

"Azeil!" She jumped and threw it. But it was a bad pass. The ball seemed to get stuck in the air, then fell perfectly into Call's hands.

"Thanks" he flashed her a smug smile. She resisted the strong urge to punch him. The rest of the game mainly consisted of successful passes and scores. With two net misses, the score rounded up at eight four to Hernan's team~~~~~~

~~~~~~after I congratulated the others we came inside and finished our work. Then we got the microphone out and did our normal end of day Karaoke. Eesha said she liked the song I chose to sing, but refused to sing one herself. That's ok though because this is still her first day here and it can be scary. We were given our diarys at the end of the day and told to write in them every night. Then at the end of the year we would be able to see what had happened since day one at school.
